The technicians are polite and punctual, always take into consideration the cleanliness of the job. They got my water heater issue (spring valve breakdown) taken care of in a day. I had Enviro Plumbing come out today for annual maintenance service on our Navien tankless water heater. It was very easy to make the appointment. They had great communication with text reminders of the upcoming appointment and when the technician was on his way to the house. Mauricio was awesome. Super friendly, answered all of my many question, and during downtime while waiting for the pump to flush out the system, he walked the property to make sure all basic safety items were in good working order (clear out drain, earthquake valve on gas line, checked the water pressure to the house) and he also made recommendations for annual and semi-annual maintenance to prolong the life of the equipment. I did not like the contractor and plumbing subcontractor who did our house remodel and installed the Navien unit, because I didnt think they were very thorough or detail-oriented. Sure enough, Mauricio pointed out a couple of things that were left off the install, which explains the pool of water with green stains below the unit. Mauricio even called Navien to find out if our unit had been registered and, unsurprisingly, it had not, so he took care of that as well. Very, very pleased with Mauricio and Enviro Plumbing. I will definitely be using them for annual maintenance of the Navien tankless water heater and if/when we have other plumbing needs.

Finding a new contractor can feel like a gamble. But sometimes you can hit a winner just as we did with Enviro-Plumbing. Jesus did an excellent job of taking care of our recent projects. He gave us helpful insights into the work we needed and the outcomes we wanted. Their work was top notch and thorough. Scheduled Enviro to look at my Navien tankless as they were listed as a preferred service provider for these products. I think they set the high standard of what service providers should strive for. The phone representative was able to schedule a technician the same day within a 2 hour window. Prior to the tech’s arrival, I received text confirmation of who was visiting alongside a picture for verification. When the tech was 30 minutes out, received another confirmation. This is extremely helpful especially if you’re away and want to time their arrival. Once here, Gustavo asked a few questions, then began his diagnosis all while working in the rain. He was a knowledgeable and courteous professional, that seemed informed on how to handle the issue presented to him. After some time on the phone with Navien’s support tech and on site troubleshooting, he was able to narrow down the issue and provide me with a solution that would involve the gas company. He ensured I knew what was needed to rectify any future issues and on top of all the great service, his boss followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was explained properly. Again, this is top notch service and would highly recommend them.

Not only did they get me same-day service (actually within a few hours of my call), they came earlier than scheduled, which I much appreciated. Both Manny and Gustavo were professional, skilled, and took both pride and care in their work. They fixed the problem and they cleaned up thoroughly after finishing--something I fulled expected I would have to do. I definitely would call Enviro again should the need arise.

The phone rep said they charge $124 (an odd number) to come out and provide an estimate.I wanted to replace a toilet flange and wax seal, and could provide a photo and description of the conditions (ground floor, concrete sublfoor, ABS pipe), and could not even get a *starting* price for this very basic service.They said they would apply the $124 fee toward the work if I decide to hire them, but for a small job like this, this high fee makes it impossible to include them in among the bids, when other reputable plumbers do not charge such a fee.I’ve had plumbers estimate the same job at wildly different prices, so getting estimates is essential. If every plumber charged this fee, bidding the job could end up costing more than the work. Several plumbers are willing to provide an initial estimate based on a photo and conversation, and usually stick to the estimate once they are on-site (or are able to explain the unique conditions that require a change to their estimate), so I have hired those plumbers instead.For a situation that is straightforward and routine, the fee seemed unreasonable and I went with one of the many other plumbers who do not charge a fee to estimate the job.

Fantastic service - very nice helpful administration & technicians. The expert in radiant heating didn’t come yet - but the two technicians that did come showed up on time & helped document the problem -and scheduled the next appointment. Hopefully they can fix the problem. I have confidence in them

We had a gas leak and Enviro came out immediately. They did a thorough check. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Daniel was incredibly helpful with the dig order. Even though they were very busy a big team came out on the next business day and started the job. They finished in one long day which was so helpful to us getting our gas back on. Absolute crooks, stay far away. They had the nerve to estimate over $5,000 (and attempted to justify when questioned of the astronomical price) to replace a 75 gallon water heater. Absolutely stay away. I was able to get it replaced with a new unit + warranty for $2,450 using just 2 people easily (in less than 2 hours) from an honest company vs 4 people that Enviro Plumbing stated the job required.

