I recently hired a Tankless hot water solutions company, and I couldnt be happier with the service. They were punctual, completing the job on time and with great attention to detail. The owner, Ted, personally called to check in after the work was done, which showed a commitment to customer satisfaction. Presyla was also fantastic, providing excellent communication throughout the process and lastly Joseph was very knowledgeable in explaining the issue. Highly recommend!

On April 03, 2024 I contacted Tankless Hot Water Solutions. Upon arrival they throughly diagnosed water heater issue and serviced it back to working condition. Cost $501.00.Armando tested the water pressure and informed me there was too much pressure and it could possibly damage the water line. He also mentioned he was not able to “touch or adjust” the pressure regulator valve for “legal purposes”.First he offered to replace both hose bibs and install a pressure relief valve to see if that would adjust the water pressure, which I reluctantly agreed to. After spending $501.00 to service the water heater, He charged an additional $724.25 for replacing two (2) hose bibbs and installing a pressure relief valve, which DID NOT correct the water pressure. Secondly, he offered me a new pressure regulator for $925.00, which I declined.On April 9, 2024 I contacted the original installer of the pressure regulator and he virtually showed me how to adjust the pressure, which resolved the issue. No new pressure regulator required!Not only did Armando charge me an additional $724.25 for replacing two (2) hose bibbs and installing the pressure relief valve not guaranteeing it would remedy the water pressure then he tried to manipulate the situation further by offering me to purchase a $925.09 pressure regulator which DID NOT NEED REPLACING.And on May 6, 2024 Armando called me asking about my review I posted and that if I wasn’t happy why did I not say anything. After 21 minutes of back and forth dialogue, he offered to refund my money ($724.25), which has NOT happened nearly 2 months later.Please be mindful of their manipulative, irresponsible, and unethical business practices. I would rate them a ZERO (0) and give them Zero (0) stars if the system allowed!

We are so grateful to have experienced an honest, kind and professional company in the plumbing industry. It’s hard to find trustworthy companies in the home repair world. Ted and his technicians, Joseph and Marcus, were outstanding. In the initial phone call I went over my issues with Ted. He was responsive to my concerns and was willing to brainstorm ideas as to what might be the problem. I am not an expert in the field of plumbing but knew exactly what the issue was and Ted took the time to listen versus others who are quick to just make the appointment. Joseph and Marcus were courteous from our first hellos until the work was completed. Joseph was thorough and did not rush to finish the job even in 100 degree heat. It is hard to find trustworthy companies that are not shams in the home repair world and I am beyond grateful that Ted and his techs exist. I will 100% recommend them to family and friends.

These guys arrived on time and after texting and emailing when they were in the way; knowledgeable, friendly, fast and thorough. Consulted with the manufacturer on the phone, replaced a defective part and charged us exactly what they thought it would be. So far, we couldn’t be happier.

Our tank water heater had a minor leak and we were in need of a plumber to either repair or replace it. My husband and I discussed upgrading to a tankless water heater and googled installers in our area. Tankless Hot Water Solutions was the #1 rated company for our area. We gave them a call and the representative was polite, professional and had someone out the next day to provide an estimate. David showed up on time and went over our options. He was very knowledgeable, forthcoming and answered all our questions. We signed the contract and they were able to come out within a few days to install the new unit. The quality of their work is top notch. We were impressed with the quality and professionalism they displayed. Our tank heater wasn’t in the most optimal place for installation of a tankless heater, but David, Armando and Celso were able to exceed our expectations and hid venting and drainage pipes better than we had expected! During the installation, we discovered that our pressure regulator value was not working. They came out the following day to install a new valve and piping.The timeliness, professionalism and quality of work make this company easy to recommend. There is no doubt that we will be using them again should any other plumbing issues arise in the future.

We used Tankless for a replacement of an existing tankless water heater. They provided a professional bid and stuck to that price throughout the project. Very pleased with the installation of a tankless water heater by Tankless Hot Water Solutions. The installer, Celso, did a great job explaining the new equipment.

I have never written a review before but felt compelled to do so after my experience with Ted and this company. I have been living in my house for about a year now without properly circulating hot water (showers and sinks for multiple rooms and kitchen would take 10-15 minutes to warm up). Other plumbers could not figure out the issue but Ted came and diagnosed the problem right away. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, not to mention patient, honest and just a pleasure to deal with. He is certified for many of the top water heater manufacturers including our tankless water heater brand Navien) and was able to resolve the issue and get us instant hot water flowing in every single room in under an hour. I will not hesitate to call them for all future maintenance or plumbing/water heater needs. I could not recommend them more!!

We had never serviced our tankless water heater since its installation in 2008. Kevin was prompt, efficient, and while he warned me that if the valve was damaged and needed to be replaced the cost would increase, he was able to turn the valve without incident and avoid the additional cost. The unit now runs whisper-quiet - the goal of the service.

