Used Pro Star three months ago to remodel my kitchen. All I can say is that they are phenomenal! They did an amazing job at making it look like what I had envisioned it to be. Eden was so talented and professional.He first came in and gave me the estimate. They replaced all my cabinets and counter and made it look stylish and modern.I am so happy with how my beautiful kitchen turned out. THANK YOU!

Incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We got a free quote for our bathroom remodel before other companies we reached even scheduled a call. The owner was always ready to answer our questions, and he came by for a final walkthrough to make sure everything was perfect--he was more thorough than I was. The team worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly, and I want to thank Nir in particular for the long hours and good work he put in. I would recommend this company and team to anyone.

Dishonest and unethical liars are the best description of this company. I had some work that needed to be done at my house. I met with the project manager. He quoted me $11,000 and said he would get it done in four days. I didnt negotiate on the price agreed to pay him his full asking prices hoping for a quick completion. It has been four WEEKS and he still has not completed the work. During the first four work days his one employee showed up for a total of 8 hours at our house. He said he would get another person. The second guy would show up at 11:00 am or later and leave shortly after. All I got from the project manager was excuses and more lies. I would never do business with this dishonest and unethical company.

Marketer called to schedule an estimate for flooring and maybe kitchen cabinets. I let the woman know that I may need to wait until some paperwork was completed prior to getting estimate. She reassured me that quotes were good for 6 months. The day of estimate another person called to confirm my appt. The woman told me that I needed to have my husband on premises before they could give me a quote because the house was under his name.I let her know that the house belonged to my father and he had passed away—then she said it was okay for me to be present without my husband. I made the appointment at 4 pm—Eden Riff called me at 4:20 and asked if he could come at 5 pm. He did not show until 5:25pm. Walked through the house and after I told him some of the things I would like to have done—instead of giving me an estimate—he said that they no longer do estimates for 6 months. If you want business than please commit to what you are offering. Very unprofessional and exactly the reason why people don’t answer marketing calls. What a waste of time.

When I purchased my home I needed to replace the bathrooms and the electricity. Luckily I found Pro Star and reached out for an assessment. I was impressed by their communication and professionalism, the manager was on top of everything! Labor, materials and scheduling. He kept us in the loop of every little detail.The end result is beautiful. We received many compliments from our friends.

I have been very happy with all the work that was done by Pro Star Builders.We remodeled bathrooms and they also did a beautiful job with the Landscaping.Neil made the process as easy as possible .We got a great deal from him. He was very informative all along the process.The result is beyond what we expected.I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful.Leeroy the manager was always available if I had questions, the workers did excellent work, very dependable. They also helped me with selecting bathroom features, paint, and the tile work was beautiful.We are very pleased.

I got my whole kitchen redone by these guys and to say they went above and beyond is an understatement. When we met with the design team, they offered suggestions that improved our initial concept considerably.Communication and professionalism is the number 1 thing I look for in a company and Im pleased to say the met and even exceeded my expectations.

Owen and his team helped me with remodeling last month.Great price and great service!They were able to finish the job on time. They finished the remodel like a pro.. overall, cheaper and more efficient than hiring just random guys.5 stars all around!!

We hired Pro Star about two months ago. Neil was the manager of the project. We wanted to repair the roof and also work in the backyard on the landscaping.The project was completed yesterday and we are absolutely happy with the whole service.From start to finish it was a smooth experience. Neil is very friendly, clear about costs and efficient.

Got a call from Elona saying that her dad just started a construction company and is looking for some work, so I said ok I need some stucco work and she said fine she have get me a free estimate today. So that’s when I asked for her name and when I asked for the name of the company she hung up!! 🤷🏻‍♂️ I called back initially no answer, I called again and some lady named Makita answered, I told her who I just spoke with so she transferred me to her, Elon’s answered I told her who I was and asked what happened then she said oh we got disconnected and then proceeded to say my project was too small!! I asked why and how much work is too little or too much?? She then said she can get someone out here today so I said ok but can I speak to a supervisor she said there wasn’t anyone but she could book a free estimate today…… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO I AM OUT!! Can support that type of unprofessional service!!!!!!!!