I just switched plumbers to ENVIRO! I had a leaking noisy TOTO toilet. A handyman couldn’t fix it, I tried but failed, so I Googled and found ENVIRO. I called and the phone was answered right away by a very nice and friendly woman. She got me an appointment the same day & answered all my questions. They have a great communication system of texting and tracking your job. No 4-6 hour window waiting game.Manny showed up on time and was very nice too. He explained the job clearly and thoroughly. Once agreed we did all the orders & signatures digitally which is awesome.Same day service, great customer service and excellent work. Enviro techs replaced leaking strainer under sink. Since this was not an emergency plumbing situation, I didn’t need a appointment right away. However, Enviro was able to schedule me next day. These guys are so polite and efficient Enviro has become our Go-to plumber.

I had problems with slow draining in my bathtub and a faulty flusher on one of my toilets. I didnt have a regular plumber, so I got on line and looked up plumbers in Santa Monica. Enviro Plumbers had some very good reviews except some said they were rather pricey. What actually caught my attention was their advertising for using Covid virus protections. That was important to me. I called and got an appointment. Manny showed up with a mask, gloves and shoe covers. I was impressed. He got to work and had both jobs completed in very good time. He said he cleaned up after himself and was off. When I looked in the bathroom to see what was done, I was very impressed with how clean and shiny everything was. After a while having a slow drain and faulty toilet flushing, it was fantastic to have everything working correctly. The serviceman, Mauricio, was cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to fix the ignition problem on our tankless water heater quickly. Unfortunately, it took almost 3 weeks for Enviro Plumbing to source the replace part needed and the charge for the service was exorbitant.

We called Enviro Plumbing when our regular plumber was unable to respond to our emergency. Our plumber gave us 3 recommendations. All 3 were disappointments. Searching the web for an alternative, we chose Enviro because they were in our neighborhood, had excellent reviews, and were able to respond quickly. We were not disappointed! The 2 young men showed up on time as promised, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and had our issue resolved in less than 1 hour. I have never written a review, but decided that I had such a great experience I must tell others about it. I called Enviro Plumbing with a unique issue on a tankless water system. Although, I was out of their area, the owner called someone he knew in my area and arranged for an expert to come to my home. They showed up on time and fixed a serious issue that no one else was able to fix. I rate them a five star for amazing service and follow up, which is hard to find.

I have used Enviro Plumbing on several occasions over the past couple of years with great success. They show up (on time!), explain the problem to me, and then fix it accurately. They have provided excellent service at several properties that I own, manage, or sell, and while they arent inexpensive, they are fair and I know if I call them theyll complete the job in a professional manner.

Enviro Plumbing did a great job. We found a big puddle along the sewage pipe and smelled so bad. I contacted with Enviro Plumbing first time and they came quickly and found the problem, fixed completely, and killed the bacteria smoothly. They did the Hydro Jettting as well. We will ask them again when we have any problems about our plumbing.

I have to admit that I was initially skeptical due to the advance minimum charge required before the team would even show up. Yes, that goes against the bill but Id been down the same road before with appliance repair and once you fork over the minimum, often theyve got you. THAT said, no complaints here at all. I hired this plumbing company Enviroplumbing. They were one of the plumbing companies referred to me by the store where I bought the toilet. To start off, they changed my appointment the day before and pushed it back a day. I had to take off a day of work to be their to meet them. That was inconvenient. Then there guys show up and give me a bid for $1000.00 to install one toilet. To make it easier and faster for them, I had my contractor come by the day before to remove the old toilet so all these guys needed to do is secure the toilet in to the floor, hook it up to the water supply and plug it in. I am guessing that tops it would have taken them 1.5 hours. When they bid the job soon after they arrived. First off I could not believe it, then told them to go. They then came back to my door to tell me they were told by there boss that they could do it for $1000.00Unbelievable. Rip off for so many reasons

These guys are my go to plumber for my rental property. I have been using them for over ten years now, actually almost 15. They know their stuff. They are easy to work with, responsive and responsible. All of the jobs are small to medium in size that need to be fixed promptly. I am a single female, sometimes clueless about plumbing, yet they answer all my questions and treat me with kindness, respect and fair every time I call on them. I wish I had more contractors like Daniel!

We were first referred to Daniel because we were having a problem with our tankless water heater and couldnt find anyone willing to help, and he came over the same day and was able to identify the problem, craft an interim solution and order us the new part that we needed. More recently, our shower valve broke so wouldnt turn off, and Manny was able to come over and fix the problem the same day, and he was very professional in explaining the issue and very respectful of working inside our home. I hope that I dont need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, Enviro Plumbing will be my first call.

