Today, Kyle from Premier Heating and Cooling came by to fix our central heating unit and truly exceeded our expectations. Not only did he expertly address the main issue, but he also went above and beyond by cleaning a vent and performing additional maintenance we hadnt anticipated. Kyle took his time to ensure everything was perfect and didnt rush the job at all. He even helped us locate and repair a potential leak on our roof caused by a nail, which was well beyond the scope of his visit. We greatly appreciate Kyles exceptional service and dedication. Well definitely be calling him for future repairs and highly recommend him to others for his professionalism and thoroughness.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I called 25 people during the heat wave to come out on a Friday afternoon and no one would come until Monday even though Kyle had jobs until 9pm that night he arrived at my house at 7am and got my AC up and running very quickly he had gave me and my husband great tips to keep an efficient running AC and also keep our power bill down I will never call anyone else. These guys rock! After going through about 10 AC techs that said they couldn’t or wouldn’t work with my very specific/simple issue (needing simple vacuum pumping and test with newer R32 refrigerant on an already mostly installed mini split system), Kyle plus his tech fellow came within a couple hours and had the whole thing handled within 90 minutes or so. Now my studio has nice cool air when I need it. They even helped tweak a part of the install that needed improvement. All in all - can’t recommend them high enough! Hire these guys!

Spoke to Kyle over the phone to get a second opinion after an HVAC tech from another company came out and predicted a full doom-and-gloom replacement for my 8 year old furnace.He popped over two days later and tested everything in front of me - full transparency about everything he was doing - showing that the furnace was just fine!I got a chance to talk shop with him - he has all sorts of great insight into HVAC equipment and the industry as a whole, and in particular cares a lot about the neighborhood around him... all while being completely professional. 100% a stand-up guy; its incredible in 2024 to see people who still take pride in their work and take an interest in protecting their neighbors!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kyle because he is a ROCKSTAR! I called in on a Sunday expecting no answer or reply, but he answered his phone and came out the next day, per my request. He immediately located the AC issue and fixed it under an hour! Kyle was also very informational in educating me on a few things to do with AC, which was very thoughtful of him and helpful to me.
