Our experience with All City Plumbing and Air was Louie was so professional yet friendly. He initially came in for furnace tuneup. However, he showed me the current state of my hvac system which was allegedly changed by a previous contractor. Unfortunately, this was not the case and the systemwas leaking and since it had previously caused water damage we decided to rip it out. Louie showed us our options and we decided to do an entire rehaul including ducts. The next day he and the crew came out to start the job. Now, the ac is whisper quiet definitely can tell the difference. I have additional projects that need attention, and I will absolutely use them for them all. Thanks, Louie, and All City!!

Full sewer line replacementWhen we discovered our sewer lines were original to our 1923 home, we knew it would be a Big Deal. We had three different contractors come out to assess and bid and, while all were in the same ballpark, we were particularly impressed with Antonios thorough evaluation and obvious attention to detail.All City Plumbing got the contract and we were so happy with the work from beginning to end. The team was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, hardworking, and all well-managed under Antonios direction.We had half of the 100ft line entirely replaced and regraded while the other half under our garage was lined. All drain piping under the home was removed and the drainage system for all fixtures in home including, kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms were completely rebuilt. At every step, attention was given to ensure minimal impact to us and the home, and that each job was done well.What most impressed me most was Antonios dedication to ensuring that every mess made during the plumbing process disappeared by project completion. Not only did we get new plumbing and a sewer line, we also got new concrete laid where it had to be broken, our paver patio redone where it had to be torn up, new grass seed and plants where the ground was torn up, and everything hauled away - they even through in two (nice) new toilets and installed our new dishwasher! We were so happy to have it all taken care of and added value thoughtfully included in the project.Weve already recommended All City Plumbing to several neighbors and they are absolutely our go to for plumbing needs now. Antonio made himself available and ensured the whole process easy for us.Update: needed a bidet installation and it was a no brainer to call All City Plumbing and ask for Antonio. I was expecting to lose some drawer space where it connected to warm water through the cabinet, but of course Antonio did it without compromising space.

I called several plumbing companies to inspect the water leak which flooded our kitchen floor. Some are charging hundreds just for showing up, and most of them doesn’t have any available technicians that can come immediately. I have a warranty service company that I had to pay $125 for dispatch, however their contractors usually just patch a band aid to solve the problem. It was a nightmare not having a running water supply overnight.I’m glad I was able to come across All City Plumbing this morning, they were able to schedule a dispatch right away to detect the water leak and will give free estimate. Alfonso Gonzales was our technician, he came very presentable, very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Everything was explained to my husband and I. Possible damage situations were discussed before he started the process and before giving us an estimate. We liked his honesty and willingness to help, so right there and then we agreed to have him start the job. He showed us the busted pipe where the water leak was coming from.I was worried about the price range since most home insurance companies doesn’t cover this kind of water damage. Alfonso gave us a reasonable price which was fair enough. Within 3 hours we have running water again! He made sure that everything was working well, didn’t leave a mess before he left. We are very pleased with the work well done.I highly recommend All City Plumbing and thanks again, Alfonso.

Joseph came first thing in the morning on a Sunday to replace my 30 year old water heater, he gave me several pricing options and even offered to repair the old one, though it had served its lifetime several times over, I opted to replace. Are sewer line clogged and flooded our home we called around for a plumbing company to help us and everyone was busy and was trying to schedule us for a week or two out I ended up finding all city on Yelp and I decided to call they were able to set up an appointment same day and get us a service technician within the next few hours our service technician was an unbelievable technician his name was Antonio Peters he not only represented his company flawlessly he was very kind up front and walked us through all the different options and steps of unclogging the line and what could have clogged the line considering we had no idea what was going on and I have a family with kids. So insane that Antonio unclogged the line figured out the problem repaired or sewer line and we are up and running thank you Antonio and thank you all city plumbing!
