Red Apple has employees who care about your home. I scheduled everything by text. Jose was very professional. After making sure the dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned, he reassembled everything better than it previously was and resealed the connections very clean. Anyone can fix things but companies like this are what make America feel like America. Thanks for your help. I will recommend you to friends and family.

Scam - worst service and technician! This should be 0 star.I had technician came out and telling me to re-design the whole HVAC system which is less than 3 years old and installed by top reputed home builder in nation. Technician lied and trying to misguide that the entire system is bad design and need complete overhaul. I called to speak with some one in management and senior. I spoke with someone senior with name Fermi and no valid explanation. Even did not know what I am talking about. On top of it, the wiring of other appliances get messed up and created safety hazard. Also, technician told that there wil be no bill/invoice sent. After 3 days received invoice for misleading, lying, and scamming customers. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!

My Compressor Fan was acting up and found Red Apple Air on Yelp.Immediately was impressed with Faith who was quick to respond to my request for a quote. She scheduled for someone to come out the next day to take a look at it.Next day on the scheduled time I met with Hector. He came out was very polite and professional. He took a look at the issue and was very informative about what was possibly happening with our unit. He was very through and gave me options that worked for our budget. Just like Red Apple site mentioned, they do work with you to come up with a solution that financially works. He gave us 3 different quotes what it included and how it could help out our system to last longer.He wrote up 3 quotes on site.. I was able to contact their office the next day and spoke with JeeJee, to have itemized ones sent to me via email. JeeJee was very quick in sending them over. Like my conversation with Hector everything mentioned were on all 3 quotes (nothing new added or altered). We took the mid-range option, this included duct cleaning and other items besides the Fan, and they were able to send a team out the next day (mind you this is before the summer rush, so Im sure if it was the middle of summer it would not be as quick). Hector returned with his team, Martin and Zeke. All three of them were professional in covering up furniture and setting down runners for the floors. They were very respectful of our home while taking care of our issues. Hector had no problems keeping us informed as what was happening, and answering any questions we had. Once the job was done they gave us the price we were quoted. NO UPSALE or last minute add on to the quote.Our AC/Heat unit is working well beyond what it was before they came out.I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for repairs or any other issues regarding HVAC. They were highly knowledgeable, very professional and the staff over all were very pleasant to talk to. I felt they were very honest and are willing to work with you regarding your unit(s).

The AC wasn’t working and continued to have issues right when we were entering the first heat wave of the summer. Martin came out a few times and after running some tests, he figured out exactly what was causing the issue and made the fix. There was an airflow restriction and after opening that up, it helped the air circulate better and haven’t had any issues since. Martin put us at ease and restored my faith in customer service because of how professional he handled the situation. I would recommend them to anyone in the area for their outstanding customer service.

We haven’t cleaned our air ducts for 20 years and Jose from Red Apple Air Conditioning came over yesterday and did a fabulous job. He really educated us regarding the findings that he found. For sure we will be using Red Apple again. Thank you so much!

2 years ago we had them install brand new ac heating system with UV air purification. Never been more pleased. System runs smooth and takes a lot of dirt out of the air. You can see it on the filter and the air smells fresh and clean. For people with breathing issues i truly believe this is the way to go. Martin usually changes our filter yearly and checks the unit on the roof. Now today we had Seth as our technician. He was highly skilled as well and a pleasure to know. A great team. And the owner and his family are very nice to as well as the office staff. Highly recommend them.

I’m disappointed in Red Apple Air Conditioning because they never got back to me with an estimate after over a week of my asking. The service guy was supposed to talk to my HOA after he left and I guess he did but then never followed through with a quote. I texted their office 3 times and was told he would get back to me but that’s 10 days ago. If they didn’t want to take the job, they should just say so.

We just had our dryer vent cleaned by Jose. He was excellent. He arrived on time and went right to work cleaning the vent. He was very conscientious about cleaning up any of the lint that fell to the ground. He is an outstanding technician, very personable. His job exceeded our expectations.

