He is always professional, fair priced and very quick to respond to our requests for service. Lots of work because I’m posting everything Paul has done for us over the last 2 years! I was fortunate enough to be referred to him by a friend when our regular plumber was unavailable. Well, needless to say he is now our regular plumber. I have had to call him when there are emergencies and he has come over immediately even if it was to do a quick fix and then return to solve the problem (ie a broken pipe that he was able to stop from gushing and then repaired later and more recently, a water heater that was ‘raining’ in our hallway and he came over immediately -saving us from water damage and having to file a home insurance claim- he turned off the hot water and then replaced the water heater the next day.) His prices are very reasonable and his kindness and professionalism are unmatched!!

My kitchen sink backed up and my husband called Paul. This is the third time we have used his services (he previously replaced the wax ring on a toilet and replaced a bathroom faucet). Paul came out quickly and cleared the drain. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is quick to respond, friendly and reasonably priced. Saw him recommended in our community page. Although he didnt replace all pipes, as other plumbers advised, he replaced only what was needed to be replaced and thus the most reasonable bid. Expert job done in less than 1 hour to fix 2 leaking copper pipes, including adjustment of PRV location for easier maintenance later. Glad I finally found a plumber I could trust.

I had a leak coming from underneath the tiles near the toilet. Paul was very prompt to pick up the call and able to come over on same day, diagnosed and fixed it in a very timely manner. He also fixed a kitchen drain clog from a few months back for a very reasonable rate.

Unknown to us, our water heater pilot went out on Saturday. Thus, no hot water on Sunday. We tried unsuccessfully to relight the pilot. Called Holmer Plumbing and Drain on Monday morning. They diagnosed the probable problem over the phone, ordered a new water heater, and installed it all before 4 pm the same day. The water heater works great, and we appreciate the no hassle approach.
