The Costco AZ Air team did a very nice job from the initial assessment visit, proposals to the installation.The installation team arrived on time, they were professional and respectful.The AC unit was tested after the installation to ensure that it was functioning properly. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction.The lead team called to check if all had gone as planned and if we had any questions or concerns.They sent a technician promptly to address a couple of minor items that needed addressing.The overall Costco AZ Air process was smooth and a positive experience.
Very disappointed with this he service. Technician only turned off the heat device to my drinking water. Did not fix the problem of the water leak. On drinking water faucet. The cold water is the leaking water not the hot. It does not stop it is continuously dripping. Also the cold water leveler is very loose it almost does a full turn around. The technician did not fix anything and you want me to pay for a service that did not fix my problem!!! I am very disappointed and upset at the service that I received!!! I called 3 times without a response to have someone come to fix the issue with the dripping faucet. I was able to speak to someone today and he told me that I had to pay for a service that was not done. In order to have someone one come again. I was also. Told that I had to call eco water to come and deal with my issue. You took over eco water and you should be responsible for my equipment. I am giving you a formal complaint and expect a response to my inquiry. I will probably Do complaint with Bbb for the incompetence of your service.
The AZ A/C & HEATING Teams arrived on time residence on time this morning.To install a mini split unit. Pedro Z (crew leader) introduce myself and his crew members to me. He instructed me on his work plan and how he was going to do the installation. He very Professional in doing the install. After completing the installation, he walked me through the systems operation. Especially, the remote features and filter cleaning. Awesome install. Im very satisfied with the mini split installation, features, and operations. I will recommend AZ A/C HEATING for any HVAC installation.
Charlie from AZ Air Conditioning was much better that the technician they sent to do my last service. Charlie called me shortly before his arrival, to ensure the time would work for me. I appreciate that. Charlie also used booties, so that he did now walk with his outdoor shoes on my indoor floors. I appreciate that too. Charlie explained all of his findings and recommendations, and confirmed my email address and phone number. Much better that the last service I had, which made me question whether or not to continue with AZ Air, honestly. Thank you.

Communication was great. He showed up on time and was very thorough with the maintenance checks. Luis was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gave me several tips on how to care for the system to prevent problems. He wasn’t rushed and didn’t leave until all of my questions were answered. And, the price was great! Service Technician Eric was great; I was apprehensive b/c the company had previously canceled my appointment at the last minute.Eric and David gave me a call before they arrived to give an ETA. When they arrived they were respectful of me and my mother and our home. Eric took the time to explain everything he was doing and worked hard to fix the issue. He did not give up until he found the solution. AZ company is lucky to have such professional hardworking technician Eric. I was thinking of using another company because of the first cancellation but now I will stay and request the team that came today. I hope I will not be disappointed in the future and they keep these good technicians.
Claudia sat down with me, allowed me to describe what I needed and wanted. Then we discussed the pros and cons of different configurations and brands. She allowed me to set the system that works best for my house and at the price I could agree with. She worked out all the resources available in the company and got my HVAC system changed and installed in a couple of days without putting the comfort of my family at risk. We are very happy with the results and we are enjoying the new system and eager to see the savings in the usage of energy. Thank you very much!
Pedro and crew did an amazing job. AZ was great from the email/phone assistant to the estimator and especially the crew. Pedro gave me options and best recommendations. The job was very well done! In one eight hour day they installed the condenser and five units, all the men on the job were hard working and professional.
I would love to rate better however today on Christmas morning we don’t have any water coming out of my faucet. My filters were replaced on December 22 and two days later there isn’t any water coming out of my faucet. I don’t know if any stores are open so that I can go get water. I’ll call and see if anyone is available to come help but I think this is doubtful.
These guys were very professional and got things done quickly. AC was moved without any issues to the side yard. Great wiring and a clean job.
We had a good experience starting with Claudia Brizuela who determined our needs and was easily available to organize the installation of the new unit. Within four days of ordering the new unit, the crew came and retrieved the old unit and replaced with the new one. Ozmin and Juan were very efficient and courteous. The unit works great and the crew left everything clean. Ivan was easy to work with in scheduling visits and their electrician Fabian was personable and knowledgeable. The unit works great.
Our technician Ruben was on time and had called ahead. He got right to his sealant repair and then assisted in making adjustments to our thermostat to correct issues we were having which were no on his initial list. Very helpful, and clean. Much appreciated.
Our Tech Harry was awesome! So nice, friendly and informative. He spent extra time explaining that our current setting’s were not maximizing our dual zone unit and made changes with explanations to get the most out of our systems heat and air outputs.
The young man saved the day , because I was ready to cancel my purchase for the water treatment system I had waited all afternoon and I heard from no one. I was told the installer would be at my home between 1:00-3:00. At 5:00 I was on to my next event. I was ready to cancel, but the young man was sooo sweet and apologetic. I allowed him to go ahead and install. He saved you a sale. He needs a promotion for his work and great disposition.
Mid August, our AC system decided to call it quits after 18 hrs of life. After shopping at Costco, they referred us to AZ Air Conditioning. With this in mind, we couldn’t go wrong if Costco is partnered with them and gave us peace of mind that our new AC system is backed by Costco. When we met AZ Air Project Consultant (Mike), he evaluated our AC system and he made us feel so comfortable and not pressured about how much a new ac system and duct replacement would cost. We decided to replace the duct system too, since its still the original since our house was built in 1973. AZ team are true professionals all the way down to the installer level. Pedro, their lead installer, and his crew of 5 are top notch, hard working professionals. I had to leave my wife alone while the work was being done due to my duties at my office. But Mike, being such caring project consultant, reassured me that he would stay and oversee the whole installation. That speaks volume. Pedro kept my wife updated at all time, as well. When the job was completed, Pedro explained all the paperwork and showed their work to my wife all the way up in the attic. Boy, was she impressed. Being a quality manager for an aerospace industry, I know what good work looks like when I see one. Pedro and his crew did one hell of a job! I would highly recommend AZ Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone needing repair, cleaning, or new install.
Water filtration was installed on time except the drain line was ran exposed on the outside and above and around the side entrance door to the outside drain. I called and objected. AZ made another appointment and the guys came out and worked it to my liking. The system is working great and the job was completed satisfactorily.
We got connected with AZ air conditioning and heating through Costco and I was very impressed by their attention to detail. Claudia helped me and answered my many questions very thoroughly. I would have loved to chose this company to replace our AC unit, but the other quote we got for a well reviewed company was half the price after the Costco incentives. I couldnt justify spending that much more, so we unfortunately did not go with AZ.
Tech was very thorough and efficient, and very knowledgeable about the process and fixes that were needed. The internal team was great to get us on the schedule immediately.

