Very high unnecessary prices. trying to charge $1000 for labor and parts to repair my toilet. when i said no thanks he then tried to take off $100. lol another plumber just left and only charged $129 and my toilet now works perfectly. yall be careful out there with all the scamming going on.

Gilbert was great! He came at the time he said he was going to. He assessed the leak that I had and explained everything about the problem and the different options to fix it. The prices were definitely staggering! I didn’t hire Pro Plumbers to do the job, but regardless Gilbert was professional and understanding.

Johnny came SO QUICK and was able to repair our water heater leak on the spot. Saved us a lot of time and money and he was very knowledgeable. He even explained how to try to dry out the floor and ceiling so that we don’t have water damage too badly. He was also very kind and sincere. Highly recommend!!

Gilbert Rodriguez did an amazing job from Pro Plumbers, Carson,Ca. Arrived at 10:30pm and went through all the available options. He assessed the situation quickly and completed the job with no mess at all. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Our water heater pipes were leaking since June 8th and we called the SocalGas company who found the leak and shut our gas off. The next morning we called Pro Plumbers they were very professional and accommodating. Our service agent Jonathan quoted us $750 to replace the entire pipe unit and valves. After the consent of his superior we received a 12% discount and an extra year of warranty service. Our final total was $672. Our agent was respectful of our home and very kind. Although the price did seem high at least concessions were made and we received discounts. I would definitely choose Pro Plumbers again. Thanks alot!

Gabriel did a great job! Explained everything well.

Ulises and his assistant arrived within the 3-hour window. They repaired one outside faucet and added a second one, all within one hour. After they left I had an issue with the water pressure. I called the Carson office, and they arranged to have Ulises return that evening to make the correction. The issue was minor, but Pro Plumbers response to my concern was great!

Johnny came in explained everything good. Got to work took care of the clogged sinks cleaned up got payed and went to the next job. Thats the way you do your job. Hopefully I wont need them again but I feel good to know that I can trust them and call them again. Good Job!!!

1ft copper pipe replacement with T joint under raised foundation quote was $2,100. Told him I needed time to decide but kept insisting that I schedule with them.

Omar was awesome and very respectful of the home, incredibly professional letting me know all the possibilities and narrowing my search tremendously. I hope this problem is something I can fix myself but if not I hope I can request Omar specifically to be the one to help me again.

Frank is great!! I also love how easy it is to sign documents and how easy the quotes are. Timing is always hard since it depends on the time it takes from job to job but they also have a tracking tool and you can see if they are on the way.Highly recommend and will use again!

I know Jonathan did a good job under the eye of my brother. I was not home. When I came back, there was no more leak in the shower room. He will still come back tomorrow to complete the job. He is professional and did an excellent job.

First price was $335 for some work and then they gave me a price of $129.

Andrew our technician came out to service and repair the gas line for my new dryer. Old gas line and valve was out of date and leaking. Also my new washer drained more water than the previous one and was overflowing. Andrew fixed and repaired all issues that I called about and also gave me some recommendations in other areas of the house. Really happy with pro plumber, reasonable prices with todays market and professional over all. I definitely recommend ,exceeded my expectations over the last company I had over.well done

Two plumbers from this company came to snake my clean out. They offered a high price to do it and I said no, I will call someone else. They dropped their price in half which it what I had originally expected. They stick it in and said their snake broke 27 feet in! I had to pay for their snaking they didnt finish & still had to call someone else to finish the job! Not only that they wanted to go under my house to check things out about why their snake broke. They pulled apart the laundry drain pipe and took pics of the pipe and spilled water under the house and tried to charge $400 to put the pipes back together! Wow. Dishonest and very high prices. Do not recommend!

The plumber, Andrew Moreno, was very professional. I would use this service again if I have more money. Be ready to spend a rack depending on the service you get. Other than that, he did a good job at letting us know what he’s done and what’s the next step to fixing the entire problem.
