SEAHORSE CONSTRUCTION

I hired Sea Horse Construction because Ricardo Eposito used to have an office next door to me. I thought he could be trustworthy, but I was wrong. Ricardo Eposito is a contractor you do not want to hire. He has financial problems where he is unable to complete any job you pay him for. The moment you pay him for any job he will float your money, and prolong your job and give you excuses why he is unable to complete your job due to health reason. If you have health issues! You should not be taking on projects. Please be aware of his assistant Steven Cantarero. He is a person who wants to become a contractor, but practices unethical business pratices with his boss Ricardo. Ricardo Eposito and Steven Cantarero told their subcontractor to throw away all the trash across the street. I had neighbors who told me, and Ricardo and Steven denied it. Even the City Inspector did not pass the installation of the wonder board in the bathroom, and Ricardo pretends like everything is okay. There are so many things that have been paid for, but nothing has been done. Ive complained to the Contractors State Board, and in the process of having my attorney file a law suit against Sea Horse Construction, and the owner of this establishment. Please be aware!
