Called 5/04 @ 1120am- receptionist was not the greatest at all.... said there was NO salesperson available to help. I asked how many sales people there was and she replied ONE...and hes out ofbthe office for another 1 & 1/2 hours (they close at 330pm) so is there anyone else in the building that can help me? I said can you transfer me to shipping, shes asked what can shipping do for you, I said same thing you can right now nothing i guess. Gonna go somewhere else - horrible customer service in a VERY customer service oriented business...