We used Pro Star builders to remodel the kitchen and the whole interior of the house we bought 3 months ago. They did everything just as we expected and they were fast so we could move into our new house on time. I would highly recommend Pro Star and for sure will use them in the future if we need any other work done.

Have been getting cold calls from them for months. I didnt mind, because I told them I am very interested in doing the work. I still am, but not with them. My last call with Tracey Chapman ensured I will never do business with them. I asked her to call me back to see if I can make it down to the property in question this weekend. When she called back and I told her I wasnt gonna be able to make the 3 hour drive back, she rudely hung up on me without saying anything. So thanks to her Ill be looking for a different contractor when the time comes.

Denny and his team were very professional. They are definitely a 5 stars team!He was so helpful every step of the process. He explained the contract clearly , and answer to all my questions and concerns.We got a fair deal .Will definitely recommend.

DO NOT HIRE--This company tries to charge you for products not needed, measurements that are false, and illegally charges tax against California law. They called me , provided 3 different business names. Then showed up over an hour late to an appointment for a job estimate. The Guy Itay Ben-Harush refused to give a written estimate, sent a text and told me he would not be used as a tool to compare against other contractors. Measured the fence line job at more than 20 linear feet more than it actually was, quoted 2k more than 3 other companies. He was very rude and argued with my neighbor, left me a rude voicemail and said that I was too uneducated to understand the difference between an estimate and a contract and if I was serious and wanted to sign a contract then he would put his quote in writing. I told him I wanted his quote in writing to protect myself if I hired him and he told me, companies have the right to choose who they do jobs for also. I called his boss Kevin who did not care at all and was bothered I even called him. He told me they would remove me from their data base and not do work for me.This company is unprofessional, Rude, Scammers trying to take advantage of people by over charging and gauging.

Great communication and wonderful work.dam took his time to explain what he was going to do with our landscape project.He didnt leave untill we were satisfied.Pro Star took out all the headaches we experienced with other companies.Their guys are very talented and creative.They finished the landscape in a timely manner.

This company is a SCAM. We hired them to re pipe our whole house and it cost us $15,000 and the did not do anything under the house. Thank god we had another plumber look under the house and he said it was destroyed. The are THIEFS and LIARS. We are in the middle of taking them to court. Please if you are thinking of using them DO NOT! Run as fast as you can. It’s a big family business and they are all crooks.

Terrible experience.They were contracted to renovate a bathroom in order to accommodate a disabled person. I asked that the floor be level to accommodate a wheelchair, and even after promising me this would be the case, there is a 2” lift required with the wheelchair.They ripped out half the bathroom and basically said they would not continue the project until I agreed to ADD $30k to the price to have totally unnecessary foundation work done (unnecessary as per their own structural engineer btw.)So they left me with a hole in my house for NINE DAYS. Nobody would return my call or text, wildlife coming in my house, it was a nightmare. Finally I relented to their demand that I add $10k to the already high $27k price and in addition I had to do ALL of the leg work buying and ordering materials.And IT IS STILL NOT FINISHED 4 MONTHS LATER. But now it’s no longer possible to have workers in my house. So I sent them packing with an ugly half done remodel.If Jacob or Gabriel show up at your door turn them away and bolt the doors.

I am very pleased with the work that Pro Star Builders did for me.The remodel wa done during Covid and their workers took extra cautions and always had gloves and masks.They paid attention to the details and we felt very safe.You really can’t go wrong working with them!

Nir and his team were courteous throughout the whole process. They did exactly as I told them to and the end result was absolutely great.They go above and beyond when it comes to the level of work and the attention to details.We will use them again for sure.

This is Ken, We had our roof come off in the Santan Ana wind storm ,and we needed to replace in a hurry ,rain was emitawaynent so i called Pro Star Builders ink , I found them on Google and thay came to see roof and gave me a Bid ,I signed and thay started righaway job was done in no time and Anton the Project Manager was verry good and fasthelpful he helped us pick out our shingles ,we removed old roof and put all new, roof never looked so good, Thank you for saving our House! Verry good and fast.

