Very happy with my experience. My AC went down during a really hot week and I needed it fixed asap. I called Just One Call and they gave me a same day appointment. I’m very happy with their technician David who showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. My condenser motor was burned out and they had one in the truck. My problem was resolved in a timely manner at a great price. I will give them a call again in the future.

Great company to work with for your HVAC needs. They charged me reasonable price for a job well done and on schedule for replacing my HVAC control board and pressure switch.

A total waste if time!!! Compay was sent out by American home shield, it took over 1 month to get a part needed for heater repair. Worse part is office staff kept scheduling appointments to install part and part hadnt arrived so we had to reschedule everytime...the day of the appointment!!! Then after receiving the part ready to install, another problem comes up with heater...understandable...but keep in mind its 50 degrees outside and the house has no heat for over a month. They waited till end of day.. 2 days later to submit work order to insurance. At that point we were informed that compay could not fix the heater and the work order would need to get transferred to another company. Totally wast of time!!!! Look elsewhere if you want the heating or ac to be fixed correctly

Such an easy company to work with! They were able to schedule me last minute, their technician quickly figured out what was wrong with my AC and was able to fix it the same day. So Im really glad to have solved my AC problem without any hassle and I would definitely recommend working with them!

These guys were fantastic. Very polite professional, super clean, and knowledgeable. Installed excellent nest thermostat, set up app for my phone, recharged unit, unplug AC drain line that had been a problem. Great experience, and my unit is super cold now.

My central air needed repair and they came out same day and quoted me a price twice as low as what another company quoted! So I scheduled to have the work done the next day and was please to seed that the technician arrived on time, was friendly and was very knowledgeable. After finishing he did various tests to make sure everything was working properly and that I was aware of all the work that he had done. Overall, I am very happy with them and would highly recommend them.

Armen and Greg from Just One Call came out and fixed my air conditioning unit. They are the best technicians I’ve ever had out here. Professionals through and through. Not only did they fix my a/c but they also installed, free of charge, the new Nest thermostat. They did a fantastic job exactly when they said they would and it really was Just One Call. You’ll be happy you called them - I certainly am!

I am very impressed by this company! Scheduling an appointment was very easy in the sense that their office staff was very nice and was willing to accommodate my schedule. The technician also arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He guided me throughout the whole process and was able to finish the job within an hour. I would definitely recommend them!

Crooks do not use this company. They try to take advantage of hard working people. They came out and dismantled my blower motor and told me that I need a new motor and there were missing parts on my unit. They then gave a false report to my home warranty company who told me that they would not cover the repairs due to the unit having missing parts.These Crooks then gave me an estimate of $1,200 to replace the blower motor. I called another company for a second opinion and thank God I did that. They came out and checked my blower motor the technician informed me that the motor had been removed and placed on the floor and that there were no missing parts and my motor did not need to be replaced he put everything back together and the ac was blowing great and only charged me $85. I will be calling the Better Business Beauro and filling a complaint on Just One Call. Just Crooks is what they should be called.

The tech was very kind and had warm eyes but this is a con. He told me my unit needed Freon - except you can‘t know until the unit is running - $574, It couldn’t run until you replace the - Capacitor $185, and the contactor (?) $125, he also said I needed a core valve $40 (they cost .53 cents on Amazon). “For you $900 all in” I was told, He was on the roof. I was on the phone in my loft. I decided to go to the roof, and he was working on my neighbors unit (which was working and still is) and not mine!!! You get it? Total scam. He was telling me I needed to pay him $900 for an AC unit that wasn’t mine, what???? Today the new HVAC tech came out - to give me a second opinion and he charged me $512. $75 for the service visit, $437 for parts and labor, He said I didnt need Freon. Now the AC works great. It is a bummer that people feel they have to cheat you to make money. That was almost $400 and in these times when money is tight how can they do this during a heatwave? Because these other guys were so honest I signed up for their AC heating maintenance program, they are going to forever have my business and I will refer them to everyone but JUST ONE CALL? what would you do?

Greg did a fantastic job with AC service and Nest install. Extremely professional. Well informed and AC works twice as well as before. Id gvlive them 10 stars if I could. Definitely give them a buzz with you AC woes. You wont regret it.

Just one call is great. As I listen to David recieve calls, he tells you honestly what work that needs to be done with very reasonable price. They work with the very best interest of the customer even before thier company. And this is why it makes them one of the best company you can hire.

I would give them more than a 5-star review if I could. In fact, I have to say Im surprised they dont have all 5-star reviews. They were responsive, professional, reasonably priced, efficient and effective. They simply did everything right to help us deal with an air conditioning unit that another company had tried and failed to repair. A special shout out to Nick and his dad who serviced our account and Arthur who managed complicated communications with our insurance company. I really felt like they were advocates for me through the whole process. Nick and his dad worked on our unit late into the night -- twice.

I had the worst experience you can have with a company. First of all they lied to my insurance company and told them nothing was wrong with my furnace. The technician clearly knew something was wrong because it was flashing a code from the indicator board. Theyre liars and scammers stay away from this company!!!!

