I had an amazing experience with Plumbing by Kirk Inc.! I had a bathtub leak, and Kirk went above and beyond to help me fix it through a video call, offering his assistance for free, which I didn’t even ask for! He patiently guided me step by step through the entire process, even showing me exactly what I needed to get from Home Depot. Kirk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I’m so grateful for his assistance. Highly recommend Plumbing by Kirk Inc. for their exceptional service!

Kirk is amazing!!! We had a plumbing emergency in Santa Clarita and he was able to help us fix the issue by walking us step by step over the phone. Not a lot of plumbers would do that and that just shows you how much he truly cares. I highly recommend him!!!

Called plumbing by Kirk and spoke with Tracy to have my water heater fixed and within half an hour Payton showed up and discussed what needs to be done. Friendly over the phone and easy to schedule an appointment with. Arrived timely and were very professional. Cleaned entire clogged outdoor yard drain/pipe system and helped detect indoor dryer exhaust pipe disconnection via camera. Charges and time estimate for job were both accurate and fair. Will most definitely use them in the future.

I was without water for 24+ hours after sending a guy home the day before who claimed he was a plumber.I then called another company (First Call Plumbing Services) at 8pm on Friday. Was told they would be there in the morning, but flaked when I called, only after they didnt show up. Big Zero for them.I called Tracy at Plumbing by Kirk at 10am on Saturday. Great customer service and attentive to my delema. Within, an hour I had Kirk and his team at my house. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took no time at all to rectify my problem. When the job was done, they cleaned up and took the old stuff away. I was educated about plumbing care and maintenance within my home.I rarely do reviews but I have got to give credit where credit is do. Great job guys!! Great organization!!! Keep up the good work. I hope I dont need your services anytime soon, but if I do Ill be giving you guys a call.

Spoke with Kirk of Kirks Plumbing recently regarding an issue we were having with the water pressure in our shower. He graciously helped us diagnose the plumbing issue right over the phone and my husband was able to fix the problem himself. Not many plumbers or home service professionals in general would take the time to help a customer out in such a manner without some sort of sales pitch or attempt to take advantage of the situation. Instead of spending potentially hundreds of dollars to replace plumbing parts that were already functional, Kirk helped us pinpoint the true cause of our problems and provided us with the knowledge we needed to fix it ourselves at a fraction of the cost. Buying a new property means finding surprises. Sometimes, they are less than amusing. We experienced sludge coming out of a bathtub when we used the kitchen sink. Nasty. We havent used that tub, so it was nothing we could have forseen. This team rapidly got us scheduled and taken care of. What we anticipated would be a lengthy and expensive process turned out to be fairly quick and reasonably priced. The two gentlemen who came to our home were professional, informative, and pleasant. They kept everything tidy as they went. Should the need arise, well certainly contact this crew again.

I would highly recommend hiring the team at Plumbing by Kirk for your plumbing repairs. They are Pros!I had a been quoted to replace my water pressure regulator by another company, but I did not get a good feeling about them....so I called and spoke to Kirk for a second opinion. I told Kirk about my experience and he asked a handful of very good questions (that the other company did not) to help diagnose the issue better over the phone. I felt much more confident in hiring Kirk and his team.Ryan and Phil from his team came by today to check out my situation, and did a thorough assessment. Turns out my water pressure in the house was 75 PSI (too high)....the maximum rated PSI for my regulator. They replaced it in about an hour and the price was $200 less than the other company quoted me.Need a good professional and fair plumbing company....call Plumbing by Kirk.

Bob and Justin arrived on time, they were very professional and responsible, they made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. They were able to clear my clogged kitchen sink, it was pretty clogged! Don’t ever put 2lbs of broccoli salad down your sink, bad things happen! Bob had to rooter quite always in, but got the clog! His assistant Justin found some issues under my sink that I likely did when I tried to fix the clog myself! Justin repaired the leaking pipes by replacing some gaskets! Everything fell within the 1 hour labor charge which was great! Before they left, they tested everything to make sure it was all working properly! I was beyond happy with the entire process!