[Service, Price, Timeliness, Technician] This appointment was on 11/6/18. I was given an appointment for the same day that I called, and the Company is very good at accommodating. Ted was on time and very nice and thorough with what is available and how the tankless and tank water heaters are installed, and all the steps that must be taken. I was told all the costs up front, and was given great advice whether I used this Company or had to go another route. I got a lot of my information from Home Depot, and it was with the Rinnai Customer Service who gave me Rooter Shark Plumbing as a provider for their product. Rooter Shark Plumbing is the only Company that accommodated my schedule and came out the same day as when my old hot water tank broke; although, I did have a plumber because I thought my tank was just leaking and they could stop it. All in all the Tankless Hot Water units are all very expensive, but there is Pro and Con, and it depends on what your financial situation. A regular 50 gallon tank is a lot too, and you are looking at anywhere from $1500.00 to $2000.00. Rooter Shark Plumbing Company is really professional and nice, and Ted was very honest and knowledgeable and tells you about each unit, and about the good and bad. I think this Company is very good and their prices are the same as others. I unfortunately can not go with them due to my situation and having to do something else to supply my future hot water needs. My whole house is older and in dire need of remodeling and upgrades. A General Contractor was recommended by a friend because I had such a long too do list and it was getting very detailed, and to have everything done was getting into a very large expense. If I have any other needs in the future I would definitely consider this Company because they provide a wide range of products and companies/manufacturers, and Ted is very honest and professional and explains each.

Joseph Tercio was an excellent representative for Tankless Hot Water Solutions. Joseph was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnose the issue with our tankless system. Joseph serviced the system and was very patient with me as he explained the steps that were taken. The cost of the service was exactly what was represented to me originally. There were no surprises, and Joseph even helped me with another plumbing issue, having nothing to do with the tankless system. He went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly before he left. it was a pleasure working with Joseph and I highly recommend Tankless Hot Water Solutions to anyone looking for a new tankless system or for servicing a current system.

The company was called to service a Takagi tankless hotwater heater less than 3 months since installation (not by this company). Tankless spent time calling A.O. Smith for advice and then proceeded to reset the controls worsening the situation. I personally had to correct the error they made.When I complained Marissa called back to say they would adjust the service call price from $199 to $99 but then sent a full bill without the adjustment.I think my experience needs to be told.

Our water heater was broken and I called Tankless Hot Water Solutions. Ted on the phone was wonderful, took my information and was able to send Celso to our house with a few hours. They did a full diagnostic on my heater and figured out what was wrong. Throughout the process, at every step, Celso walked me through what they recommended and had to do, the cost, and the timing. He figured out that my ignition was broken, was under warranty, and got the manufacturer to ship a replacement. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was well taken care of.I will 100% be calling them for all my plumbing or heater needs. Great and fast job with amazing customer service.

Real professionals. I had to replace an old water heater and instead of getting another tank I wanted a tankless electric water heater. I’ve talked with a couple dozens plumbers. Most of them were clueless about tankless electric water heaters. Some even shared incorrect information. Some initially agreed to do the job and changed their mind later. Joseph, Ted, and the office staff were super professional. The job is done with high quality and the price was reasonable. Totally recommended. This crew knows their profession very well.

Wow, standout customer service. This was like the 6th vendor I called for a quote to remove my current tank and convert to a tankless water heater. I spoke with Ted the owner, and he was out to our home same day, we confirmed a quote a 8pm, and our tech Kevin was out first thing the next day! Patty in the office called to check on me the next day to make sure were happy. Pricing was fair, especially considering they had to do a little demo and repiping.

I needed a commercial application of a tankless hot water system. I went with Tankless Hot Water Solutions as they were one of the companies that I reached out to as a certified Navien installer. Ted came out the same day that I called him and we went to work two days later. A full install of a whole new system was setup in two days. Armando and his team of technicians were on time and were clear in communicating what they were doing and what the process was giong to be. Ted navigated through challenges with great solutions, was present, and got the job done on time and consistently communicated during the course of the project. These guys are great, punctual, accountable, and provide really good quality work and were there in a pinch!

The work hasn’t started yet, but so far, on the phone and in person, everyone has been especially friendly and helpful, and explained everything well enough to me (who is not handy, and dreads the idea of big repairs ). We didn’t shop around, or get quotes; this is an immediate job, but so far so good.The work was done. My tankless water heater had a leak and they fixed it for a modest service call charge. The company that installed the unit about a decade ago was going to charge me $375 to remedy the same issue. He was very knowledgeable, and unlike other plumbers, he spent time answering my questions and educated me on how I can prevent future blockage and save money. [Service, Technician] My unit was cleaned thoroughly, descaled, and restarted. The work was done cleanly and efficiently. The tech was clean, pleasant, and well mannered. The work took approximately 2.5 hours and cost $395 including a $9 thermal fuse. It is the price I was quoted in advance so there was no surprise. I would recommend TWS and use them again if needed. Tankless hot water technology is more complicated than a weekend handyman should attempt.

Ted from Tankless Solutions is the most honest, knowledgable plumber in the LA area. I could not recommend him more. He was just at our house to take a look at our Noritz water heater and gave us a complete rundown of our options in a very clear concise manner.

Joseph from Tankless Hot Water Solutions was fantastic! He diagnosed the issue with our hot water almost immediately, and hit it fixed within an hour or so. He also saved us a ton of money, because another company had incorrectly told us we needed to replace the entire system, which Joseph discovered was not the case. I can’t recommend Joseph and Tankless Hot Water Solutions enough. We signed up for an annual membership and will be relying on them in the future.