Called for heating problem during recent cold snap. Problem fixed within 24 hours. Professional, efficient. Noticed my old a/c & thermostat and came back to clean, install nest system and add freon...no charge (under a DWP program). Highly reccomend Gary and Just One Call without reservation.-Dave

My AC stopped working. Just One Call was readily available and prompt, with Armen and Greg appearing early in their estimated window of arrival. They diagnosed a dead blower motor (as I suspected) and fixed it promptly, explaining as they went along. They also educated me on programs and discounts available to me as a Los Angeles resident. THANK YOU so much for fixing my ac unit. My house felt like an oven when our ac broke down. I know alot of AC companies are busy these hot summer days, but it wasnt hard for Just one call to put us on schedule. The girl on the phone was SWEET and was able to put us on schedule between 8-12 the next day!!! Once the tech came he ran some tests and hooked up diagnostic equipment, which he figured out in less than 10 min what was wrong. He had our ac fixed in 30 min!!! Amazing company. I would recommend to anyone who wants experienced trained professionals who know what they are doing.

Too quick story i recently bought a new home and the ac that was in this home was ancient, we tried to fix it many times before w numerous companies and it came out to be unrepairable. Most companies quoted me w over 5k then i came across just one call, their tec came out the next day and i got the best discounted quote literarily the next day. i agreed to move forward and within that week we got a new system installed. honestly i went through so much with this ac stuff, my only thought now is i wish i found them earlier to save me from all the headaches and extra visits. thanks guys ! recommend to all

Reallllly bad service, unexpirience tech arrived to my house, my a/c was working fine only 1 day wasnt getting cold cold so i called my home warranty on a wednesday. Just one call gave me a appointment for tuesday, all those days the a/c qas working perfectly but since i had already paid the service fee of 75dlls i didnt cancelled, tech came inside the house and started to check everything, after 2 hrs he said the a/c needed cleaning and he would charge 350dlls plus 80 dlls if it needed freon. Wife called me and told me about it so i told her no because i can do the cleaning myself, tech got mad and started to talk s*it to my wife about having the a/c apart And not getting paid, i didnt hire him, it was the home warranty so he should of go after their money not mine, long story short, he sabotage my a/c unit and it doesnt even start now, its been 1 week without a/c with a 4month old baby, i called to complaint about the tech attitude against my wife in MY HOUSE and messing up my a/c and they pretty much hang up the phone. Horrible service guys!! Its like taking your car into the dealership for an oil change and they give it back to you with a blown engine.

Company came out due to air conditioner blower in the attic making loud noise. Manny came out and stated there was no access to open the blower. Indicated everything was working fine and no mechanical failure found. I called another company and they fixed the problem.

Very unreliable. Scheduled twice, both times no show, no call. After the first no show, customer service called saying the technician called when he couldn’t make it; I had no missed call but scheduled the second visit anyway and gave them two numbers. No show and no phone was called again. Edit: 2nd time tech did call after the schedule window. 3rd time finally showed. So 3 star.

They came and cleaned the exterior unit. They also recharged the unit. Really prompt and efficient service!

We had them come out from American Home Shield for our AC unit. They did schedule fast however they gave me false information. They looked at it for 2 minutes then came in and said the whole wiring was wrong and they needed to rewire the entire system. Then they said it also needed 7 pounds of freon and the home warranty did not cover that so it would cost me $1000. I said I wanted a second opinion. I had another AC place come out and it was the thermostat. My AC is working great with the thermostat. Do NOT use they are out for money and nothing else.

I got connected to this company through Fidelity home warranty. My Air conditioner was out for 5 days and I took off work in order to meet the technician and I let them know when I waited 5 days that I have 2 kids under the age of 5 who are not doing well with the heat. My window to meet the technician was from 12-4 PM. I was in the middle of doing something at my house and made sure to come back to my phone at 12pm exactly to find out that the tech showed up at 11:50 PM and called me and left a voicemail, then waited 2 minutes and left. I called 3 times in 10 minutes to get him to come back and there was no answer. I called in and tried to make a complaint and the operator refused to connect me to management. Refused to give me his last name. First is supposedly David but that could be a lie. When I asked for the last name for my records as I wanted to file a complaint and he said find another company and hung up the phone. This is a very unprofessional company. Do NOT USE.

My biggest thing with this company was that getting scheduled is so easy, i have a schedule that is all over the place and its super helpful when theyre flexible with their schedule and the fact that their tech calls a half an hour before instead of just showing up like other companies! I called on Friday about my AC, they tell me they will send somebody on Tuesday. Ok I think, the heat wave wont hit until then I can manage. The repair tech came right before the end of the window. He is dressed very nice. He sees that my AC is in the basement, which is not hard to access but you may get a little dusty.He then tells me, he will not go into the basement. I asked him why, he replies, I am not going into the basement He takes a picture and walks out. When I called to see what would be done, they tell me they will get back to me tomorrow. It will be 102 tomorrow. My office where I work bakes in the afternoon. I had to shut down my work computer because it is over heating. It is currently over a 100 degrees. Nobody seemed to care that the coward repairmen wasted my time and if I went with a company that was worth anything, I am sure I would have had this fixed by now.Needless to say, I will never use this company again, I advise you to do the same.

