I called the Sewer Brothers because of their excellent reviews online, and I am not disappointed. They were always on time and professional. Carlos and Jose checked our kitchen sink blockage, it turned out to be a serious problem. Pipes in the wall were broken and there was mold due to water damage. They had to cut a big hole on the wall to replace the old pipe. To make it convenient for future drain cleaning, they added a clean-out for kitchen. They put in camera and used hydro jetting to clean buildups in the drain pipe. They did a great job fixing the kitchen drain problem. So I decided to hire them to do another job--install two toilets and change blocked sewage pipe. The house is quite old, sewage pipe was crooked and blocked partially by tree roots. Carlos, Jose and their team replaced damaged pipe with the new one and added two clean-outs--one for the house, one for the sewage to street, so now it is much easier for us to check and clean drain pipes.Since I did not know much about plumbing, I had a lot of questions and concerns, Carlos was very patient, he answered all my questions and explained clearly what his team would do each step before work. Every time I called him or texted him, he would get back to me quickly. Carlos is definitely my go-to plumber from now on. He is the guarantee of reasonable price and quality work.

This is my second time using Pedro. This time, Pedro and his brother Carlos came to my rescue. They quickly and easily cleared out a clogged shower drain.Then came back the following day to install a new stainless steel utility sink, in my garage next to my washer and drying machine’s. They had assessed this new project the prior day gave me a fair quote, to which I readily agreed.They arrived on time, and got everything moved out of the way. I was surprised to see how much dust and debris had accumulated underneath my washer and dryer. They assured me that everything would be cleaned up when they finished with the installation.I have to say that I am very happy with the installation. Pedro and Carlos kept me informed and provided options along the way for a smooth and easy experience.My handyman will come in to close up the openings in the wall to complete this project.Would I recommend this plumbing company…YES!As you can see in the attached pictures, they do more than sewer’s. Although, sewers is their speciality.

The sewer brothers are very responsive and professional. I called them because I needed a gas line capped off that is no longer needed. Carlos came and was able to complete the job quickly. I asked him about another issue i was having and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He came back the next morning to install a new pressure regulator which fixed the issue. He also upgraded my fittings from brass to copper while he was at it. Did a great job. Would highly recommend if you need plumbing services.

Five stars!! on time, great price and very professional work. Shower valve kit had the wrong screws so at 4:30 pm the crew had to drive all the way to Thousand Oaks to find replacements, a drive of one hour there and back. Got back to Granada Hills just after 5:30 and half an hour later the job was done. Love their dedication and the commitment to customer service. Thanks Sewer Brothers!!

Pedro was a amazing, quick to arrive on a last minute call , he assessed needs and went right to work, even when he was unable to move forward due to complications from previous companies workmanship, he gave me his professional opinion of what needed to be done which was invaluable, after spending 2 working hours at my house he packed up the van and when I went to pay he said dont worry, call me if needed in future, I would highly recommend Pedro and the company for their very wide amount of talents. I really wanted to cancel other company and have him do the work but couldnt afford to void any warranty on previous work. Thank you Pedro !

Weve used The Sewer Brothers for 2 major repairs now and can say I wont have to find another plumber again. Their pricing is fair and competitive as weve taken various bids for each of these jobs and theyve consistently come in as the most cost effective. The sewer brothers are awesome! I called them on a Sunday morning with a clogged kitchen sink and they were out within the hour. Turned out it was a big issue and a 40 foot pipe needed to be replaced. They went ahead and took care of everything by staying and working all afternoon on their Sunday and were fair about the price. I cannot thank them enough. Highly highly recommended!

These guys are awesome! I had a leaking shower faucet and broken shower head pipe. I tried calling at least 3 other plumbers and everyone was booked two days out or more. I didnt want to have to wait that long to get this addressed. The brothers came within 10 minutes and got my showers fixed up, checked my water pressure and reinstalled my shower head. They were fast, professional and left my house clean. Fair pricing too.

The work that Pedro did was excellent. However I paid him $800 for the job and he said he would email the receipt. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT and I need it for insurance. I spoke to him on the phone as a follow up and he said he would email it to me. Not received. .I cant reach anyone by phone today. Not very trustworthy. I want my receipt

I chose The Sewer Brothers for bathtub drain leakage problem. My son highly recommended them and he was right. Very reasonable cost (15% less than others), and they took care of other issues at the same time. I highly recommend them!

We are renters and had an emergency in the middle of the night, sludge came up in the toilet and shower. Couldn’t get a hold of our landlord, so searched for a plumber online. Pedro responded promptly and came out shortly after, which was first thing in the morning. He was thorough and fixed the recurring problem, better than it had ever been fixed in the past. He even took the time to clean thoroughly after he was done. The price was right and our landlord was impressed. Looks like we found a new plumber.