Pro Star builders uses Calling services to get business, Ive asked numerous times to stop calling me and they continue to call.If you use them, good luck, any business that needs to cold call to get business, cant be a very good quality company

5 stars all around for Pro Star - from communication to pricing to speed and end results I can not say one bad thing about their service, happy I chose them and would recommend to anyone that needs help with their home.

We were contacted in mid April 2022 via a cold call representative and because I had been getting estimates for work to be done I agreed to get an estimate.The whole experience was horrible, they did not do the work as prescribed in the contract so they had to take some money off the balance but overall I had better quality with the previous handyman paint jobs than this project. It was a fight every inch of the way with me contacting Ryan every night and having conversation after conversation to voice all of my concerns about things that were not done well or correctly, then being verbally placated and then have nothing come out of those conversations being accomplished. And to sum it all up in two instances the best way possible, for one I posted a picture of above my front door where, for all of the promises of the best, highest quality prep work and then paint job, there is a large spider web visible that was there before they started and they just painted over it. The second example is that all of my windows AND my kitchen door were painted shut. I mentioned this as a concern after the very first day they started because they primered the window shut then and yet, after all the work was supposedly finished (also, all the windows had not been scrapped around the edges to get rid of the paint.. sloppy) I cannot open any window in the house and my kitchen door was painted complete stuck and would not open until my husband fixed it. They did not scrape old paint and primered over chipping paint. The painted hardware, screen fixtures, door bells, light fixtures, vent covers ( that I specifically requested to be taken off), left paint marks of the walkways, did not paint under house trim, did not use a guide to make straight paint lines.. anywhere, so they are all crooked, smashed my plants, painted over dirty surfaces, left trash laying around, etc. These are just a couple of problems I was left with there are many others. For $15,000. I really feel cheated.

After getting few estimates from Other companies I have choose pro star builders , they gave me a fair price for amazing work, the workers arrived every day at time, they were professional, and did great job I am so great full for my new kitchenHighly recommended

Telemarketer called me for a quote. Sales guy who showed up was rude and condescending when I said I needed to think about it. I would never use them or recommend this company.

Their vision was excellent, they were very professional and we enjoyed working with them and will again.

I would highly recommend that any homeowner looking to update their home steer clear of this company. We did a full kitchen and bathroom remodel. What was supposed to take 4-6 weeks took over 7 months. The “contractor” we were working with assured us that he would be present throughout the project but was basically MIA the entire time, leaving me to do project management and oversight. Different workers were consistently coming without any idea as to what needed to be done, each blaming the last crew for any mistakes. The quality of the materials is a joke. A lot of promises were made up front that absolutely did not come to fruition. I can’t say enough bad things about this company or the contractor. If I could give zero stars, I would! Run!!!!

Pro star workers work fast to get the job done but try calling them weeks or months later you will get no response they will pass you from one phone number to the nex

We went with Pro Star Builders because we already worked with them and also some of our friends worked with this contractor and we are very satisfied with their work. They remodeled our bathroom, the project went smoothly, finished on time, even earlier and there was no change in price.Thank you again for excellent work!

What we loved most about them was that they were true to their word and they fixed anything that we felt was not quite right. They wanted our complete satisfaction! Adri appeared to me as the most straight forward and genuine. Signing with him and his crew was the best decision I made. As someone who had bad experiences with contractors, he proved to be more than a project manager but a partner who looked out for my best interest. He was also very understanding with my limitations and worked around it to the best of his ability. If I were to remodel again, I will not hesitate to call him back. The job is complete! We are incredibly happy with the work and the whole crew at Pro Star Builders, Adri especially was there with us for every step of the way from initial quotes to final touchups. The job was completed fast! They were masters at organizing and scheduling the crew to have something finished everyday with no downtime. I got a few estimates and although Neil’s quote wasnt the cheapest, he was obviously going to be an easy person to deal with, very responsive, genial and professional so I went with him. He told me to allow one month for completion but he said it was unlikely to take that long. Work began almost immediately with taking the old Bathroom out. The new bathroom installed pretty quickly and is night and day different from what was there before. We are enjoying our bathroom and will definitely recommend Neil to others !!

