So Mike (the owner) has helped us out on two separate occasions.1. When we bought our house in 2016, we knew the water heater was pretty beat up, but we figured we wouldnt change it until we needed to. Surprisingly, it lasted us until 2020. Alpha1 came out, gave us a breakdown of the different types of water heaters available, the pros and cons of each, and gave us time to decide what we wanted. Ultimately, we went with the conventional heater and its been great so far. Installation was quick and easy, no mess was made, and the price was better than other companies I called.2. About 6 months ago, we knew our home needed a full repipe. Water for showering took very long to warm up, water pressure was low, there were leaks, water was coming out discolored--it was pretty bad. We called Mike @ Alpha1 and he showed up, gave us a full breakdown, provided us with a quote. Once we agreed, the installation took only 2 days. I was very impressed. The team does such a great job keeping their area clean and tidy. Since the repipe, we havent had any of the problems we used to have.Alpha1 was referred to us by a family friend, and were so happy with the service theyve provided us so far. Always professional, always on-time, and always a high-quality job.

Wow, again this company saved our bacon. Our rentals garbage broke. Alpha 1 showed up SAME DAY and mid day. Fixed the issue to our total satisfaction!!!!! Mike was fantastic start to finish. Even wore shoes covers to protect my hardwood floors. Just shows he paying attention to the details.On time, professional and responsive. He needed parts and didn’t push the job to another day. He just made it happen.
