Frank showed up when he said he would and installed a new tankless water heater where we had a tank before. He moved the gas line and the water lines and left everything neat. I can’t recommend him enough. I am very pleased with the work and would use him again in a heartbeat.

I called Navien corporation in the search of a company certified installer. I was advised to go to Navien website to find a certified installer there. I read their reviews and chose Tankless Pro. I called Tankless Pro on Saturday afternoon. Frank responded while he was busy. We agreed for Frank to come and see the old conventional tank water heater on Sunday. He arrived on Sunday morning on time, as agreed. On Monday morning he came on time again and completed the installation, beautifully. Frank is very professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Not only he completed the installation of the device, he also put an outdoor electrical receptacle for me. Frank is such a perfectionist, he even feels bad if customers don’t have hot water. He is going to come back a year after the install to do maintenance for free. In the case where I need help with water heater, I would definitely go to Frank, again.

My friend recommended Frank @ Tankless Pro for a tankless system after our gas water tank box died a 2nd time. Replacement part would have cost nearly 1.5k. With the cold weather and no hot water, Frank gave us the best offer (of 3 quotes) and installed the system the very next day on time. Wife and I are now enjoying hot water with the Navien 240A2 system for our 3 ba home. He provided quality installation service.

If I could give Frank from Tankless Pro more than 5 stars I would. I have a Navien tankless hot water heater that took so long to deliver hot water. I had several plumbers come out that were unable to fix the problem.I even had a Navien certified company called Monkey Wrench come out. Monkey Wrench recommended I install a new tankless heater for $8,000 or have mine rebuilt for $3,200.On the other hand, Frank came over, reset a few of the switches and immediately fixed the problem. And, he charged me $120 instead of thousands of dollars!!! I highly recommend Tankless Pro and I would never use Monkey Wrench unless you want to be taken for a ride.

My tankless water heater was not producing hot water. I called And spoke to Frank and he came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue. He found calcium build up and a crack in the unit from me not getting the unit serviced annually. He was able to install a new unit the same day and I was back in business with hot water…now that’s what I call great service!!!!!!

Our old Takagi tankless was acting up for the past couple of weeks. I should have known the writing was on the wall, especially when I started calling around regarding servicing the unit. Frank from Tankless Pro was quick to respond and was available in less than 24 hours. Mind you, the Takagi stopped working on a Saturday, so cold shower Sunday for everyone in the house. Come Monday morning, Frank showed up and told us the pros and cons of attempting to fix a long-discontinued tankless unit. We went back and forth, then decided on a new Navien with more BTU, more technology, and a built-in recirculating pump (something else I wanted to install if we were able to repair the Takagi. Low and behold, a couple of hours later, we have a brand new tankless water heater with much more BTU and a built-in recirculating pump for a very fair all-included price. I would recommend Tankless Pros and especially Frank to everyone. A+++

Frank installed a new tankless water heater for me when my broke after 7 years. I went with him not only because his prices were the lowest but also because he was very upfront and transparent what he charged for the unit, labor, and why he recommended certain brands over others. His quotes were significantly cheaper than other companies. Frank was professional, very responsive, quick, and friendly. Very nice guy! He even noticed my water pressure regulator wasnt working and replaced that in the same day. Highly recommend Frank and his services!

TanklessPro water heater was old and needed to be replaced. Water Heaters Just put the last water heater in over 20 years ago. I am using this company again because I had no problems with the water heater or installation. The office was very helpful in scheduling. Mario and Max arrived as scheduled. Called as they were on their way. Mario and Max arrived and used COVID-19 protocols. They did it. excellent work in a timely manner.
