Their prices are affordable. After 2 weeks and 4 estimates they where the cheapest. They repaired my watermain line from the water meter to the house for 750. It took them a little under 7hours to complete. They left the property the same way it was before they arrived. I am happy and the water line works well.
After getting an employee out to our house, quoting us roughly $279 for a small part (that costs $10 for a replacement), the employee then came back the next day with the part and changed his quote to over $400. After politely telling him that we would not be needing his services due to the price, the employee angrily started packing up his things and storming out of the house. We thought that that was the end of it, until we noticed that in his huff, he turned off our water and, after hiring another plumber to come give us his opinion on it, apparently the angry plumber snipped our gas line to the water heater, causing this $120 problem to now turn into an actual $450 problem that is now forcing us to completely replace our water heater. After trying to call Bestline back, the man on the line claimed that the employee said he was cursed out and that we were extremely rude to him. This was a complete lie, but even if it were true, is that the appropriate action to take if a customer is being rude? No. Because now we will be forced to try and sue this company for something that was completely ridiculous. Please avoid this company at all costs.
After placing four phone calls and being promised an estimate the same day on each occasion, I have given up after waiting a week for Bestline to estimate the job. If you dont want the work, just say so.
They came out 2 yrs ago and replaced my hot water heater. Prices are reasonable and they offer a payment plan if you need it.
Rude over the phone please avoid this company!