Got to give a big thanks to Jose for coming out and fixing the AC here at work. Its super cold now. Thanks again keep up the good work

Same day service, Leo came to look at a broken heater system and found out the problem provided some options, we approved the work and Leo finished the repair. Everything took about 90 mins and Leo was very professional and friendlyHighly recommended

We had Red Apple come out and look at our AC, which was blowing hot air. Our technician, Martin, showed up on time and was extremely helpful and kind during the whole inspection and able to doagnose the problem quickly. He was able to come out and repair our AC as soon as possible and was a life saver. He was kind enough to check out our heating too. Very satisfied.

The technicians were very nice, on time, and polite when I had a service call a while back. They also gave me a heads up on the diagnostics charge for $79 and how it was waived if I went with one of the 4 repair options. It was a great deal and I got the problem resolved quickly. The tech even gave me a Red Apple mug and goodies for being a new customer. Looking to get more work done soon!

The technician Marvin came out to evaluate what was needed to repair /replace the 2 gas furnace wall units in the house. He was polite and professional and took the time to explain what was not working and what would be needed. Disappointing results. We have 2 locations. We had one a/c system cleaned out and everything was great. The second location’s a/c unit is super-old but worked fine except for a rattling noise for a few minutes when we initially started it up. This rattling had been there for about 2 years. We got tired of the rattling so called Red Apple Air. They came out and fixed the rattling noise but told us we needed to have it cleaned out which we did. This cost us about &600. 3 weeks later the a/c stopped working so I called Red Apple Air back to see if they could come out. They said there was nothing they could do with the old system and that we would have to install a new system for which they quoted around $6k. So we spent $600 for nothing. We may as well have just put up with the rattling noise. Disappointing!

The maintenance of both the air conditioning unit and heating unit today by Martin was professional and thorough. He was very pleasant to work with and I appreciate the courtesy provided to me. Initial contact was with Eric who came out to evaluate how I could improve cooling to my loft. Eric was professional and knowledgeable and made recommendations. After providing a quote on-site, I scheduled work to be done the next week. A few days after his initial visit, my water heater started making weird sounds and Red Apple managed to fit me in and quickly send Eric over for which I was very relieved. They didnt charge me for the call since it had stopped making noise by the time he arrived.When the HVAC work was scheduled, Martin arrived on time with his crew and they all did a great job. Martin was able to identify the cause of a problem I was having with my air and quickly fixed it.Very pleased with the service provided by Apple Air and highly recommend them.

Last night (12/6/21) we lost power to only some of our home, but including the fridge and our internet. My wife and I both work from home remotely and rely on the internet heavily everyday.Mary and Misty were super quick to reply to my late night request sent out here on Yelp and I got a call from Mary early AM this morning. She set up a service call today and sent out Fermin who quickly found the problem, a corroded wire in the service drop. He replaced this and we are now back up and running. There are even some plugs that werent working for a few months that now are back up, so this couldve been even worse than it ended up last night.Bonus is, Red Apple also does HVAC service so they will be coming out to do that next, among other services they offer.You may not be able to tell, but yes, I will be hiring them again. They came out with quick, same day service that was fairly priced.

Very good service - heat pump service

I am very impressed with the great services he provided to me in installing an electrical panel. Unlike most businesses that making money is their primary goal with less concern about the quality of services they render this company not only provided me with optimal services, but the agent went extra miles and helped me and taught me how to operate a heating system which was installed by another company last year and the agent of the purported company refused to teach me how to turn it on and I was told read the manual. But the agent fromRed Apple Air went in great extent with great patience taught me which was not related to the service they rendered to me. I am grateful beyond words can express with the excellent services that Red Apple Air provided me. I believe principled centered businessmen like Fermin and his team must be acknowledged and recognized for great services they provide to our society. Fermin is a man of integrity , honesty who is providing excellent services with the intention of Serving his customers.The only regret that I have is that I did not know him last year so he could have installed my heater rather the abominable company which only was concerned about getting money.
