Thanks for saving Christmas! With all our family due to spend the holidays with us we were frantic when all our drains started backing up. Called them yesterday morning and they started hacking away at a big repair that they completed just now. Glad that they knocked this out just before our family got into town, thank you so much!

Great Service! Called and within hours I had someone taking a look at the problem in my kitchen sink. Had my problem fixed same day and the plumber came prepared and left no leaks! Super Happy! I called Verdugo plumbing because I had a great experience with them a few years ago but when I called them this time, their foreman that came out to do an estimate for an issue with my water heater took one look without doing any kind of inspection and told me I had to do an entire replacement of my water heater which was barely 5 years old. I called another company for a second opinion and they repaired my issue at low cost within 30 minutes. Definitely do not recommend

My shower drain backed up last night and they came out within an hour an cleared it all up. I’m very pleased with how quick and affordable these guys were! Thank you !

I had a very bad experience with them and I would warn anyone about using them and advise to seek help elsewhere.They came out to assess and quote on an issue (a clog that cause water overflowing in other areas), they charged me a pretty large sum to fix a leak and run a snake to unclog my drain 1.5 hours worth of work that cost me $1200, which did not fully fix my problem. Now either they did not perform a good initial assessment or were trying to bait and switch me because after they finished the job the plumber stated that he saw another issue to replace a sewer pipe which would cost me an additional $2200. So now the total cost resolve all my issues would be $3400. (provided they dont find something else to charge me for.)I asked another plumber what it would cost to perform the appropriate work to resolve these issues, and it came out less than half this price.PLEASE seek multiple quotes, don not rely on what they tell you.

They were professional and polite on the phone and in my home. I was impressed with the technician, he explained every thing well and did not leave a mess behind when he was thru with his work.

Used Verdugo Plumbing twice in one week. Both times they were great.Responsive and communicative. Explained what they were doing and why. Wont hesitate to call them again next time I need a plumber.
