I run a couple air bnbs and I do the work myself as well. But I had some tenants that ruined my 114 year old original hardwood floors! (Thats above my pay grade)I found A list development after many phone calls of companies being eerie because of how old the floors were! They instantly replied, came to the house for a free estimate! Great pricing! Phenomenal work! Great employees! Respectful of the property and incredibly professional! 5 stars all the way around! Ben mounted our very large TV atop a fire place in a building built in the early 20th century. He was meticulous, polite and very diligent in mounting it against a few obstacles. I will request Ben again for any other handyman needs.

Shlomi is a consummate professional. His crew’s work was efficient and of the highest quality. He checked in with us regularly throughout the process, and kept us up to speed on everything going on.We had his crew make several repairs to our condo including replacing a leaky threshold to our front door. While water testing the threshold, we discovered a secondary leak source (unrelated to the excellent craftsmanship his team had already completed). Shlomi came out the same day to inspect, and completed the additional repairs with 24 hours!We will definitely hire him again for any of our future needs.

He has the experience and expertise and sets you up for realistic expectations so you dont get disappointed mid way through your project (like every person thats in the middle of remodeling/building). Ben and his team did a fantastic job of installing recessed lighting in my living room ceiling and fans in my bedrooms. The lights in the living room needed wiring to be installed and they did it with minimal amount of damage which was very impressive. A painter was easily able to patch up the few holes. Great experience overall!

This was absolutely the best service Ive ever had from a handyman. Ben the technician professional and friendly. Not only did he mount my 4 smart TVs but after realizing I had made a mistake with one of the TV installations I contacted Ben the technician and he returned within 30 minutes and fix the problem immediately. I highly recommend this company and their technicians I give them five stars!

The company is great, very efficient. They ordered materials and replaced the restroom fan the next day and some other handy work. I would definitely reach out to them if any work needs to be done in the house or a commercial place.

When Living Spaces refused to help my friend, who is an elderly woman, with delivery and assembly of a bed, I called A List Development and Shlomi helped me coordinate getting the bed set up.