Ive been having problems with my AC unit for months. My friend recommended “Just one call” and after the amount of praise she gave them, I decided to take up her suggestion and called the company. From the very beginning, their office employees were very kind and willing to answer all of my questions. They accommodated my schedule and were willing to send out a tech the next day. The tech arrived on time, was very kind and really went out of his way to make sure our AC was working to its best ability! I am very impressed but the honesty and willingness to do hard work from this company.

When I bought my new home my ac completely broke down for months and it was extremely bothersome. I finally went online to find someone who could help out and thankfully I came across Just one call. Manny came to repair my ac after a previous company had wired my ac incorrectly and left the job incomplete. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and communicated what he was doing and why. Overall great guy. Double checked the entire unit to be sure there were no further errors done by the last company and spend extra time to ensure it was running properly before leaving.Note: this company was dispatched by AHS and if another issue arises with my air conditioner I will request this company be dispatched.Thanks guys. Our AC goes out on a Friday afternoon. I call my home warranty people and they send the business to Just One Call and say that they will contact me within 24 hours. Saturday comes and goes and I call them on Sunday because my house is 187 degrees. It seems their office hours are Monday to Friday and there is no emergency number...so these guys are not going to fix my AC. I call back to my home warranty folks and get the service contract change to someone else. Now my AC is fixed but not by the Just One Call clowns.

Im really happy with this company. Really good customer service and the technician jon who came was and fast efficient who know what he was doing. Replaced my thermostat to the Nest thermostat which im able to control with my phone. And did a tune up on my system, plus replaced my air filter. Very nice people came and change the thermostat and check the AC and did a very good job on it. Our ac is working way better than before and they helped us how to work with the new thermostat . My homeowners insurance (AHS) sent Just-One-Call to repair my AC in October. They explained that a valve had broke and filled the Freon for $500. One month later, the AC was noticeably less cold. Just-One-Call and AHS both denied responsibility. Weather got cool, so I eventually gave up calling. Recently, I called another repair company that confirmed it was still a leak; therefore, Just-One-Call never fixed the leak and just added Freon.In summary, Just-One-Call did not fix the leak correctly and would not return, probably because insurance would not pay them again to come back. If your insurance sends this company, please request for another. If youre paying out of pocket, go with a better rated company.

Believe me, if I could leave a negative 5 stars (or more )I would.I had high hopes that despite some of the review I had read, they MIGHT treat me fair but I was wrong. They billed me for several Code upgrades and modifications including parts that they NEVER INSTALLED! I was all set to send the final check when I decided I needed to inspect what I expect and much to my surprise and dismay, I had been taken advantage of.I called another HVAC contractor and showed him the description of items to be performed and he laughed and couldnt make heads or tails of what they were talking about and in fact told me there were no code issues with the way mys system was in the 1st place. In fact the home was sold to us with the hvac this way and there were no code issues.When confronted with this, Arthur simply asked are you sure?So now I have taken pictures of shoddy workmanship and explained that Im no longer comfortable with these contractors because of lies and poor workmanship. Arthur demanded the balance of the out of pocket Junk Fees and told me if I didnt pay, he would slap a lean on the property. Not ten minutes later I received an email that they had billed my credit card AGAIN without my authorization.So, this is the readers digest version but you get the point. They are demanding access to the property to complete the (un-needed) installs and so called mods and have threatened ME with breach of contract.Any additional advice is welcomed but stay away from these thieves.Follow up: In addition to all of the junk fees and B.S. about code upgrades these thieves (Arthur) also never pulled a permit when a permit IS required. When asked about this Arthur lied and said I requested to waive the permit and THEN told me if I wanted one he would get one but that it would cost ME hundreds of dollars!!!!A PERMIT FOR THIS JOB IS ONLY 80-90.00!!The ONLY reason I have not turned them in to CSLB is during all of this, my Father in law was dieing. They even sent a crew out to work on the AC (do some of the things they charged me for and didnt do, nor did it need) the day he died because Arthur INSISTED on it!If you even considering Just One Call, RUN!! RUN TILL YOUR FEET BLEED!

OK.Sent technician Second phone call from Just One Call-UUPS! We made a mistake.Your co-pay will be $2200...OK.THIRD PHONE CALL, from the contractor that AHS sent me----UUUPS!! If you want your a/c to be done tomorrow-you have to pay full price.$5900.Otherwise, you have to wait for 3 weeks for approval..We are in the middle of heat wave 115*F, house is the oven and my tenant is pregnant with two little children.I paid $5900.Nobody gave me a penny back.I could have a better deal if I found contractor myself.Do not deal with American Home Shield and their dishonest subcontractors.

Worst experience EVER! Do not let these people into your home. They send out unlicensed techs. They sent this incompetent idiot out that blew out my transformer and circuit board and then refused to come back to fix it when I threatened to call the Contractors Board (which has already been done)