My experience with The Sewer Brothers was 100% positive (all pros, no cons). I called them because they had too many excellent online reviews for the reviews to have been submitted by family and friends, and the positive review details were convincing.For our estimate, Carlos arrived quickly, in the time window promised, to diagnose the pinhole leak in a hot water line under our house. He identified that, and two other drain pipe leaks and a corroded section of copper pipe at a t-connection. Carlos explained everything clearly, with photographs. The repair estimate was reasonable.Carlos and Reyes arrived on time the next day for the repair, which went smoothly. It included resetting a toilet, capping a recirculating hot water line that was leaking, replacing a corroded copper t-fitting, and replacing two corroded galvanized steel drain stacks with ABS.Carlos explained the work done, and sent photos of their work. Carlos was unfailingly polite, explained everything well, and he and Reyes were very careful to avoid making any mess and to clean up completely after their work, without my asking. Highly recommended.

The Sewer Brothers did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. We had a sewer line break. They came to inspect and clean it the same day. They then returned the next morning and spent the entire day replacing the sewer line. I hope to never need this service again but if I did this is the only company I’d call!

My water heater burst in the middle of the night. Pedro and his team were here in less than 20 min. They immediately got to work stopping the flood, cleaning the water, and assessing the situation. Turns out I needed a whole new water heater. They returned bright and early the next day with a new heater. We were up and running in no time. This was in Oct 2023. What an incredible company! It’s hard to find a company that does great work and provides top-notch customer service. Sewer Brothers Plumbing & Rooter is such a company and deserves its five star rating! And for the women reading this, I was treated with respect and given a fair price.After dealing with a plumbing stoppage caused by roots for over a month, my regular plumber finally told me that he couldn’t find the main sewer line and I should find another plumbing company that has the proper equipment. This followed three floods in all three of my bathrooms on three different occasions within that month.I researched several highly rated plumbing companies and checked their standing with the California state license board. Sewer Brothers Plumbing & Rooter was the only one that had a C 36 plumbing license and a C 42 sanitation systems license, which is why I chose them.I called and was told that Carlos would be dispatched to my house within 40 minutes. He arrived sooner than that with the proper equipment. Within minutes, he had diagnosed my problems and showed me pictures of my entire sewer system and all the roots clogging up my sewer line. He also showed me the sections that did not need replacing, which was great. He gave me options of possible solutions without any pressure. His prices were fair and reasonable, and it was easy to decide since I was exhausted from the floods in my house during the past month.His crew arrived the same day and began digging. Carlos told me that the work would be completed within a day and a half, and they only needed to turn off my water for a few hours. This is exactly what happened. The sewer lines were replaced, a new cleanout was installed, and they even repaired a leak in my sprinkler systems. And then they replaced all of the dirt that they had carefully piled all over my lawn, and then put the grass back. They were hard-working, detail, oriented, and well trained. They were very respectful of my property. I was impressed that they even put yellow “caution” tape surrounding each hole they dug, even though my property has a fence around it. It was very evident that the crew got along very well and were happy working for this company. Carlos was present a good deal of the time, working alongside his crew. At the end of the job, he showed me pictures of the finished sewer line, all new and minus the roots.Found my new plumbing company!It is my pleasure to highly recommend Sewer Brothers Plumbing & Rooter. On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated.Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees.This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team.Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. This is an amazing company! I needed my water pressure regulator replaced and Pedro was a gem! He replied to me within 5 minutes of sending my email and was super fair and reasonable. They came later in the evening and replaced it at night ( they brought lights) and in the rain. I would definitely use Pedro again! Absolutely the best decision to go with these guys. We had several quotes. Sewer Bros came out, looked at everything, provided an accurate and well written quote, which we immediately signed. Came back out a few days later with a whole crew and spent the whole day and then some, hours past 4pm. It was done. The work site was clean - cleaner even than before they got here - and they double checked everything again before leaving. Best experience.

They did a great job in fixing our sprinkler, we had a pipe burst and they came on time and fixed it quickly. They even used their own new parts , and left it in clean and working condition. Great attitude, and great work. Will definitely call them in future for plumbing work.

Pedro and Carlos are amazing! I made an appointment for the next day, but these men offered to come right away - even though it was early evening. I had water backed up in both sides of my kitchen sink. It was a tough job that a previous plumber was not able to fix. The brothers worked hard at it until the problem was solved. I had a clogged shower drain pipe. Snaking didn’t help rust was coming out. They had to dig through the bathroom floor, remove and replace the old rusted broken pipe, install a drain out and do hydro jet on the main pipe all done in a day. Very satisfied with the work done
