From the first call to end product was terrific. I had hot and cold wtr lines in a small area in the ceiling replaced. They were able to see me the following day and had given me a good price over phone. Julie and Cesar were arrived early and very very professional. Completed the job timely and cleaned area nice. Our home had a leak in one of the copper pipes under the house and we could hear it so, when I contacted a larger local plumbing company, and never got a call back. Being small business owners ourselves, my wife and I started looking for a small local plumbing company near our home in Rancho Palos Verdes and came across PSS in San Pedro. I called for help, got a call back right away, got an appointment the same day. The guys showed up on in the afternoon the same day, fixed the leak and were actually nice guys. Price was good so, Im sold. I have decided since our home is older that its time to get rid of all the copper and PSS will be doing the work I hope within a few weeks.Support local small business as unlike large companies, they really do need and appreciate the business you give them.

Fixed a leaking pipe under the slab - great job with no leaks

When you move, the most difficult thing is to find a good mechanic, and a good plumber. It took me a year, but I found my plumber : Rami (and his team : Junior, Cesar, John, and Griselda, the kindest secretary Ive ever talked to). They have already worked 5 days for me, and they are the best Ive ever met (and I am 61). No stress (Rami : No problems, only solutions.), no waste of time, and no waste of money. Just the opposite : by proposing solutions I would never have thought of, they saved me a lot of money. And they bring good energy, always positive. The very first words of Rami were : Were gonna help you, and they did, beyond my expectations. Each time I see Rami, I can feel his 30 years of expertise, and his love for the job. And on top of that he is very kind, not only with you, but with all the members of his team. Good people, very good people. I highly recommend Rami and his team.

Rami and his guys always do an excellent job and within pricing reason. He doesnt try to gouge you. Our water heater started leaking after 23 years, so it was time for a new one. Rami recommended a great energy efficient tankless heater. He and his guys installed it within a few short hours. Great work. Weve used PSS for many other jobs and theyre always A+.

Had a small though somewhat unusual plumbing job for the guys at Plumbing Service Solutions. A vacuum valve in a tankless bathroom fixture started leaking. They tried fixing it but it was beyond hope so they ordered new parts and completely rebuilt it. Its working fine now and as usual Im very happy with Plumbing Service Solutions.

He also recommended some future repairs and suggested we purchase a Flume Water Monitor that is placed on the water meter. I ordered it through Amazon and it was an easy DIY project. Im not sure of everyones names but big shout outs and thank you to the owner and his crew. They came first thing in the morning and installed a new tub for us. Even before that they came out to do an evaluation and to speak with our handyman about the prep of the area. Everything went so smoothly and the crew was professional and very personable. Good service and expertise is important and hard to find. We will be using them again for any other plumbing needs!!!

Had some issues with my water heater that I thought was going to be very very expensive. They found that the issue was something else and didnt charge me the original quoted amount which was much higher and way out of my budget. Im glad they were honest about the issue as it didnt put me in debt. Ill be hiring them again for my future needs.

Rami is my go to plumber now. I don’t even call anyone else. I’ve had excellent service every time. Our water heater died on a Friday morning. We figured we would at least have to go through the weekend with no hot water. I called Rami and he was able to fit me in that same afternoon. Once again it was a professional job and they left everything working perfectly.

Needed a hot water heater replaced. PSS had availability and from call to finished jpb was just 2 hours. They also were abke to diagnose a couple of other plumbing problems i was having. Very knowledgable and great and finding smart solutions to all sort of plumbing problems.

Rami hydro jetted the sewer line to clear it, used the camera to identify line cracks, roots, and damage, recommended limited digging and replacement and a liner for the rest all the way out to the street connection mitigating multiple problem areas in the line. Rami has good communication skills anticipating customer questions and concerns. Team arrived on the morning of our appointment and work was completed by 2:30pm. I believe the cost was quite reasonable.
