I started with pacific energy with my Raypak unit and also, Have semi annual maintenance on 100 gallon and 75 gallon hot water water heaters. Technician Joe just completed service and was timely, Explained why clearly for me to understand. Always had great service for last 15 years.

Wow! Truly cannot express my gratitude for Pacific Energy Service. So thankful I found them. They have been so professional, helpful, friendly and responsive. They have helped us at our apartment building now many times and we just renewed our maintenance contract. They took a terrible situation that we were left with by a Company that shall not be named. They came out in terribly rainy, cold and windy weather (both times on weekends) and resolved the issues immediately. I feel confident that after we have the balance of the work done I will be able to rest easy, and that our tenants will not be left without hot water ever again. Pacific Energy Service is a pleasure to do business with, their pricing is fair and service is incredible. We have placed them on our Preferred Vendors list and look forward to continuing our business relationship with them. I have to find vendors for different requirements regularly, this is the first Company (Service Workers) that I have come across that made it absolutely simple and stress free. These guys are great and always address our emergencies efficiently. We’ve used them many times over the years to service our Raypak boilers and they are always prepared to make repairs onsite. Hot water was restored same day. Professional and courteous, no hidden fees

Tony was great! He came within the hour and fixed our hot water issue in less than 15 minutes. It was also really helpful that he explained everything to us and was so friendly. I would have put all 5 stars but the whole reason Tony had to come out was to turn on the shut off valve because his colleague had forgotten to turn it back on after a maintenance check earlier in the day...oh and his colleague showed up three days late for a scheduled maintenance check.

In this day in age, it’s not easy to find people who take pride in their work. Mauricio was my technician and he was great! He was professional, efficient and I was very impressed with how he insulated the pipes after he replaced them. Definitely the best ! My technician was very fast very professional since day one , JON he shows the dedication he has for his job . We had an extremely mayor issue with boiler and heating system , at a big building , after different plumbers and workers doing one thing and another without resolving the issue for days , bingo we finally contacted the right one what took others days took Jon only a few hrs after nearly ten days of no hot water he brought us back to life ! A friend referred me to Pacific Energy Service when our building started having issues with our boilers. I am so happy that they did! After I called Pacific Energy Service, they diagnosed and repaired our boiler issues on the same day. They are true professionals.

Service tech, Robert, arrived as scheduled and got the boiler up and running quickly. Super knowledgeable, friendly and systematic. He checked several things and pinpointed the issue. Tenants are very happy with how quick the repair was done.

I dont like to leave reviews but Pacific Energy Service has proven to have great expertise through out their technicians. Joe the technician has assisted me in several occasions and without a doubt gotten my hot water up and running in no time.

We called with a hot water issue at about 10:30 am today. The customer service rep told us we would have a service man here by 4 pm. Tony, who was one of the original installers for our boiler system, was here by 12:30. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and had the unit up and running by 1:15. We are just delighted by such prompt and efficient service. NO ONE likes a cold shower. Thanks Tony and Pacific Energy!

So was having a really bad day boiler went out and didnt know what to expect until the tech Mouricio showed up. He was very knowleadable and professional as he explained all my options and included quotes and the best posible options to rectify the situation within a few hours my boiler was up and running with warrenty and done at a very resonable cost. They came out to repair our boiler. Replaced a pump. Pump was leaking. Thomas was amazing and helped me determine exactly what was leaking and sent someone out that day to repair/replace the problem.

Robert was prompt and made follow up repair appointment at earliest possible time. He was informative and spent the time to help us understand the problem with our boiler and how to fix it.

Very dishonest company, tried to give me a $650 repair bill, without changing any parts or fixing the issue, they played around with the heater for 2 hours to maximize their billing, then said its 250 an hour for saturday service calls, I would have told them to go to hell if I knew in advance. Avoid these crooks.

Our restaurant lost hot water yesterday. We called Pacific Energy Service and they sent out a technician. The technician explained to me what was wrong with our boiler and completed the necessary repairs.

