I had an amazing experience with Nordic Sauna, Logan was really professional, they made the sauna installation process smooth and easy, and the product quality is outstanding. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch service and great saunas!

Communication is seamless, and the quality of their work is outstanding. We highly recommended!

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a vendor, weeks to schedule appointments, multiple no shows, terrible communicators. It’s embarrassing to run a business this way. Highly regret working with them, still don’t have a functioning sauna. Their reply is “things are crazy”, learn how to run a business hire more of a team if that’s the case.

Great customer service, and international customer service at that !I emailed with a problem with a Tylo heater and Logan Ross was able to put me in contact with some folks to troubleshoot the problem and get it working again. Many Thanks from Canada

One of the worst retail experiences I have ever experienced. No follow up and could not get any responses. A complete waste of weeks of my time. Beware those who talk it but dont perform. This is an example.

Friendly and helpful... they truly understand Finnish sauna and carry a surprisingly wide array of heaters!

Kyle was awesome with installing the new sauna we purchased from Nordic Spa. He also installed a new wooden handle for the door.Ali in the office was extremely helpful with all of our questions.We highly recommend Nordic Spa for your next Sauna.

They do not stand by their products. They sold me a heater where only 1 of 3 coils heats up. They said they’d work with the manufacturer to get a replacement, but that was 4 months ago, and they’ve now gone radio silent on me despite me sending multiple follow ups .You think they’d be more helpful after I spent thousands of dollars with them. Please do yourself a favor and stay away!!

Update - They immediately reached out after my negative review and promptly gave me $500 back to try to make it right. They apologized for ignoring me (said not intentional) and for my situation with the Dundalk sauna I got. Sauna does work and gets hot - just not perfect as described below. Maybe my situation was a one-off, I don’t know. Last conversation was good and Logan genuinely seemed to be interested in making it right so added back a star. I kind of hate giving a negative review but felt it would get their attention and it did.Original review -> “Had major problems due to faulty boards (curved longitudinally) and incorrect measurements to make the barrel. Needed a custom board constructed to finish the product and it still has gaps. Owner admitted major issues with his supplier and said they would refund me some money. Offered me $350 on a 9k bill. An Insult. I suggested $500 just to be done with it and feel 5% better about my troubles. Never responded, ignored me and therefore lied. No money refunded on a faulty sauna. They do not back their own products and will lie to you. Shop elsewhere.”

I wrote Nordic Sauna an email after some frustration with a purchase I made for a sauna from another retailer in Texas.Logan called me within minutes, talked me through the problem I was facing, how I could fix it and some options for reaching out to the manufacturer directly.Hard to beat service like that (especially considering he knew I’d already bought the Sauna).My family members are looking at purchasing saunas in the future- even though Nordic Sauna is across the country, they’ll be getting the call for the business.
