10/10 professionalism and communication!! Danny came to meet us and offered some ideas for our backyard which we absolutely love. He and all of his team were so professional, on time and communicative. Each day we received a text at the end of their workday stating what they had completed and accompanying photos. These guys actually finished the job way ahead of schedule! We couldn’t be happier, you should definitely hire Danny and his team. We are loving spending time in our backyard now more than ever.

Danny Raz was very helpful and kind enough to service our apartment on Christmas Day, within an hours notice. Most other places were closed but he came through. We had a car crash in the apartment and left a gaping hole. He came and boarded it up for us so safe for tenants to stay. Would recommend My Cali Builders for your building needs.

I can’t say enough about My Cali Builders – we needed our house siding and patio doors replaced, plus our gate fence had to basically be build from scratch. Danny and his team worked incredibly quickly and very hard to ensure it all was done on time and extremely professionally. Every day, they also swept and neatened the workspaces, keeping everything very tidy. Danny stopped by or checked in every day to ensure things were going smoothly and to answer any questions. I interviewed 3 contractors before deciding on My Cali Builders.I was referred by a kitchen designer I met while wandering into a store looking at kitchen cabinets. I asked her for a contractor referral if she knew of a good one. She told me she does most of her jobs with My Cali Builders.All the contractors I interviewed were good and I felt competent and would do a good job but I felt a connection with Danny Raz, the owner.I felt during a few interviews he listened to me and assured me he would be with me every step of the way since I had never done a full complete remodel on my condo before. I believed him.It was a 5 month remodel because I had to even out my slanted flooring. Danny did not disappoint me at all. He is a perfectionist as I am. Every decision I had to make he explained the pros and cons whereby I could make an informed decision about what I wanted. He always showed up on time, he never canceled, and all of his workmen were respectful, knowledgeable, worked clean, and I was more than satisfied. I love my condo now. It is stunning! We had both bathrooms and kitchen remodeled. We also had a wall removed between the kitchen/family room and the living room which required a support beam to be installed. Floor tile installation in the entire house (single story). This was our first remodel and I can tell you its a bit daunting to select someone you can trust to do the job right. Danny was the first contractor we had in. We saw two others after him. But we were impressed with Danny from the start. He didnt rush in and rush out. He took the time to sit with us and discuss the project and tried to get a feel for what we were looking for. He spent two hours with us in the initial contact and never once did we feel pressured. It was like talking to a friend. He was always available during the job. He was always concerned that we were satisfied with how the project was going. We were absolutely happy with the final result. We had a real gross and outdated kitchen that needed a LOT of work! My Cali Builders was amazing! In a week’s time, we went from an ugly, old kitchen to a gorgeous modern culinary escape! All updated electric, plumbing, tile, countertops etc. It is so beautiful! We loved working with Danny and his team! The staff was so professional and kind. We never worried about anything. Danny knows so much and Marco is able to do it all! We cannot recommend them enough!

We hired Danny and his crew December 2020 for a master bathroom remodel, we met with quite a few different local contractors and luckily we felt happy with most of them but Danny really stood out from them all. He gave a great presentation from start to finish and we decided to go with him. Two weeks later we started demo and about three weeks after that the job was complete. Danny impressed us the moment we met him. He was personable, friendly, genuine, and most of all honest. We have hired enough contractors over the years to know that hiring the cheapest is almost never a wise move. However, like most people, we had a budget to which we needed to adhere. We knew we might end up paying a little more than we initially budgeted for in order to have a contractor that we valued as a partner in our remodel. He was worth every penny. But Danny was also sensitive to our budget as well, and willing to work with us to bring our vision to life.Danny was meticulous with his detail. He communicated with us on a regular basis and we knew that he was only a text away. This can be incredibly reassuring if you are living through a 3-month kitchen remodel.As one might expect, delays in a kitchen remodel can come from any number of directions. The appliances might be late. (They were.) Changes might be needed with the cabinet makers due to them being custom. (They were.) But Danny and his crew were always there when he said they would be. They were efficient and very detail-oriented. We completed our kitchen remodel right on schedule. Our final walk-through happening on the last day of the projected calendar. Everything was in place including the smiles on everyone’s faces.I cannot recommend My Cali Builders enough for anyone lucky to find a window of availability in Danny’s busy schedule.

MyCali Builders (we know him as Danny) came to our house and gave us an an upfront honest estimate to replace our roof on the spot. Danny shot drone pictures of our roof and pointed out the problem areas and worked with us on figuring out the possible hidden costs of our 72 year old home. We were instantly impressed with Danny’s honesty and how he conducted himself at our home. We were dead set on a green composite/shingled roof, but the suppliers never seemed to keep it in stock so we decided on a very nice second choice. Once we had everything all laid out. Danny and his team were here no promptly on the first day with a huge surprise-Danny found the green roof we wanted! His team worked efficiently as a team, they cleaned up after themselves and were at our home promptly every day. Danny’s guys also helped us put in a plumbing clean out in our front yard that was sorely missing in these modern times.Once the roof was done they installed seemless gutters and it all looks very professional.
