I can’t begin to tell you about this company. I gave them a call on New Year’s Eve. Didn’t think I would have much luck for them to pick up the phone They did pick up the phone I didn’t think that he would be able to help me because It being New Year’s Eve I explained him my situation where the pipe had burst, and there was water leaking through the pipe. He began by asking me for my address. I was totally shocked. He said he would be there in 15 minutes to help us unbelievable this company If I could give them 10 out of 10, I would if anybody needs any plumbing work, do not hesitate pick up the phone and call them. They are really dependable reasonable and very much experienced. I will definitely refer them to everybody that I know. Nice work guys thank you so much. Shak did a great job fixing a clogged branch pipe in my bathroom. He came out same-day (within a couple of hours) and quoted me a fair price for great work. 5 stars!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I just purchased a new home in Los Angeles, and my initial sewer inspection did not pick up the issues which were present. After contacting several larger business, they did not really care to explain what was happening or what needed to be done. I found New Flow and read their google reviews. No wonder these guys have a 5 star rating. Shaq contacted me immediately and explained different solutions to my issue. He then did a thorough inspection informing me every step of the way. His quote was hands down cheaper than all the other quotes I had but even when I met him, I knew I was going to give him the job. Great company and good, hardworking, honest people. I wont be using anyone else.

I had flooding overnight and on a Saturday Morning they quickly came out. They were nice, professional and helpful. Almost 2 weeks after the visit my insurance needed a statement from the plumber and they quickly helped me with that. Thanks!

I had some fixtures that needed replaced - toilet, shower head and a few sinks to name a few. I got three quotes and New Flow Plumbing was the cheapest. Based on their reviews I chose to have them do the work and everything was installed without any problem. They do good work and their prices are more than fair. I will be using them again in the future.

We had an inspection for a property we were going to purchase and it turns out there was some damage to the pipe leading to the city water supply. The inspector recommended Arman and his work and so we had our man quote us to see how much it would cost to fix the problem. Our man is very nice and his pricing is fair and we ended up buying the house and have an arm and do the work and he did a great job.

Called this plumbing company for service after hours. They preferred payment at the time of service so I had to confirm with my landlord he was ok with that. He was not.I called the plumber back just so he knew I wouldn’t need his service tonight. I was being thoughtful as to not leave this guy hanging...His response “great, you called me twice and now google has charged me $46 dollars, 23 for each call and you don’t need my service!”I never heard of this before! All I can say is, I will never call this company again.

I called them main sewer line inspection via camera. When I spoke to Mr Arman, I mentioned that we may need to use twice their service. He said he will give 20% discount for 2nd time. They came and accurately marked the busted main sewer line area. I m a part time handyman myself fixing our properties, we finished replacing the new line within a day, where they quoted 2K for the job. I called 2nd time for sewer line inspection, Arman said they got HUGE job which may take them for week and cant make it within a week. I guess they didnt like because they werent offered the job. I feel sorry for them they didnt keep up their promise. I called one another company and did inspect the main sewer line for the almost same price.

I was very happy that i trusted new flow plumbing inc. my water heater conversion process. i had an old 40 gallon tank water heater and wanted to transfer to tanklenss water heater. the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, did the job with affordable price. Arman was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping me updated. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part on hand and fixed the issue within an hour.

Had gone three days without water in the kitchen, waiting on other plumbers who didnt show up when they said they would.New Flow came within 1 hour of my first call, completed the job in another half-hour. He quoted me a low enough price I thought, and unless we needed new pipes or something, he said thats the final price, no matter how long he worked.

I called this place and was very impressed with the price and the speed at which they were able to come by and fix our problem. The man who came over was very personable and they gave a free estimate when I called and told them the problem. When he came over he did not try to change his price at all, and even though the kitchen area was very small he was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service.

Fixed what ever was wrong for a fair price. Other plumbing companies tried to sell me a whole new unit but Arman fixed the unit we had for a fraction of the price! Thanks!

My sewer was backed up outside and new flow came same day and unclogged it for us. Very nice dudes.

We have been using New Flow Plumbings services since 2017, around 6 years. They have helped us with numerous problems, from big issues like root incursion in the main sewer line (fixed once and for all with a new extruded pipe inside the old clay pipe), to installing a new water regulator, to various smaller plumbing repairs. Most recently, Armen fixed an issue with a sink that would not hold water when the drain was closed; the job turned out to be more involved than expected, but Armen stuck to the task and got it working, for which I am eternally grateful! Armen and Arman have been wonderful to work with over the years. They do great work!

We needed a trenchless sewer repair. They not only gave us a very reasonable quote, they were by far the most responsive, and gave us the best expanation. Brothers Shaq and Armond are really great and very responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was genuinely and thoroughly pleased with this service. I was dealing with several plumbers and Nu Flow were honest and direct and exceeded my expectations. Courteous, considerate, responsive and have done extensive, solid work on entire plumbing and pipe replacement, cleanout install. Cleaned up everything and showed me the areas for taking photos and knowing what was replaced. I would recommend them to anyone. Armen and Arman were outstanding!!!

I am very pleased with the quality of the work Arman did. He was over here for over 4 hours doing some different jobs that needed to be done for the past few years. But I figured if I made a list and had him do everything I would save some money and it would be easier to deal with in that respect.His craftsmanship is second to none and he did a great job installing and repairing everything on my list... from replacing my sink to repairing the mechanics inside one of the toilets and replacing an outdoor pipe that had rusted.Thank you, Arman!

What a great business! New Flow go above and beyond to make their clients happy. I found them on Yelp and called since I had no other references. Im glad I did as they were very helpful, their prices were good and they unclog my toilet so easily after I had spent a good hour trying by myself (a tissue box had fallen overnight) and he even cleaned the area. Arman is very nice and he takes the time to make sure is clients are totally satisfied.

My Apartment building is quite old, and have lots of problems (with kitchen,bathroom and bath tub sinks, )It has been a week that my kitchen sink was clogged and I have been looking for solutions, Ive tried all home remedy which none of them worked. I called New flow plumbing company on (Memorial Day )and Arman came in a short period of time he observed all around the kitchen area and brought his snake machine and used it, after half and our my sink was clean and water was flowing , unbelievable .Arman brought new flow to my old pipes and even clean them as well. Our vacation home had a back up and I was out of town, I was looking for a plumber who could take care of the issue and charge me over the phone, there I found New Flow, they had high ratings so I called them up. They took good care of the problem and everything was all good.

These plumbers in Van Nuys are real gentlemen and professionals. I called them Saturday afternoon when my kitchen sink was full of messy water. Arshaq the plumbing tech was at my place within an hour.He unclog our sink drain and even cleaned my sink nicely after he was done.Very nice of him :)If I have a plumbing problem, I am calling them again.

My experience with new flow plumbing in Van nuys was awesome, I needed some work done at my home and they were quick to come out and find out the problem and solution. I called so many companies and their prices were really steep, Im a single mother and dont make alot but new flow plumbing was very reasonable and they work with you to give you the best deal possible.
