The team at Charlies are A#1. Had to replace my sewer line, the folks came in and took care of us in one day. It was a very cool process the way they did it. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Charlies Sewer & Drain for all your plumbing needs.

I have had an ongoing problem with my plumbing, and had decided to wait until after the New Year, but it became progressively worse. A call was made to Charlie plumbing service. Caesar Martinez came out, did an assessment, gave options, pricing, etc. Less than 36 hours later, the job is completed. His crew, and himself were thorough, professional, exact, courteous, clean,and honest. I found them on yelp. Had never heard of them, but they are 💯 Top Notch. You will not be disappointed, but feel good about paying money for Superb service.

We had Andrew here from Charlies to fix our regulator. He was really good very approachable, knowledgeable and very clean. We really appreciate his service number one and Charlies book Charlie said there’s a really good person and very personable.

Andrew came in last minute when we had a pipe burst, knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it very quickly. He also went the extra mile of explaining everything to us about how things work, made suggestions on how to avoid this in the future, and inspected the rest of our house. Overall, great experience!

Ramone and his excellent team replaced my main line. They are hard-working, thorough, and professional as a crew. They stayed long hours until the job was properly done. Charlie and Mars are the best. They are two of the most hardworking guys I know. My house is an older home so they dug five feet into the front of my house and added to sumps. One that leads to my house and the other leading out to the street. Now if we have any plumbing problems, the two sumps are easily accessible. After that they flushed out my lines. They cleaned everything up and left our yard cleaner than before. They will always be my go to plumbers.

Tldr: I trust them and they did a good jobOur sewer and drain situation left us with a bad odor and frequently clogged sewers.We know that our home is more than 50 years old, and has had some additions to the house that were more budget friendly than robust.If you are like us, you are probably scared about the high cost and uncertainty involved in addressing the issues.Trying to be business-like and logical we asked 4 highly rated plumbers to bid on and explain how to resolve our problems.We already knew it would be expensive, so we were more afraid of making a bad decision and ending up with the problem not fixed. Minus all the money.Charlies sewer and drain did the second best investigation of the problem. But unlike the others they gave us the option to include further investigation as a deduction to the cost of the fix.I was a little skeptical because they had some schedule misses. When I brought this up with Charlie he acknowledged the fact and I trusted his honest response.They have done an excellent job on a complicated project and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Best quote of the bunch and the only guys that showed up exactly when they said they would. Charlie personally oversees the job and the whole crew stayed late into the night to clean up and get the sidewalk looking perfect. Absolutely brilliant company and people!

I had a broken and leaky sink. Andrew came out to the house to figure out the problem. And then return the next day to complete the job. He ran into complication after complication, but spent his time figuring things out. He came back a third time to finally fix the problem and replace the faucet and did an amazing job. I had a mystery leak. I had another plumber come, tell me that the whole shower needed to be broken down and replaced and that it would cost a small fortune. I called Charlie Sewer and Andrew came out and went step by step with me to pinpoint the leak. In the end, we were able to find the leak without tearing down the whole shower and the cost was a fraction of what the previous plumber quoted. Andrew and Max came to do the final work and fix the issue. They were kind, informative, honest, and did great work. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with our kitchen sink being clogged. Charlie’s services were contacted. The problem was so difficult but they pressed forward and even summoned Charlie himself to the scene. Needless to say, once Charlie was on the case, it was game over. Had it taken care of and cleaned up like nothing ever happened.

IF YOU ARE IN ESCROW AND NEED A HOME INSPECTION LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! We hired them for a sewage inspection. We were told the sewage line was replaced on the property were in escrow on. Our inspection found that not only was it not all replaced, but the job was done poorly and there were 3 locations of root buildup which were bad. They helped us hydrojet the roots, and provided videos and a cost estimate for us. Extremely professional experience, and we will definitely hire them when the time comes for sewage repairs!!!

Louis came and had the job done in 5 minutes!Louis came again on same day I called and ran over 90 feet of water jet technology. Cleared the main drain fast!!! Outstanding! Thanks!!
