We were very pleased with John and his crew. Our house looks good as new! The job was very well done, the hard-working crew was quick, efficient and did excellent work, both painting and repairs. We highly recommend Painting Renovations!

Professional, reasonable, clean & on time- which is exactly what I was looking for! I had met with a few painting companies to get quotes and was very impressed with John. He is very easy to work with, clear and straight forward. Throughout the job, he kept in communication with me about the progress of the work being done. He replied right away with any questions I had. We had our exterior painted and their pricing was reasonable compared to others. The painters came on time every day, worked hard, and cleaned up. Our house looks great! I would highly recommend Painting Renovations to my family & friends and will use them again for future jobs.

Without exaggeration, John and his two-man crew were very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, accommodating, and focused. I am so glad we chose them. People say best to get 3 estimates, but my gut said look no further. So we didn’t. People stopped by to ask for estimates for their homes as they passed our house and saw how well they did their jobs. They did not skimp on materials when taping areas to protect and did an excellent job. They repaired all areas of the stucco that needed to be repaired, and it looks brand new. There were areas where the stucco was not applied well and was very obvious that it was added later, and they were able to smooth it out with their magic and you can’t see any demarcation lines. The coverage is great! We’re very impressed by their use of time and managing to work with our crazy weather. John’s expertise in his field is impressive. We already have our next project in mind! John and his crew are our painters for life! We would recommend them highly to anyone. Oh, I forgot to mention, I am very picky and a worrywart, and he took it all in stride.

John and his team of Juan and Manuel painted portions of the inside and outside of my house needed because of a house re-pipe. John was friendly and courteous and gave me a reasonable price. His teams work was excellent and detailed. His team completed the work on time. Overall working with Painting Renovations was a very positive experience.

John, Sergio and Jorge did such a great job in our kitchen that we had him back about a month later to renovate our two bathrooms. Both jobs came out better than we imagined. We cant wait until we save up enough for the next project. The two women in the house are happy so I am even happier. From the moment we met John we knew we were in good hands.Update 3/25/21:Last time John and his team helped us beautify our kitchen and bathroom paints and textures. Still happy with that outcome years later. This time they helped us with the outside stucco and paint. Another fine job. Will use them again. Local and responsive to questions.

I am a very picky person when it comes to house projects, especially when it involves paint colors. I received quotes from other vendors, including a couple vendors who were previously hired by our neighbors, but only Painting Renovations gave me detailed list of services and work timeline with the quote and answered all of my questions promptly. John and his team are punctual and stay for the entire day daily to complete the work. The team taped areas not being painted neatly, clean up after work, treat my property with respect, and are meticulous when it comes to detailing. They dont do shortcuts to cut costs or rushing through the project to get more clients. Our neighbors complimenting us on how nice the house turned out to be, and also commenting on how neat and quiet the team were when completing work considering many of us are still working from home in October 20. At the end of the day, I actually get more value than the price I paid for. Based on the quality of the completed exterior paint project and professionalism of the team, Id love to hire Painting Renovations again for future interior projects. I highly recommend John and his team to anyone who is looking for a reputable and reasonably priced paint vendor.

John is one of those people who really inspires trust, and trust is something youve got to have when you hand them your house to repaint and re-stucco.He, along with his crew, re-did all the paint on the outside of my house, along with a brick wall and new stucco. They worked their very hardest to get the color I wanted, and made sure things fit my timeline (I have a dog that needed to be moved around as they did the work).Price is more than fair and the professionalism is top-notch. These are the guys Ive worked with hands down. Great experience.

We couldnt be more pleased with the work the Painting Renovations team did on our home. They did the entire exterior -- stucco and trim -- and the results were all we could ask for. The house looked new again. The work was first-rate and done in a timely manner, and the price was fair. We put our home on the market not long after the work was done, and it sold within two weeks. Part of that can be attributed to the good work Painting Renovations did. John and his crew were great, and we wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

John at painting renovations and his employes did an awesome job!! John is really professional and him and his team have really positive attitudes very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right... After we chose a certain color for our kitchen we had a change of heart right before they started painting kitchen and john had no problem taking extra time to go buy new paint and fulfilling our needs. So i highly recommend John and Painting Renovations too anybody wanting any painting job done the right way at a very reasonable price! Will hire him again in our future renovations...

