Showed up 2 hours late. The price they quote for up to 1000 gallons is a bait and switch technique and they don’t provide proof they actually pumped 1000 gallons. Then they want double the price to pump anything beyond, in my case 500 more gallons. The whole experience felt like they were trying to trick me. They got my money this time but they def didn’t win me over as a lifetime customer.

They quoted a price after we told them the gallon capacity of the septic tank. A second worker came in a service truck to assist the driver. He instructed the to stop pumping at 1000 gallons and complained that solids floating on the water in the tank are heavier then the water. After pumping 1000 gallons they stopped pumping and requested more money and would only accept double payment. They bait and switch and being other people to tell home owners they need extra services for extra costs. Be ware, of this company, they also have a plumbing service.The home owner a friend in this case stopped the job, paid the original cost for a job NOT finished completely and not to their satisfaction.

Nery and his team came out right away and took care of the septic tank! They did a great job and my septic is cleaned!

I was quoted $450 to get my tank cleaned out up to 1,000 gallons, unfortunately I only had a vent pipe and not the required riser access. I agreed to have them use the camera for $250 to locate the tank, which I later dug out myself. They wanted $1,800 to dig out the access panel and add a 6” wide riser.The tech came out a couple of days later and attempted to pump out the tank but was unable to, due to the thickness of the stool. They still wanted to charge the full amount, but I explained that they did not fulfill their end of the agreement so we settled at $300. I’m a reasonable man and I understand that there are cost involved with their efforts.Turns out the tank is damaged and needs to be replaced, I was quoted at $12,000 for a 1,000 gallon fiberglass tank not including permits or city inspections. I did not feel confident enough to proceed with their service as I felt they were lacking experience and professionalism.The issues that we came across could have been foreseen by initially asking the appropriate questions, such as how old is your tank, what material is it made of, when was the last time it was cleaned, do you have a large diameter riser?