I am very satisfied with the service.The technician arrived within the specified time and even called me 10 minutes before arriving. When he entered the house, he was considerate enough to cover his shoes. He fixed the air conditioner efficiently and was very polite throughout the process. I highly recommend their service
Great Sales Customer Service. Jason tested the tap water and our Osmosis system and explained the differences. He explained the Water Softener system and how it works. We got our price quote same day and they have finance options which is great.
I had used this company for almost 10 years with no issues. However, after an appointment for the annual maintenance for our AC units, they detected a bad motor on one of the units. This was on Aug 17, 2024. The tech said a replacement part would be ordered and should be received within a week or so.Over the next 2 months and after numerous unanswered phone calls and text messages, they finally confirmed the part was in, and service would be done on Oct 11 (almost 2 months later!). But it turns out they had received the wrong part and would let me know when they got the correct one. (I dont believe this)An appointment was next confirmed for Oct 28. After waiting to contact them until the end of the window when the service would be done, I was informed that they were too busy and had to push my appointment until the next day.A serviceman finally came the next day and replaced the part, but unlike they had promised, he was not a maintenance tech, so I did not get the maintenance done as requested. In addition, even though the tech finished the repair in less than an hour, I was charged $600 for this service call. Thankfully, the part was under warranty.To sum up, it took this company over 2 months to complete the service call, which was actually never completed because of their incompetent service and scheduling. They never pro-actively called me to inform me about the status, and their call center gave terrible information, when they were available. I understand that the company was sold, that many employees have left and the employees joke about all the complaints they receive. I used to rely on this company but will never call them again, and urge everyone else to stay away.
I am not a happy camper. The service agent did not call prior to coming. Second, he did not replace the screw in the unit upon leaving. Third he did not bring his own ladder.Finally, the price on the board needing replacement was outrageous. It has to be replaced but has a long-time customer I feel that it could be several hundred dollars less. This is especially true since I purchased the service contract. Another company that doesn’t wish to honor their contract. I used AZ with Costco Guarantees during the pandemic believing the company would be honorable and work with integrity. Now mid way through my contract they do not want to service my system. Two years ago they changed their service area so they no longer would come to my home. I find another certified company to service Lennox they let me know that service for my condenser should be covered under my warranty. Today AZ is tell me it is not and would charge for the visit and could not give me a quote on cost per pound for freon. Makes no sense that you don’t know how much you charge per lbs. it sounds like you want to over charge me when the technician comes out.Costco will be notified that this company does not want to honor the warranty. Be careful before you consider working with this company.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of ability to schedule properly and lack of expertise. We had a split system installed with them and have been without AC for what will be almost going on two months in the hottest summer California has seen. The company sent out the wrong techs with the wrong equipment over three times for our scheduled appointments causing us to have to move our days around multiple times to accommodate their mistake. We called the company back in June and it’s mid August and the company still hasn’t fixed our units even after their multiple mistakes with scheduling. I’ve even called them prior to our last appointment to remind them to show up with the right equipment and they assured me they would. Nope. By the time our units will be fixed it will be almost two months. Honestly shocked a company can make such a mistake over and over again.We’ve had decent experiences with the techs but whoever is running the office unfortunately isn’t doing their job correctly. Incredibly disappointed in this company.*Update* The below response from the owner sounds helpful but after calling the number I was just transferred to a call center for overflow calls to be told that they would call me back at a later time. Which is what they have been telling me for weeks. No resolution yet.
I was very happy with the maintenance technician from AZ Air Conditioning and Heating. He was totally professional: called before arrival, was prompt, efficient, and clean (used shoe booties)😊. He also offered helpful tips to ensure my system continues to function well for years.
The price was competitive and the work performed was very good. Once started it was completed quickly and our home has been comfortable. Pleasant technicians came to address and correct a minor issue.
Im really happy overall with the service. In my case we installed the whole home water filtration system as well as the reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink and both units have been operating fantastic! The water both tastes great and feels great on the skin.I did go through some hiccups initially as my first representative ended up leaving the company, but John Guerra ended up taking over as the lead. John was great to work with and he was very honest both about the pricing and timelines that it would take to install everything. He was able to work with me on the price, and we were able to get everything in exactly at my budget. Im super happy that he took over as lead for the project and was able to deliver on everything that was promised!Javier and his apprentice were also amazing, they came out to do the installation and they did very good work.Everyone throughout the process made sure that I was happy with everything prior to the completion. Im really happy to say that even if there are problems theyre willing to work through them with you and make it right.

