We recently remodeled the back part of our house with Fidelity General Contractors. We updated the large living room and put in a new bedroom, walk-through closet hallway, and bathroom (see before and after photos). I literally cannot recommend them enough. We have worked with a number of contractors before, and none of them can compare. Karen is everything that you would want in a contractor. She gave us regular updates on the process from the permits through final inspection. She was always available to text or chat if we had questions or concerns. She handled all issues and concerns as they arose so that we did not have to, which as a new mother with a baby, I truly appreciated. She helped us with design choices as well - once sitting with us for over an hour to choose tiles since we couldn’t decide :). She advocated for us, taking into consideration our budgetary concerns and also inspecting the work to make sure all the tiny details were taken care of. The entire team worked tirelessly to finish the project in the exact time frame that they had told us (they were even able to start early). We are so happy with the quality of work now that the project is complete. I can say with 100% certainty that I will work with Fidelity again for all of my future home projects.

I recently approached Karen and Ben at Fidelity about a huge renovation project on a dilapidated house. Their attention to detail and lightening fast responses and obvious knowledge of all aspects of the renovation and building process actually blew my mind. I had never done such an extreme project and was overwhelmed by the process until I talked to them and they just took the reigns and made the process so easy, starting with an asbestos report, options on the remodel with detailed plans and pricing. These guys really know what they are doing! Karen’s response time and attention was unmatched. She got 3 quotes for asbestos mitigation and found the cheapest one for me…they really work hard to follow your budget. Anyway, I can’t say enough good things. If you are looking to have any kind of work done in your house from adding or renovating a bathroom to a full remodel, no need to look any further. Karen has a really good eye and is on top of the latest trends. Ben has great input on the market and makes good financial suggestions as far as income potential of certain additions and features. Outstanding work!!!

These guys are a real joke. They first said they were a Family Company and all the Family work as the workmen. It is not true. They just sell the job and sub it out to a crew that did not know how to intall the shower surround. They caused damage to a new pocket door and could not figure out how to make it work right on the track. We had to go back and fix a good part of their work. Ben did a crooked thing They had my credit card nformation from months before. After they bailed on the job, not even getting to the half way point, they tagged my credit card for another $5,000. This outfit is as crooked as can be. Beware of these gypsys. We had to remove a back wall to fix the plumbing work they did to costing more. There was about $2,500 if cost to repair the work they did and again they were not even half way to completing the job.

I dont usually write reviews on google unless I am completely and absolutely happy with the service done. Fidelity General Contractors works extremely fast and does beautiful remodeling! whatever you ask of them, it is always done!! they work fast and efficiently!! I cannot wait for the next time I get the chance to work with this company!!! Truly pleased.

We had our kitchen remodeled recently by Fidelity General Contractors. I worked closely with their designer and project manager, and together we came up with a design that was retro, but modern. It was a big job, our whole kitchen had to be gutted. It’s beautiful now, they did such a great job, and it only took about 6 weeks to complete. I highly recommend them for any remodeling job you may be planning.

KBR was very professional and did a spectacular job of helping design and install custom cabinets in my kitchen. Great customer service! I would highly recommend them.

Fidelity General Contractors removed my old kitchen flooring and installed new tiles for a good price. It was a pleasure to work with them. The installer was very professional and did a great job. I am very satisfied.
