We’ve been using Second City Plumbing for years…Mike and his team are top notch! We’ve had them to both our house and commercial property for something as simple as a stubborn toilet clog, to a complete overhaul and replacement of our commercial sewer system, to a redesigned and updated plumbing scheme for our home remodel including a tankless water heater installation. These guys are fast, fair and able to handle everything we’ve ever thrown their way.Highly Recommended!

We recently had a bathroom shower redone and Mike’s handled the whole process. They completed it smoothly while fixing the structural issues and prevented future repair costs by catching a piping issue. There was good communication through the remodel and their knowledge was evident.We will definitely use again when it’s time to redo our other bathroom. Ive used Mike and 2nd City many times over the year because they are quick to respond, on-time and have always been able to solve my plumbing issues. In addition, the jobs have always been completed very quickly and the prices have been adequate. I do not hesitate to contact them. Very easy to deal with.

Mike came out several times to give us quotes for service and advice with no charge. We used his services to replace our old water heater and swap our old frequently leaky pipes for new PEX piping. Service was very professional and friendly. They got the entire piping and water heater job done in one day. Unlike other services, they came back the next day to repair the walls where they replaced piping. They even came back a third day to help us replace a shelf over our washer and dryer that was too heavy for my wife and me to replace on our own. Highly recommended!

Our sewer line backed up on us on a Sunday! One call to Second City Plumbing and they were onsite in 30 minutes and had our drain cleared quickly and efficiently. We appreciated their prompt attention and professionalism!

We dropped an expensive wedding ring down the toilet - accidentally of course. Mike, Christine, Tyler, and Ulysses at Second City gave us a same-day appointment. Using a high tech endoscope/camera, the guys were able to visually identify the ring about 20 feet downstream of the toilet. Using a location device, they were able to pinpoint the location of the ring which helped reduce excessive repairs. The 3 plastic drain line was cut and repaired in minutes. These guys are professionals, friendly, and did a great job FAST! We are grateful for their help and couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience. Thank you Second City (El Segundo!)

Mike and his team at Second City Plumbing helped us with an extensive remodel project at our home in Westchester. Including replacing the old sewer lines from beneath our slab foundation, re-piping the entire house, installing a tankless water heater, plumbing a new master bathroom and a few other odds and ends. His team worked quickly to keep our remodel project on track and the work was top notch! Highly recommended.

Mike and Christine are both very responsive, professional and helpful. We had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in our garage and they responded via text on a Saturday to arrange a visit first thing Monday morning. By Monday at 12 Noon, the pipe had been replaced and fixed and were back to using our water. Thank you Mike and Christine for your help and professionalism!

Second City plumbing Came to fix my GROHE Faucet.Parts supplied by manufacturer. The water hose got a hole in it & it started leaking. Since they installed it, I called them to replace the factory provided hose. The hose the factory sent leaked, but I had a second hose.The plumber reinstalled the 2nd new hose.Now it is not leaking all over my kitchen.They were prompt, they came earlier, which they called and asked if, earlier worked for me? It did.And faucet works fine now.I appreciate their prompt service & the phone call making sure earlier worked for me!The plumber was kind, professional & prompt, but he needed my electrical tape for a plumbing job, which concerns me!Please return my used 2 hoses so I can send to the manufacturer. Especially the brand new defective one. Thank you.Prompt. Good service!

Mike and crew have done a great job whenever they work at my place for repairs in the shower faucet repair and we had a pipe burst a few years back. Definitely recommend as they are honest, do a professional job, and make sure you are satisfied.

Mike and his team are extremely responsive and quick to act. Mike came out to discuss the issues and the project (re-piping our entire place) and right away, we knew he was way more knowledgeable than the other companies we had also met with. He was very thorough in his explanation and broke down our options and the pros and cons. He and his team were able to quickly schedule us and finish the job cleanly and quickly. He was also great about follow up questions and responses. Would highly recommend!

These guys are great. I wouldn’t call anyone else for any of my plumbing needs. They tell me what needs to be done, but also what does NOT need to be done. Very honest, reliable, and a pleasure (as much as plumbing work can be ) to work with. They installed a tankless water heater for me, helped me get the rebate, installed a toilet, and fixed multiple leaks in my outdoor plumbing. All their recommendations were good, did not try to oversell me. I trust them without any hesitancy. (They also clean up after pretty well which I appreciated). They are always my first call for any plumbing issues. Been using Mike and his team for years. This was just my recent “stuff”. Always seems to happen at once. Don’t hesitate to call them. Not easy to find a good plumber. As a homeowner it helps to know I can call them whenever a problem arises and not think twice about it.

I had a serious issue with a sink failure. It was on a Sunday night, water leaking and a big mess. Had to shut off house water. I left a message and first thing Monday morning they called and showed up and 30 minutes later my sink leak was fixed. The team was so professional and fast, I really appreciate how responsive they were - especially on a weekend. The cost was great even though it was an emergency and a weekend call. Best plumber around.