AZ Air came prepared to remove my old units, begin installation of my new hvac. The team was through, respectful of both my space and property. They cleaned up after themselves before leaveing and they completed the removal of old unit, installation of new unit in just 2 days. I believe Manuel was the lead, he did a walk through of his work, the unit the new location, power source and drain for AC unit. Fantastic job guys.

Got a call from AZ Air conditioning and Heating that they are arriving in 30 minutes. They arrived, talked to my wife who let them in. Before they entered they wore shoe covers to protect our floors from dirt. They were wearing pretty decent and identifiable uniforms. We told them our AC problems and concerns and they resolve them professionally. These gentlemen were very mild mannered and respectful. I wish all service providers act this way.
Our technician was on time and quickly began working on solving the problem. They were deep, clean, polite, and made of the repair within 30 minutes. Follow up to ensure the entire system when you’re working was very thorough. Was extremely pleased with the entire experience.

Had a service call for thermostat that stopped working. Guys were punctual and worked very clean. Replaced with updated unit. Heat is back on! Best part warranty covered cost...
This experience was not good. AZ performed maintenance on my unit on 8/20/24. When I tried to use the AC during our hot spell starting in September, it did not work. A technician finally showed up 9/19/24 to repair the issue. What was found was that the filter was installed backwards causing water to trigger the shutoff valve. this was done by the tech that came on 8/20/24. The filter was also not properly seated. The tech that came today was not able to resolve the issue, a return visit is needed. This unit was installed by AZ in 2015 and has been working with very little issues. It appears the tech that came out on 8/20/24 didnt perform the maintenance correctly. I have been using AZ since the unit was install. I would like to talk to a supervisor so we can make this right.10/13/24Its been more than 3 weeks, the issues with the AC still have not been resolved. The tech was here on 10/3/24, I was told he knew what the issues is and that he would setup a time for a later visit. I asked to be updated when the return visit would take place, I have not heard from anyone. Im getting frustrated. I would like to know the status for the repair.
CT was the representative who visited my home. He explained the technology, the products, and the services offered in a thorough and professional manner. He verified our water pressure and tested our water to help determine what system was best for our home. The entire process was straightforward. I plan to recommend the company to friends and family.
I got the runaround on the phone from Saturday am until today (Monday).Reuben (he’s great *****) came out today Monday and repaired the unit, solved the problem in less than 30 minutes.The in-office personnel were cordial but not helpful. That’s the reason for the 4* and not 5* rating.

