Nikolas and crew were terrific. They really like their jobs. I watched the entire installation and asked a lot of questions. I appreciate the careful (and attractive!) electrical and gas-line connections (pics attached). 4 hours total time. Also All American is a family business. They are very timely on phone and email responses. 5 Stars.

From start to finish everyone was very professional and courteous. If I had to do it again I would definitely request Nicholos as my install team. Nick is extremely professional and easy to deal with and he is extremely neat with his project. He clearly takes pride in his electrical work. I would definitely recommend this company. I have been a customer of All American Generator Service for approximately 6 months. Recently I was scheduled to have the first service call for the generator. I was assigned technician Sergio Nunez to make the visit. Upon his arrival it was determined that the generator was not operating properly and in some cases not working at all. Mr. Nunez worked very diligently and also went above and beyond to communicate with Generac to troubleshoot the situation to get the generator working. Unfortunately at the end of the day he was not successful in getting the generator running. The actual run time of the generator was less than a total of 2.0 hours. It is not the fault of Mr. Nunez that I currently have a $11,000 paperweight.

Kenny was easy going and professional. punctual and engaging in conversation about the company. he took the time to talk about the installation process and what to expect. I would recommend speaking with him and the company if interested in a generator.

I’ve had All American Generator Services perform annual maintenance service on my Generac for the past three years. They come when promised, they do the work, and best of all, my generator stays in good shape and I don’t have to worry about it. That was important when we had a power outage for almost 4 days!

Had them install a 26 kw whole house system and the entire experience was very smooth. Everyone I had contact with from the start of the inquiry process, to initial visit and consultation, whole installer crew, and the back office…everyone was efficient, helpful, professional, and friendly. They were able to do the install just as I had hoped to be able to. I’m very happy I worked with All American Generators.

He was quick and professional. He’s not in charge of the very large window of time for arrival. The whole experience would be better if we didn’t have to wait 4 hours for arrival. Better effort in estimating work timing would improve overall experience.

Installers were friendly and professional and explained everything clearly. I was particularly impressed that the lead installer double checked to make sure they left my garage and yard clean with no trash left behind.

I live in Malibu where we are frequently having our power shut off due to Santa Ana winds and fire conditions. So it seemed smart to get a generator. Even tho it cost a great deal of money. But this year All American Generator has not been able to rise to the occasion. In the middle of a power shut down my 2 year old generator stopped working. I called All American and they sent 2 repair men and neither of them could fix the problem. Now it is 2 weeks later and i am getting the run around about parts needed that can not be located. No one seems to be able to tell me when or if the generator will be fixed. And i am facing another power shut down. To say i am disappointed and angry at All American generator is to greatly understate how i feel. It seems like no one at this company has the answers. And no one is in charge. And i am stranded w my very expensive broken generator and facing a power shut down.

It took almost 3 weeks for the parts to fix our generator to arrive. Other than that the service was fine.

Kenny was great however there has been zero response from All American since he diagnosed the problem. No has called to discuss pricing to repair or when this can be resolved. I have called numerous times and no one calls me back.

When I shop for a product and request an estimate, I want to be confident that I’m getting the best price possible I never haggle on prices because I feel if that’s your price for your service and there’s no way I should try to But when I’m given a price and I decided not to go forward with the project because of the price and then all of sudden there are other options and I said it’s like buying a used car if there were the other options that you’ve you could’ve offered me at the original bid but you chose to use those at trying to keep the sale. I don’t do business that way thank you very much. Tanner was very professional I appreciate it but the way it ended. I can never feel that I got the best deal possible by the way this ended

Think twice before calling this company. 2 months after our first call, 4 visits and twice ordering the wrong parts we are still waiting for our generator to be fixed. When I asked the technician if they actually had the ability to fix our very ‘run of the mill’ generator he said ‘maybe try another company’. That says it all and I have taken his advice. Absolutely useless.