Pro star builders just finished the full renovation including the kitchen and master bath. From the 3D design to the beautiful tile work, they went far beyond my expectations. Nir always available and responds to every concern in a timely manner .He truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend him for any custom project.

Their crew arrived on time and did and fantastic job!!We really love the modern bathroomsI then hired them for my mom kitchen and it is just perfect. Their manager Owen is a great communicator . I contacted Pro Star after getting a recommendation and they nearly immediately set an appointment and we discussed what we wanted. Pricing was on target and competitive to the other bids that i had received. We scheduled the work, and everything started as planned.The crew who did our bathroomwere excellent! Cannot say enough good things about Pro Star Builders. I had a large garage which they turned into an ADU for me. The remodeling process was flawless. Val and the team were hard working, polite and attentive to our every need while taking extra precautions by practicing Covid-19 safety measures. This Company is terrible, totally irresponsible, unprofessional, and not trust worthy. They should have applied for a permit to close a bathroom window but they didnt. When my HOA requests to see the window permit, the Company claims a permit is not required. What makes matters worse is that they went ahead and closed the window without my knowledge. I had to call the city to find out that a permit isrequired. We signed the contract back in 12/21/21. Today the remodeling is still unfinished.

They cold called us to get a quote. The gentlemen who showed up (Erez) was very polite and professional. We let him know we were thinking about it and then the call bombs began. We were contacted multiple times to make a decision and harassed about getting a re-quote because we were told we were over bid and they could give a better price. If they have all the information why would they need to come give another quote, seems like they should have quoted us the correct number the first time. When I suggested this the caller hung up on me.I wouldnt touch this company with a 10 foot pole.

We got an estimate from this company. The women that came out was very nice and professional, but once we told her we needed time to think about going forward you could tell she was annoyed. We decided not to go forward with their bid because my job has now become uncertain due to Covid. They have called twice since the estimate wanting to give us an updated bid. I dont understand why they need to come out and see us in person to update our bid, I feel its just a sales tactic so they can pressure us in person to go forward with their company. When the second women called me I told her that I already told the guy before that we would not be going forward with their bid, she gave an irritated sign and hung up on me. So really unprofessional and rude.

Extremely unprofessional. Despite the repetitive telemarketing cold calls, they lagged approx. 2 months between initial contact and actual estimate follow through. Reps are in the practice of hanging up on callers if they dont hear what they want.Not at all interested in doing business with companies with this kind of work ethic.

HOWEVER, ONCE THEY SHOULD UP THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN NOT GIVE ME AN EXACT ESTIMATE UNTIL THEY GIVE ME BLUEPRINITS FIRSTTHEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $6,000 FOR THE BLUEPRINTSI HAD MULITPLE CONTRACTORS STOP BY AND NONE TOLD ME THEY NEED THE BLUE PRINTS FIRST IN ORDER TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE.ISNT THE POINT OF THEM COMING OVER TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND LOOK AT THE PLACE TO GIVE A ROUGH ESTIMATE?CRAZY HOW THEY THEN TRIED TO TELL ME THIS WAS NEEDED AND THERE IS NO WAY TO KNOW HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE UNTIL I DO THE BLUEPRINTS WITH THEM FIRST.THEY GUY ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE BUT THEY MUST FIRST COME TO THE PROPERTY.AND ONCE THEY WERE HERE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEED BLUEPRINTS.VERY SAD, PLEASE SHOP AROUND FIRST AND DONT LET YOURSELF BE TRICKED LIKE A FOOL!!

They didn’t honor the complete contract left trash and fencing that they tore down put locks on wrong side of the gate front entrance gate lock don’t match up so I can’t close and lock gate properly I believe they hired day laborers from Home Depot because there was definitely a language barrier till this day they refuse to make the repairs on even communicated till this day they were rude and after they got my money all of 69000 they want to not say anything

Never will go with telemarketing contractor again. Big mistake