Alberto was nice - just confirmed that the issue was the ecobee - haven’t had any luck with the ecobee thermostat. AG should give the customer a couple options to choose from for a thermostat when they do a full install which was done Sept 2023. I’ll be buying a Nest thermostat which we have for the downstairs and will have them come back and install.
We chose this company based on the fact that Costco uses it for AC. The initial work went on schedule. We did have some issues that I will discuss below.1- One of the indoor split AC units was defective. It worked, but there was a clicking noise when it started.2- One of the indoor split AC systems leaked from the ceiling.It took us about two weeks to contact the company to schedule to fix these problems. We could leave messages, but could not talk directly to the scheduling department. After many tries, we were able to contact the person in charge. They did replace the defective unit and fixed the leak.
Crew of 6 installation technicians arrived at 8:15 am and worked in an organized and clean manner. The working areas were protected with plastic a complete high-tech HVAC system and ducts were installed. Work was completed by 6:15 pm and a complete demonstration and instructions were given by Luis, who was very helpful from the start to the finish. Control board is really easy to read and operate at a glance. Great system so far.
Charlie was great; however, the work order to make the actual repairs was incorrect. I have been trying to correct my crushed duc for several months, hopefully it will be corrected soon.
Luis was very knowledgeable on his trade and was super helpful. He answer all my questions and I’m very satisfied with the service he did on my ac/ heating unit. He is his professional. We need more like him.
Great experience all around. We were relieved to know that all was in good working order with our hvac. Hugo spent time with us, helping us to understand our options for replacing some existing equipment, and also went over different methods of filtration to help with dust vs vocs vs bacteria/viruses. We were very impressed with his knowledge and teaching us and ability to answer all of our questions.Additionally, we are always nervous to have people in our house because the dogs are protective and can be aggressive, but they loved Hugo. AZ Heating and Air is lucky to have Hugo as a company representative.
My unit is 2+ years old but I have been having problem after the first year. they have been here 3 times fixing the problem. anyway, I am with no heating with people in my house, still not fix yet. I have to keep calling and begging to have them send someone but it just terrible. You need to hire more people to meet your customers needs. It is not a reliable unit.
I had an HVAC unit installed about 7 years ago. It stopped working so we contacted AZ. I had the company come out and they said we needed further diagnostics, so we made an appointment. The young man came out and said he didn’t have all the equipment so we needed to make a third appointment that would cost over $3k. We signed authorizing the work. We were told we would be contacted the next day. About a week later I called and was told I would get a call back that day. I repeated this process several times with the same response over the next few weeks. I also called the person who came out to give the original estimate 7 years ago and again when the unit broke down. I left two messages with no response. The final straw was when I called yesterday and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told there was none available but I would get a call back. I have not received a call. I would NOT recommend AC Air. By the way, I have never written a bad review for anything.
Eric and his partner David were very professional, polite and friendly. They figured out the problem and fixed it fast. Made sure that my AC was working properly then explained to me what was wrong. They even went out of their ways and sent me a video of how to fix the issue if it happens again. I’m very pleased with their service. Thank you very much!

Person arrived on time. It turned out that there was not a problem per se, if not something that they could do when the system was installed 17 months ago. I am an Financial Advisor and it is hard for me to understand all the concepts about installation and connections. This person thought that because I have an “accent” I could not understand his explanation and he expressed that on the phone in front of me to the receptionist. I found that so unrespectful. To clarify, I called the receptionist because he wanted to charge me for something that it should be installed the first time. At the end, nothing was done and I am still waiting for a call from a supervisor. Not sure if I use the A/C again is going to shut down or not. I used the A/C only twice in the 17 months and the second time stopped working. I am so mad because I spent a lot of money and I can not trust the system.
This company is so overly aggressive with their sales, its exhausting. Even the review process. I wasnt going to leave a review but they messaged me three times to leave a review... Well heres your review! Maybe you can stop being so annoying and constantly pestering people for business or reviews or whatever...

Sales representative Juan Padilla surveyed our home, patiently and politely answered my many questions and gave me all the installation and pricing options I requested, on the spot.After deciding to move forward, installers Juan (a different Juan) and David installed a double-inverter mini-split yesterday.They did a thorough job of protecting the contents of the home, doing the installation inside and out, cleaning up and politely and patiently answering my operation and maintenance questions.I recommend considering AZ for your HVAC needs.
All the guys were very professional clean the first thing they did was to tarp the floors and apply plastic to the walls and then starting working I felt very safe and all the guys were very polite and and clean they went out of their way to explain every aspect of the work that was performed and I can’t tell you just how satisfied I am a new unit in this time of weather being colder than normal it a great unit installed by a great group of guys the did alot of work in one day and very clean no nonsense no excuses everything done right the first time on the job and explained like a true professional I’am glad that we went AZ air conditioning and the Byron was so help with the thermostat made the new technology seem so simple am able to program my heating and air conditioning temperature with my phone makes life that much better for someone that’s not that computer savvy I would strongly recommend Bryro. Hugo Serrano helped us with our air conditioning issues. He was knowledgeable and professional and got everything working despite a different third party handyman muddling with his work in between visits. He was polite and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any kind of hearing or cooling work. Maximum rating for this gentleman!

Luis was very efficient and polite. Got the job done in a short time. Only problem was I was scheduled for 8AM-10AM appointment but he was unable to arrive until 2PM.
Luis was professional and knowledgable.However, due to age of my system, he did nowork..Would have been nice to know in advance your company wants no liability and will not work on older units. This would save both yours & my time.