The service today was annual inspection and maintenance of our Generac whole house generator. Sergio was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He answered questions and took the time to give me instructions on various aspects of this generator. I felt very comfortable having Sergio work on my unit. All in all it was great service.

We are so impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise of the installation team - Nick, Brendan and Brian. Nick the electrician did an outstanding job with the electrical panel reconfiguration and was so friendly and helpful. Brian and Brendan put together the conduit and generator installation with meticulous thought and a very well-put-together job. The plumbing team did a superb job with the gas piping layout and connections, they were great too! We had no idea it was such a complicated installation, yet this team put everything together so well and professional. They are the very best and we will highly recommend All American Generators to our friends and neighbors!

They installed a 24kw generator strong Enough to power our whole house last year. It is able to bypass the solar we have on our house. It tests itself every two weeks at the same time and day. The cost also includes the plumbing and was the most reasonable quote we received for the entire install. Had a few issues with some shorts outside the house right after but they came and fixed the problem right away. Highly recommend.

Today was the 6-month warranty check-up on my Generac power system. The office called me to schedule the service. The technician, Chris, showed up exactly on time, told me exactly what services he would be doing, and that he would come back and check with me before leaving. He did all that. He said the unit is in great shape and well see you in another 6 months! Excellent service! Thanks All American.

I’ve had All American install my fabulous generator and service it for 18 years! The BEST!! Saved soooo much $ in not having lost food in the fridge/freezer when there are power outages! Tanner tried to upsell me to a generator beyond my needs.I currently have a gasoline generator (about 5 KW) that does the job nicely.But, the idea of never having to fuss with it again appealed to me.He suggested that the 7.5 KW Generac generator was somehow substandard in quality & prone to breakdowns.Plus, material & installation cost he provided was preposterously inflated.I was a an Estimator & Project Manager for a large Plumbing/Mechanical contractor (Murray Company) so I know for certain the cost of labor & materials.Your online reputation is excellent. But, my in person & followup quote did not match those reviews.

We did a lot of research before we decided on a generator company. Finally we chose All American Generator Services. On the first visit I didn’t realize they needed to shut down the power for several hours and they were very accommodating when I asked them if they could do what they could and then come back another day to finish. On the 2nd visit it took quite a while with the power off but I was prepared. After the generator was all installed the main guy (Tanner - who is one of owners the company with his family) gave us a complete rundown of the system including a test of what happens when the power goes out. The generator pops on flawlessly and powers the whole house which is a relatively large dwelling. They monitor our system and if there are ever any errors they will be on the phone to get to the bottom of it and come out if necessary. Since we’ve had several power outages recently (including New Year’s Eve which ruined my prime rib plans 🙄) I’m so happy to have this system. It is nice and neatly installed and actually looks cool on the side of the house. In addition, Tanner was so knowledgeable, I asked him about getting a battery back up (in case of a serious disaster where natural gas goes out as well) and he explained exactly how that would integrate and how it would work with the generator if the gas is on and or if it’s also out). We also discussed propane backups and Al of it was so informative. What great service and a great company. I Love the peace of mind I have already.

Did a great job, everyone that came out here were very professional, they first troubleshooted the problem. When the parts came in they contacted me, set up the appointment and came on time and fixed it, could not ask for anything more.

All American generator installed a 24 kVA generator in a timely manner. There was problem with the installation. The propane gas line is pushing up against my propane tank which I believe is unsafe in case of earthquake. I notified them and still waiting for a fix. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. The issue of the propane gas line was resolved in the system works great. Has been installed for one year. I have had quite a few Edison outages and the generator work great every time

Chris came to our home on time and gave us direction as to the full maintenance of our generator. The time Chris took to explain everything was through and complete. The cost for the work was free a part of the contract and we would definitely recommend All American Generator for your generator installation and maintenance.

We had a wonderful experience with Kenny and the gang. The unit was understandably on backorder for a time. Once it came in, scheduling and installation was a breeze. It came in handy over the weekend when power in the neighborhood was out for a few hours.

