Great service! Brian went above and beyond on the sewer inspection/video of the 100+ year old house I am purchasing. Upon arrival, we couldnt get into the basement due to the skeleton key sticking. He patiently worked with the lock for about 20 minutes until he was successful. The general sewer inspector wasnt able to get into the corroded pipe the previous day to perform an inspection, but Brian was able to open it without damaging it and successfully film the sewer line and provide me with helpful information on plumbing repairs and maintenance of the old home.I really appreciate having the information he provided during my inspection period so I could make an informed decision on my home purchase. Highly recommend. Thank you!

My experience with Brian and Frank has been fantastic. High quality work with reasonable prices and great communication from start to finish. I’ve found the above qualities are often hard to come by with plumbers but these guys have exceeded my expectations.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Frank was able to stop by on his way home to look at our busted shower. Three different plumbers said it would require us breaking into the wall (and tile) to fix the pipe, and $$$$. Frank took one look at it, grabbed a tool and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. I am so impressed by their honesty and professionalism and will use them for all my future plumbing needs! Thank you Thistle Plumbing!

First time homebuyer of an older home. Had an issue with a leaking bathtub drain and kitchen sink. Frank was very patient with all my questions and helped find resolutions to the issues we were experiencing. Will definitely call Brian and Frank again in the future.

Quick response, excellent work, very reasonable prices, really good guys, we have nothing but positive things to say about Thistle Plumbing. We have used Thistle on at least a half dozen projects in our house over the last few years, including installing several toilets, installing a reverse osmosis water filtration system in our kitchen, locating a leak under our sink and then replacing all the pipes, fixing a broken under-sink disposal system, and several other projects. I highly recommend Thistle, without reservation, for their professionalism and knowledge, and also for being very easy to work with. Before we worked with Thistle, our experiences with other plumbers were hit or miss. So once we found Thistle, and have had nothing but excellent experiences with them, they have become our go-to plumbers!

Thistle Plumbing and Hydrojetting is excellent. They were fast to respond and quickly resleeved our sewer line where we had root intrusion and an eroded sewer line. We will be highly recommending Brian and his crew to friends and family in the future.

My floor heater did not work. Called Thistle plumbing who said there were gas leaks in the gas line. Paid $1000 to repair leaks and heater still not working.! Do not hire them!