Total system replacement with Lennox heat pump just over one year ago. System stop cooling and only heats. AZ seemed to have little sense of urgency to address the issue. Someone is supposedly coming out in a week or so. That is not satisfactory.The scheduler wished me luck and encouragement in trying to trick the system back into cooling again myself. Please take some pride and responsibility for your work. Also dont expect anyone to return calls or follow up. There are other HVAC contractors that can come out right away, but Im stuck because the warranty is with AZ.
Eric and David, in this heat they were dry and smelling great. Both very polite and professional, one would enjoy their company. The explain everything as they were doing their job. They knew their job and patiently solved the problem. Did not tried to mask the repair and found the problem and solved a three year old problem. When we first installed our AC I gave them a 5 star review. However, I have now changed my mind. The woman I spoke with yesterday to schedule an air filter change was rude and tricked me into an additional maintenance appointment that I do not need. When I attempted to explain that I dont want that, all I want is an air filter replacement, she said she couldnt do that because I already said there was another issue. There is no other issue. The only issue is I need a replacement. My house is an icebox right now. The AC is functioning properly. I tried to tell her this over and over but she refused to let me just get a replacement. Im actively seeking someone else to do the job. I do not recommend using this company. They will force services and fees on you that you do not need or want. Its a shame Home Depot is affiliated with them. I have also contacted Home Depot to file a complaint, and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INFERIOR HVAC UNITS: If you’re shopping for an HVAC don’t use this company. My parents who are 89 and 92 years of age purchased an HVAC unit about 15 months ago and it already broke down. They don’t use the air conditioning or heat too often so the disfunction was totally unexpected. Weather conditions have dipped into the low 40s and they’ve been without any heat for over 3 weeks. We tried contacting this company several times and got the run around. We were told it will be 2 additional weeks until they can ”schedule” a repair. My advice is to use another company.
I paid for maintenance and service of my HVAC unit--not to be sold unnecessary products and services---after 4 years service became a euphemism for check for ways to sell client things they dont need and triple charge. For example I can easily change the filter twice a year, I get 2 from Amazon for $60, they charge $90 for one and have the nerve to shame me for buying a subpar filter. This time they wanted $685 to clean the coil wash--see photo--I pay $39/month for biannual service and maintenance and prior service repairs---and this is how they left the condenser, they couldnt brush the leaves off. I waited 2 months for my priority appointment and have gotten half dozen calls, texts and emails pressuring me to spend $2750 AND to also purchase Surge protectors for $1400!
Employees very friendly the tech. That came was very nice and helpfull but spent about 1/3 the time previous techs had spent on the service call. Previous techs had removed the metal panels to the unit for inspection. This one did not. Recommended cleaning a part inside the unit which I would assume would be included in a maintenance call.
It would be nice if your employees stop littering on the streets. Every day they litter bags of trash in the neighborhood. Its not okay, it adds up to a large amount of trash weekly. The city does not clean up this trash, unfortunately neighbors have to..Its not enough that they have so many employees that do not carpool and take up a lot of parking space in the neighborhood. The littering is enough. Please explain to your employees to have consideration for your neighbors and the planet we all live on. Thank you to whomever deals with this.
My issue is with their customer service. If i ever have a problem with the thermostat, they refer me to Lennox Tech Support. I can never get through to Lennox and have waited on the line for over an hour. The AZ office staff says they cannot do anything.. so my question is what do i do? I have a service contract with AZ and have spend many thousands of dollars with them. Is this customer service? I dont think so

Had Peri Tubul and charged me 350$ for cleaning the lint inside the vent that took 10 minutes to remove and use a vaccum to cleaned. Nice guy but did not come in a vehicle that showed the business, was on his phone while doing the dry vent lint cleaning, and then charged me using venmo for a job I couldvmt done for much less. Still was not working so contact them and nobody replied so just a bad experience in all Dryer still steaming, and out 350$ for a 10 minute easy job I could have done.
They called thirty minutes before they arrived. They wore shoe covers when in the house. They were very courteous and polite. They cleaned up their work area before they left.
Luis & Alfredo installed my new EcoWater quickly and efficiently. They both answered all my questions, showed me how to use the system and cleaned up before they left. Cant wait for the system to charge up and start drinking fresh water.

Well, first you go through Costco‘s, then they send out an agent to your home who really doesn’t know calls for your city and where to install the unit and how far away from the wall has be from the unit I preferably would like to know before the install, but it’s too late now they want to charge me another $3000 to relocate it which is ridiculous. It now takes up space in my patio which I don’t like the unit you should not be located where family gatherings are at and that’s what the agent should know it should be put to the side of your house were like in the front. Where are you really don’t see it. It shouldn’t be located where you gather for parties and it’s an eyesore, even the insulator should recommend a better location…update very happy that AZ Air conditioning came thru for us and move our unit here is a picture ..and thank you to Mr. Girón for coming out and make it possible👍

We are very pleased with our ECO water filtration and softener system We have had it nearly a month and it has been exactly what CT said it would be. Showers and cleaning is very nice now that we get good sudsy results. We feel it was expensive but with Costco sale and rebates it was easier to get into a good system. The RO system was almost free with the discounts so that a nice touch. City inspector came by and said it was a well installed system and approved without any fuss.
Eric B came out to pre inspect the new HVAC Unit on the roof before the City Inspector arrived.Eric B. noticed a few things the HVAC installers missed or installed incorrectly.Eric B took great care to make sure things were corrected and up to code in order to pass inspection.When the Inspector showed up, he approved approved the work and issued the permit.Thank you Eric B!
Harry was thorough and explained how I should change filters more often and I need to keep track of service calls . Also made suggestions for changes if I need to replace equipment.