From the first meeting with Kenny, the Founder of All American Generator Services, through post-installation cleanup, everything was very professional. I met with four Generac authorized dealers. By far, Kenny did the most thorough evaluation of my power loads and my installation preferences.My house has four A/C compressors, the largest a 5 ton (28.8 RLA, 169 LRA @ 240v). I wanted assurance that the recommended 26kW Generac generator would start and run all four A/C compressors. Generac customer support did not understand the difference between starting load (LRA) and running load (RLA), nor the specifications of their own generator (93.8 RLA, 230 LRA @ 240v). Kenny did and was sure the generator would start my largest A/C compressor. While he would not guarantee that the generator would start and run all four A/C compressors, I knew it would if it could start the largest. Kenny was right, and so was I. During the post-installation testing, the 26kW generator started and ran all four A/C compressors and rest of the loads in my entire house, including a variable speed pool pump.All American’s installation crew was a well oiled machine. The job supervisor Nick was very organized and had been properly briefed on my installation preferences. Nick was clearly an experienced project manager, directing Bryan and Brandon on his crew and their plumbing contractor. Everyone was simultaneously executing their task without interfering with one another. Impressive given the relatively small area the four guys were working in. Power shutoff and job completion were almost exactly as Nick had predicted when starting the job, which really demonstrated their installation experience.I’m an engineer and experienced DIY electrician. As such, I wanted to understand the wiring and operation of the transfer switches and smart load management modules. Nick clearly explained this after the installation test was completed. The wiring between the components was neat and organized, a reflection of the professionalism of Nick’s team.Nick’s team left the job site as clean as they found it. I highly recommend working with All American Generator Services.

I had a new 22kw installed by the electrician i used in the past ,after installation was complete , the generator did not want to stay running (code 1200 rpm too high)it would accelerate and turn off .i called few dealers with no result but when called all american , ms diana took the call and got me scheduled right the way , she was very courteous ,polite , pleasant and professional .on appointment day she kept me informed via text as when the tech will arrive .tanner the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly , he found the problem (wrong wiring to control unit) right the way and re wired the unit , that solved the problem and now i have a working back up generator , he did not stop there he also took all the panels off and cked all the other wiring to make sure all is in order which he did not have to do .i definitely recommend them and will use them in future .thank you all american generator team ,you guys did great.that solve

Sergio comes out and does the inspection. He is courteous, professional, and pays attention to detail.It is always difficult to get scheduling though that works for me, but that has nothing to do with Sergio. The scheduler needs to do a better job. 3 stars for the scheduler but 5 for Sergio.

First, it was Tanner who came by to give us all the options… He patiently explained the pros and cons of the different models. He was completely open to my contractor putting in the electrical conduit and gas line, even admitting that he would be a lot more expensive . Then, Rolando and his crew showed up to install the generator… they were on time at 6:30 AM and didn’t stop till they finished which was about three in the afternoon. They were cheerful, professional, and a total pleasure to work with… the install was aesthetic and I was totally satisfied.

I SPOKE TO THE NEW TECH, FORGET HIS NAME, HOWEVER HE TOLD ME EVERYTHING HE DOES AND UNLIKE SOME OF THE TECHS IN THE PAST I, ILL JUST SAY HE GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE EVERYTHING WOULD BE CHECKED OVER PROPERLY. I SAY THIS BECAUSE IN THE PAST WE HAD A BATTERY DIE AND FOUND OUT IT WAS THE ORIGINAL BATTERY FROM WHEN WE BOUGHT THE GENERATOR, WAS OLD AND HAD NEVER BEEN CHECKED FOR EFFICACY.. We had a bad experience with a different generator subcontractor which led us to finding Tanner and All American. Tanner was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He put tother three different systems for us o. Three properties which all had their own peculiarities. His proposals were concise, detailed, and easy to understand.
