I had Armando replace my broken water heater back in January 2023, he offered the best warranty for the unit and labor compared to the competition. Last week, 13 months after the new unit was installed, the water heater broke down unexpected. Probably a defective unit, but a well known brand. Armando went above and beyond to complete the job on the scheduled date even through it was getting late. He honored all the terms of the warranty and was onsite to replace the unit the next business day. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!!