Service techs were professional, courteous and prompt. My issue is with the info that I was given by AZ versus what I paid for my AC Service. I was told that I would be responsible for labor seeing as how my unit had a 10 year warranty and that I would not be charged a diagnostic fee. Today I was charged a $149 diagnostic fee $200 to clean out a PVC pipe that is less than 2 feet long. This is in addition to the service call fee. I have attached a photo of the PVC pipe that was cleaned.
My service tech Byron and team were extremely professional and helpful in understanding how to best optimize my system and where to locate the condenser. This crew was so courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with AZ Heating and if you are smart you will request Byron!!! The absolute Best!

Nino (Rodrigo) headed up the work crew and was always available to answer questions and address any concerns we might have. We were impressed with how they all were careful to cover things and protect our flooring, walls, furniture or anything else that was in the work area. Nino also made sure we were happy with the way things were finished at the numerous locations that new items were installed or old hardware removed.Now it is Sept. 2024 a little over one year since the unit was installed and it provides heat when the thermostat calls for cooling. AZ indicated they are busy and offered to send someone out in a week or so to look at it. That is not acceptable. It shouldnt be my problem that they dont employ enough staff to expeditiously respond the failures of their installed equipment.
The technicians were very thorough and professional. They answered my concerns. They tested my water and assured me that my system was working properly.

I think AZ Air Conditioning may have gone out of business. I have been calling for 2 days straight (over 12 calls total) and sent an online request. Nothing. I know its the middle of summer but you have to be able to field phone calls and be responsive. Both their Instagram and Facebook profiles havent been updated in over 9 months.Maybe its phone issues but I have tried 3 different phone numbers listed for them. It rings rings rings then states no one is available and I am unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full.Anyone know a good, dependable air conditioner company that covers Simi Valley? I may need to find a new one.

On Wednesday morning (9/6/2023), Joe from AZ came and evaluated the HVAC system and confirmed that more return air flow is needed for the system to perform effectively and efficiently.Thursday the next morning (9/7), two technicians from AZ showed up on time at 9 am. Wow. Thumbs up for Joe’s promise fixing the inadequacy from the original installation.Pedro Z and Jason(a young guy) did a fantastic job for adding a air return to an existing cooling/heating system due to insufficient air flow coming out off vents in several locations in the house.The HVAC system is situated inside a closet on top of the house foundation. The most desirable new location for the air return location is on a wall that happens to be on the other side of the foundation. It is considered not safe to make a hole through the thickness of the foundation and definitely requires a lot of work as well.Jason who was the team member working diligently in the crawl space was successful in identifying an existing gap in this long foundation running across the width of the house. This gap could squeeze through a flexible duct from one side to the other side of foundation. That was a great find.Then guess what! They started working to install the new air return. It’s totally out of my expectation. Around 1:30 pm , the job was completed with professionalism.Joe from AZ is the pivotal person!
We are extremely pleased with the mini-split air conditioning system that AZ Air Conditioning installed in our home. Marlon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He even came out to see us on the weekend to evaluate our needs, and plan accordingly for the project to start, which was within a few days. Pedro and his installation team are awesome to work with! They found ways to install the units in three different rooms with no exposed conduit in the interior of the house. Pedros team were respectful, and left all of the areas cleaner than when they arrived. We love our new mini-split system and we highly recommend AZ Air Conditioning and especially Pedros installation team. Thank you AZ for a job well done!

I cant say enough about my fabulous experience with AZ Air Conditioning and Heating. From the in-home sales pitch to the project manager and install team, the two Davids and the rest of the guys were professional yet personable, conversational yet continuously working. I can imagine each install comes with its own particular issues. The job at my house presented numerous challenges. I watched these guys think on their feet, troubleshoot and devise ways around over and through every obstacle they faced. These guys put in an incredibly long day without throwing in the towel or any downward turn in demeanor. Great service by Billy? Nice that the system populated this field with a great review. I on the other hand must say this was the first AZ Air maintenance apt that was not so steller. 1st the apt was set for the 9 to noon window. At 12:43 I was calling the office for status. I was told my request would be forwarded to the dispatch dept. I did not receive any call back. Nor did I receive the normal 30 minute call from the technician. Billy, showed up about 2:00. And may I say the only reason I know his name is due to this survey as he never introduced himself. This was also the 1st time I have ever been asked if I wanted him to clean the filters. What is the point of a servi ce apt if not to clean & maintain the unit? There was also some switch on the heater unit that had been turned off. I do not change any setting & have no idea what the switch was for therefore I have no clue if it should be off or on. The only settings I change are on the thermostat & I will replace the UV bulb (which arrived today). He acted as though I should know all about the actual unit & how it should be set up. Also it was the fastest service ever done. His claim was that hes just efficient. I wonderabout that. I guess the bottom line is Im saying this visit was not a great experience.