I called to schedule maintenance for our boiler. We were verbally given a price for repairs. I requested this information in writing. I was told I would receive a email later the same day. I scheduled the repairs for Friday morning 2/26/2021. NO ONE SHOWED UP to complete the repairs. The estimate I received from Russell Thomas was a few hundred dollars more than what I was given by the technician. I asked Russell if he could check with the technician and see if he added any optional repairs or just what needed to be repaired. Russell Thomas replied NO! You need all the repairs on the estimate. Im NOT going to go back and forth with you. I can NOT help you. You have to talk with Tom the owner. For asking a reasonable question I was yelled at by Russell, he was belligerent The service I received was disgusting. I didnt hear back from Tom, the owner until after this review was posted. This company doesnt care about their customers at all, they will charge your credit card and disappear. One thing was clear after speaking with Tom, he cares greatly for his employees. It was difficult for him to relate to my experience with his company. He raved about his employee and offered me a refund. Instead of resolving the problem or explaining what happened with the written estimate, he decides to do nothing. I called Pacific Energy Service for work on my boiler. Im walking away WITH NOTHING DONE. Clearly, what I as the customer needed was irrelevant to the owner and staff.

Technician came to our condo building to troubleshoot our water heater boiler. Oscar was nice, professional , and thorough. He explained his findings very well and clear and I was secure with his assessment. This is our 2nd call to PES and so far we are satisfied and will continue to use you for our water Heating vendor.

This company does great technician service but their back office work is completely disorganized. Our management company has confirmed billing setup, yet every time service is sent out to us they indicate that our company is setup for COD service and ask for a credit card payment. It then requires multiple phone calls to the office in order for them to inform the tech that we are setup for billing. The last time our it happened again and I was charged. We are one of the largest management companies in Burbank and Glendale and other surrounding areas and afternoon only 2 months of use, we are already exploring other options.

Wouldnt feel comfortable having an apartment building without their regular service visits.

We had several different technicians come out to our complex to fix our boilers and it felt as though we were going to have to continue calling out companies to resolve this issue. Luckily for us we found Pacific Energy and our technician Jose Lopez was not only knowledgable but he was able to diagnose the underlying issue quickly. Since Jose fixed our boilers we have yet to have any issues with them again. Thank you Jose.

Beware: this company will take your money and not do the service then will refuse to refund. Stay away.I am on the HOA board for a condo building, we contracted with this company to do preventative maintenance for us on our building boiler and tank. We paid up front. The contract we signed called for three visits a year with reports. A year later we had a leak and lost hot water to the whole building for a day. Turned out they had not done any of the visits (which could have caught the issue) and not sent any reports. When we complained about this and demanded a refund they have been completely non-responsive.

I was searching for answers and help for my spa at my residence and reached out to Pacific Energy Service with an internet inquiry. Tom, the owner, was gracious enough to call me back and spent two different phone calls giving me information and some guidance as to how to approach my problem. PES is dedicated to commercial accounts, not residential but that didnt stop Tom from spending time hed never get back (LOL)! Such a kindness and with great professionalism. Then, his company contacted me back after the weekend to be sure my inquiry had been addressed. Remarkable level of service. The only thing I can offer in return is this recommendation that this company should always be your first call!

Today,Joe from Pacific Energy Services arrived very promptly and assessed the troubled hot water situation at hand on apartment structure where as a managers help was needed quickly. His knowledge showed of how things would be easiest of getting hot water back to normal. Assessing, taking things apart, redoing some piping issues, cleaning of two heater drums & putting it all back together and mentioning to me, ok they were tested, water is at great temporture, its all back to normalYeah things in life take time, but when people who do what they do, relaxe...they are there to help you!Ive trusted this company before, today, so I pass the word...you have really nothing to loose.Thanks again Joe!!

My apartment complex in Sun Valley was having a loud noise to it. In the AOA we called and was helped by Saul on the phone and the technician was here within a few hours. No more noise!

Boiler inspection, they informed us for up coming inspection of boiler.And arrived on time to do the inspection.
