Ive been doing a lot of work on my house this year and I have to say one of the best contractors that ever came to my house to serve us has been from Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Their plumbers were great at listening and advising me on what I needed for an outdoor kitchen near my patio (hot/cold water, drain and gas). Once they came up with a plan, great gave me a great estimate, they showed up on time did the work and did not leave a mess (so important to me! ).If I need any plumbing work in the future you know this is the only company Im gonna call.(Thank you Frank and Jamie! )

Plumber was extremely hardworking and eager to find out any issues presenting in the home with plumbing. Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. I’d recommend this plumber to anyone looking for great service

I cant say enough about the excellent and ethical customer service that I received after choosing Benjamin Franklin Plumbling to install my tankless water heater. Both Stacey and Frank were thoughtful in figuring out how to do the least invasive but yet effective installation to accommade the design of my home. No extra cuts had to be made into walls in order for me to transition from a standard water heater to the tankless. The price that I was quoted is the price that I paid, which was the best quote that I received out of three. I was not charged for extra parts to modify the ventilation system. So, let me start with how I was confused and didn’t know who to call for help with a septic issue that I was facing. Ben Franklin Plumbing doesn’t provide service to my area or specialize in the problem I was having, but that didn’t stop them from talking me through a few things so that I could find my way.I wasn’t able to hire these guys, but if i lived closer then I would have liked to.Great customer service and response time.… if you have to call a plumber then your day probably isn’t going so well, but maybe if you call these guys they can try to make it a little better.Again, thank you for spending some time with me to help get me pointed in the right direction.

I needed these guys to fix a construction error and they went above and beyond.We added a new bathroom to our house and within a few weeks the toilet, sinks, and shower started to back up. We gave the general contractor that installed the bathroom a chance to fix the issue, but they actually made it worse. We hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and their plumber Jose was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately spotted the problem, thoroughly explained why it was a problem, then fixed it. Frank Jones came out from Benjamin Franklin plumbing to take a look at my kitchen faucet. He showed up promptly, was very professional. He explained what was the cause of my faucets leak. Called with what I thought was a routine kitchen sink clog last week. Tech response in what seemed like under 15mins - friendly, professional and under the circumstances (cooking dinner for the in-laws) got right to it. Quickly determined the clog was in the main line, he had everything he needed, was super clean, laid down a drop cloth and talked us through the fix before moving forward. Today we had Jaime back to the house for additional work that he noticed wasn’t complete by our previous plumber when we repiped. The pipes were not strapped properly. He corrected the strapping. Stacie and the front office staff and especially plumber Lafell were punctual and extremely efficient with the installation of a new kitchen faucet. During this process, they identified a water pressure-related leak. We were pleased that they devised an economical means to correct what could have resulted in a very high-cost problem.

Five Star is not enough! Stacy is really responsive and he sent Lefel just next day and he went really above and beyond service. He took care of all of our units not just replace the water heater. He is so respectful about no shoes inside the house policy and he cleans up after he snaked even we said you don’t need to. We can’t express how amazing he was for just five star! We really recommend them for any plumbing service!

If I were able to give additional stars I would. Carlos was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He didnt leave until he was sure all of my drains were flowing properly. I felt the price charged was fair. I will definitely call them again.