I dont usually write reviews but Painting Renovations did an extraordinary job in getting my brand-new home painted quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Mr. John Florez, licensed owner of Painting Renovations. Mr. Florez, responded to all my emails and phone calls in a very professional manner and he personally supervised the painting of my home. My family and I are extremely happy and we will only use Painting Renovations from now on.

I had gotten several quotes to paint the exterior of my house and John was the easiest one to talk to and came in with a reasonable quote. He was able to answer questions I had and make good suggestions. On the first day he and has crew arrived promptly at 8am and began to set up. He informed me what was going to be done and an overall description of the entire process. His crew was very friendly and at the end of each day cleaned up and stored their equipment away. The job lasted 6 days and every day at 8am John would explain what was going to happen that day and the progress they were making.The thing that stood out the most for me was that about halfway through the job John informed me he was going to fix the stucco on one side of the house because of mismatches in texture from previous remodels and repairs done. He was going to do this without additional charge and knew that it would look better with the paint. I couldnt be happier with the paint job and work they did.We’ve gotten many compliments from our neighbors and our house finally has curb appeal. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get their house painted to give John a call. You won’t be disappointed with the quality or customer service.

I am so pleased that I found Painting Renovations. They did a fabulous job on my kitchen cabinets. John is there for any questions, they are on time, excellent work and darn nice. Oh did I mention very honest. Just an A+ in all areas. He really aims to please. I will continue to use him.

We had two houses to pain this winter. I live out of the area so I had to rely on a web search and reviews. We got LUCKY!! I am thrilled with the painting jobs and will hire them for a third job soon. John is awesome. He helped us select colors, kept his schedule open for our convenience and his team was prompt, clean and thorough.

John and his crew were amazing. They honestly did a lot to restore my faith in home improvement companies. We hired them to paint the outside of our house, and they really did an incredible job prepping the surfaces, painting, and cleaning up after themselves everyday. They worked quickly, and yet were so detail oriented- not an easy combo to achieve. John himself was very courteous and concerned with our satisfaction. The did such a good job that we hired them again to help patch and paint a bit of drywall damage from the rain. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

John and his team was for lack of a better word....fantastic!! John was prompt, professional, paid attention to details that I never thought of or saw. He was curious, on time and always made sure we were comfortable with the process. If anything came up that needed to be addressed he made sure he communicated with us and made sure we were comfortable with anything that popped up in the process. I interviewed many painters in this process. Some were lesser in cost and some were more in cost, but none were as wonderful as John. He and his team also worked diligently, to ensure the job was completely promptly and along the quoted timeline or sooner. I would use John again in a heart beat. I highly, highly, highly recommend Painting Renovations to anyone.

OMG, I reached out to Painting Renovations seeking an estimate for exterior paining, removal of acoustics on 2nd floor, and painting an area where I had overhead kitchen cabinets removed. Being a novice on pricing for this job I opted for multiple estimates.One estimate was from Carlos, for $7,900. He itemized things like exterior doors, security door, cracks, sanding wood, paining the balcony, and indicating that my eves would need to be the same color as my walls. He also indicated that he only used Dunn-Edwards paint. He asked me if I wanted flat or glossy paint.I wanted my paint and eaves to match. Yes, this does take more time. Thats how it was and thats what I wanted. I could detect laziness from the other company.This was not the case with JOHN. John listened to what I asked for. He walked around my property pointing out things his team would take care of. Keep in mind my home was built in 1988 and the previous owners neglected this property.John also had no problem providing me with real examples of his previous work. He let me know his preferrence was using either Dunn-Edwards or Sherwin Williams paint, but was willing to use other brands of my choosing.Im going to say this... You can get anyone to paint your home. The results from prep will be seen in the end results. John charged me $3800 to paint and renovate my neglected property. It was well worth every dollar.If I could rate him higher I would. Trust me, customer service, workmanship, attention to detail and active listening is very important. My primary language is English and I was happy to be able to work with someone who understood and provided exactly: what I wanted. I have no problem giving a low rating when necessaryI LOVE the way my home looks!!!I wish you guys could see my home!!!Thank you John - You and your team are EXCEPTIONAL!!!
