They were the best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. They were honest, thorough and thought things through, explained whymy plumbing issue was re-occurring. They went underneath the house and took video so I could see why my problem was happening. It all made sense to me, and this way I was able to have them fix this immediate problem that kept coming back to haunt me with the information they armed me with. It is hard to find caring professionals in today’s world. It’s hard to find people of high quality integrity, but they are what I’d call a diamond in the rough. Pure and full of high standard work ethic. So YES! I highly recommend them.

Fourtech handled the replacement of my AC unit. They coordinated the installation of a new unit on my roof in a matter of days. Very good price and service was great! Roseanna and Zak were so helpful

Was sent through warranty and set an appointment in the afternoon. Never came and had to call back only for them to say that they cannot come now. Finally came the next day, charged me for diagnosis and Said I had to pay out of pocket but said they would deduct the diagnosis fee if I had the job done. I agreed but was told by technician and by clerk that it could not be done that day. Set appointment next day and was told that i would be charged the diagnosis fee again. Amazing experience. Got the job done by someone else. Go somewhere else.

Unreliable—a no show and can’t get ahold of them on the phone no matter how many times you call.

Today we had the pleasure of having an excellent plumber help us. Sam was on time, personable and did a great job for us. We will definitely call on him again when the need arises.

I contacted Fourtech regarding my flooded basement on Friday, Jeanette and Rosanna quickly arranged an appointment for me on the following day which was Saturday morning . On Saturday morning, Samuel showed up on time. He thoroughly and patiently checked and tested water pipes of my house. He concluded that I don’t have any leak pipes and spent time on explaining possible reasons why we had water in the basement . He was so professional and polite . Many thanks to this company, you provided me with the best service.

These guys were the assigned technician from my home warranty. They then assigned a home restoration service which had a large service tag for unnecessary services and when I rejected that, they tagged my plumbing issue as pre-existing which it was clearly not. Moreover, I had to constantly chase them to get updates. I’d avoid and get different contractor.