I usually do not write reviews but I felt compelled to write this review because of the outstanding professionalism exhibited by Nino that is sometimes rare to see these days.He came to do maintenance on my heater and air conditioner which included changing my filter but also doing a thorough examination and checking of all working components. He explained to me his findings and recommendations without any hard sell. He was able to answer all my questions and I felt confident in his answers as he is very passionate about helping the customer make smart decisions on maintaining an efficient system. I signed up for their membership of twice a year maintenance after my conversations with Nino.Nino is also very personable, takes his job seriously, and again professional. I recommend AZ Air Conditioning and Heating and especially their technician Nino.

Samuel Rios came to inspect 4 condo units that I manage that had not been serviced in a very long time. He was very polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He was able to inspect each unit and make reasonable recommendations for work that was needed. He was not pushy at all about having the work done, but sincerely wanted us to know the details of what he found during inspections. He helped us schedule follow-ups for work we wanted to move forward with and explained every step of the process. There were no surprise charges and he carefully documented all the work we did move forward with, showing us photos and even the parts themselves and explained what on each part was broken and compared it to the new one he was installing. He was here all day and he was polite and professional the entire day.

The team that came from AZ to install our mini splits was amazing. They came in with a large team that was a little intense, but all their guys knew exactly what they were doing. They were very professional and lovely to deal with. He conducted all respective inspection points and rendered a very detailed report after he completed his task, together with evidence of results. This is what is expected from a customer. Marc was polite and pleasant to have in my house evaluating the furnace and condenser performance.He took the time to explain what he was going to do. He kept me apprised each step of the way. He showed me the filter, took pics inside of the fan inside the air handler and suggested having a UV light installed sometime in the future.
I called AZ repair service because the air conditioner was having trouble keeping the house cool on hot days. It even sent me a message that there seemed to be a problem. Harry found the problem quickly-- a clogged drainage pipe--and explained how the system works. He advised me to keep the fan running all the time to reduce dust in the air--all very helpful.
Jesus was absolutely fantastic! I was truly impressed with his exceptional level of thoroughness and knowledge in his work. I sincerely appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue with my newly installed AC unit in such a remarkably short turnaround time. But above all, what touched me the most was his compassionate approach that prevented both me and my adorable puppy from suffering in the scorching heat as the temperatures soared into the 100s F. I cant thank him enough for his outstanding service!

Nino listened to my concerns and provided me with options. He didnt try to push any one option and helped me understand what the differences were. My past experience AZ was great and am looking forward to good one again.
Harry was friendly, knowledgable, eager to share advice, and most importantly he solved the problem which turned out to be a very simple and quick fix. Another place wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to do all sorts of things that turned out to be unnecessary. Glad I got a second opinion! Luis came on timely and was very professional resetting our water softener system. He was trying to help me with setting up the app for reminders however it’s not working. It’s not what he can do but he showed me how to proceed once I got my app login problem resolve. He also helped checking the other part of the system which I didn’t signed up for and showed me all the tips that my previous installer didn’t mention. He was very knowledgeable, detailed oriented. We had a roof-mount whole house fan installed, and the crew showed up on time, and took precautions to keep the house clean by laying down floor runners and covering furniture with plastic. They were friendly, and asked questions about how I wanted the unit to be installed, which was appreciated, and invited me up on the roof to inspect the installation once it was done. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves in the house and took the old fan and all the packaging with them.
Byron was very patient and professional with his work. His team was also very clean and seem to work great together. They showed up on time and got straight to work which was awesome. I definitely do not recommend them as they do not backup their work after the one year warranty. I had them replace my entire HVAC system via a Costco contract. They appeared to due a nice job at first. However after the one year warranty was up I noticed a lot of water was coming down rooftop exhaust pipe (termination flue pipe) and collecting a lot of water on my HVAC system, attic flooring, insulation and getting inside of the HVAC unit soaking all the wiring. They would not bother fixing this issue that has been an issue since it was installed and they would only send a service tech out with a $175 visit fee plus whatever the cost would be to fix the leak/cause.It turns out they did a terrible job on the flue pipe and raised the entire pipe up and out from the room and did not bother reassembling it at the correct length and then sealing it correctly. I had to have someone else come out and show me the bad job they did and they sealed that pipe correctly.Definitely dont recommend them.
Just Had an awesome informative experience with Evin. He took the time to explain my eco water system, how to change the filters, and my salt machine in the garage. Tested my water quality to make sure the machine is doing its job, and helped me set up the app. Overall, really good experience with excellent customer service. Worth every penny for the service fee. If you ask for Evin, you know youll be in good hands.

Over the years I’ve met many awesome technicians who have come to our house but I can’t think of one who impressed me more than Tony Manaserian. From the moment he called to let me know he could arrive early to replace our blower motor, Tony was considerate, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I started jokingly calling him ‘Teacher’ because he could teach a class on how to do an excellent service call. You’re in great hands if Tony shows up.
The lead man was Mike Mendoza who negotiated the sale and arranged the calendaring for the work. He was very knowledgable, courteous and very responsive in answering all of our questions. We had a wide range of questions from assessing our needs to finding compatible equipment for our specific needs and, just as importantly, the cost of the job He was a master at follow up and follow through. We could not have hoped for anyone better.The installation team was equally impressive. They confirmed the appointment a day or 2 ahead and they arrived right on schedule. The crew (5 or 6)worked like an army of ants who knew what each had to do. They went well out of their way to protect the inside of our home during the work and that was very appreciated. Conversation with them was cordial and professional. They were efficient, organized and even finished the job early. An impressive performance.We will be repeat customers of AZ Air Conditioning and Heating and we offer our unconditional recommendation on their behalf.

AZ Air Conditioning and Heating handled our water system. It was a complicated installation and they were able to figure out the best set up for our house in a careful and conscientious manner. The whole process was a positive and in particular Jasons follow up to to check in and give us tips and answer questions was incredibly helpful.
Nino informed me his vehicle broke down a block from my home and would update me within 10 minutes.To my surprise, he arrived on foot carrying his tools and filter, on time!! I was impressed and happy I didnt have to reschedule. I was pleased with his service and recommendations. Thank you again Nino.

Outstanding response time (less than a day). The tech knew what he was doing, explained exactly what was required to repair my under sink RO filtration setup (in my case it was a bad air bladder in the tank) and took care of the whole thing in less than half an hour. Polite and professional. Same for the office staff I dealt with to book the service call.
Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Only issue I have is that I was called the day prior and given a two hour window, which is fine. I was also told the Technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival so, of course, I ran to the store 10 minutes away and immediately got a call from the Technician saying he was at my house. He apologized and stated there was no note in the order to call ahead.Hopefully this can be rectified in the future.
Have used AZ for installation and maintenance. They’re the best. They arrive on time, they keep job site clean, and their crews are very knowledgeable and friendly. They continue to exceed expectations and we are very happy to be customers.Update 10/3/23: Matt and Angel came out for a thorough cleaning of our units and they were great. This appointment was to repair something that wasnt working properly. The repair techs took it upon themselves to complete a full maintenance. They went above and beyond with suggestions and a thorough walk through. They listened to my concerns and patiently addressed each one. Im so glad they didnt just tell me its working, dont worry. Instead they showed me it was working and allowed time for me to confirm for myself.I value their service.

Marc, our service technician was excellent! Called in advance to let us know when he would arrive. He got right to work when he got here and explained everything that he was going to do and did. Very efficient and professional! Unfortunately, we need to have additional work done, which is pricier than we would like but it needs to be done so we agreed to the extra expense.

AZ installed and new heating and A/C system. They were quick, efficient and left my house looking very neat. All this was achieved in an 8 hour period. A technician recently came out for a possible repair, but he could find nothing wrong, and the problem did no replicate itself while he was present. He was on time, very knowledgeable and polite. He also gave me information to help me save electricity. I appreciated his service. He also put my mind at ease about the units.
The technician, Hugo, was excellent. He took pictures of any problems areas and explained how they should be handled. He also explained some features of the system of which I was not aware.I signed up for a ten-year maintenance agreement under the impression, from the salesman, that I wouldnt have maintenance issues for at least ten years. After every maintenance inspection, the technician tells me that a very expensive cleaning of the various units of the system need to be done to keep the system functioning but are at extra cost. For example, condenser coils corrode and detreat, isnt that a manufacturing issue?
Been with AZ since the install of our Central AC/Heating unit and they are great about keeping the maintenance on our unit. Techncians are friendly and professional, office staff as well when they call to schedule the appointments. Kudos to our last technician Adrian Acosta, who was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions regrding the matineance work and made great recommendations on how to improve the air quality in our home and life of our system.

They are always professional as exhibited by the technician Nino on his recent visit. He kept me informed as he assessed our system. Once he completed the assessment he went over his recommendations, and completed the work in a timely manner providing excellent service.
Adrian is the best representative Ive ever had from AZ Air Condition and Heating Co., even though Ive been pretty satisfied with most of those who came to my home. Adrian really went over everything I was entitled to in my contract and didnt pressure me to get something I really didnt need. I would hope this company keeps him as he is an excellent example of how to treat people and advise without pressure. I hope to have him as my serviceman for years to come.