I have been using the services of Environ Plumbing for over a year now. I am a Spa Director and due to all the oils that get put down the drains we have the whole line Hydro-Jetted quarterly. They have also assisted in other minor plumbing services. The work is always done right and in a timely fashion by professional plumbers. Plus HUGE BONUS they actually clean up after themselves. I have worked with many other plumbers who claim they clean up but it is never as clean as when they started. Every time with Environ Plumbing it is clean. I called Enviro Plumbing for the first time to replace a pullout hose on a kitchen faucet that was leaking and to repair the Uponor radiant floor heating. The latter turned out to be a faulty thermostat that needed to be replaced. Manny and his assistant arrived the morning after I called for an appointment. They were extraordinary! Manny quickly diagnosed the problem with the Uponor system and explained the possible solutions related to the thermostat. They solved both problems and summarized the problems and solutions with the invoice receipt. They are my plumbers for life!

Had a very stubborn, deep kitchen drain clog. Called Enviro plumbing because the the great work they did for a local aquarium where my wife used to work (talk about plumbing!) Called in the afternoon, got at appointment for 11 a.m. the next day. Daniel arrived at 10:50 , explaining the rest of the crew were tied up. He was great - efficient, focused, tidy and personable, more like having a smart, friendly neighbor under the sink. Could not be more pleased.

The day before I was leaving on a trip, the main water line backed up flooding the shower, laundry. I have used Enviro Plumbing numerous times as I have an old house. Not only did they discover the problem ( roots from my 35 year rose bushes had obstructed the main line) but stayed until it was cleared, which took a return visit the same day. Now ALL my drains work properly and I couldnt recommend this plumbing company any higher.

Enviro plumbing is the best! Daniel was recommended to me by friends a couple of years ago, to help me with pressure valve challenges at my home. He was thoughtful and helpful - and he told me the truth about the equipment I was considering for my home. He didnt BS me or take advantage of the situation.I recently had him come over and jet our drains clean. He brought two of his team over - Badra and Pepe, and they were both terrific and professional. They did what could have been a messy job quickly and cleanly, and they were respectful of our home and yard. I cant recommend Enviro more highly - try them!

Great company. Only plumbing company that I called that would give me a price range to unclog a toilet. All other plumbing companies I called would come on site and give me an estimate, no quoted price range.Maurico and Austin arrived on time, and corrected the plumbing issue in 30 minutes. Ive unfortunately had to use Enviro Plumbing through the past 8 years or so. I say unfortunately because who wants to have a plumbing problem. FORTUNATELY, Daniel and his entire team have done a great job each and every time. All easy and professional: Booking with their office, someone coming out as soon as they could, listening to what the problem is and solving it as quickly as they can. Always charging a fair price.Im also on the board of an HOA and we now use ENVIRO PLUMBING for the buildings common area plumbing. Also, anyone in the building who personally used Enviro has expressed equally good experiences.Additionally, they came out recently during this pandemic. We have a daughter with pulmonary issues so having anyone in our house now is a bit scary. They wore protective masks, followed me in through the garage - staying 6-10 feet behind me, put on new gloves and footies before they entered and used a roll to walk on. Told me everywhere they touched then cleaned it with Clorox they brought. (we did too after, but again our daughter).I appreciate their attention and care. And of course they fixed the plumbing.

Called to have a gas pipe moved about 5 inches to make way for an new electrical conduct. It required removing three 90’degree fittings and turning them to redirect the line. It would take an experienced plumber 1 - 2 hours. They quoted me $1,800. It is a classic business who charges to given an estimate so if the person realizes the prices are outrageously high. The business still got paid. If the customer doesn’t realize they’re being charged five times the correct rate the business makes even more money.

Two serviceman from Enviro promptly fixed my clean out that was clogged with vines. We plan to use them again soon to help fully resolve this reoccurring issue.

I had two plumbers try to fix a leaking toilet and neither of them could fix it and it still cost me money. Jacob was right on time, easy to speak to, and figured out the problem in 5 minutes. A part was needed to fix it, and until we get it, he gave me an easy temporty solution that stopped the leaking!!!! And he had easy solutions to another problem I was having with my plumbing. So I HIGHLY recommend Jacob and Enviro. FYI: I found them because the Toto toilet company store folks told me they use them to install toilets.

Our bathroom sink had backed up, tried the diy tools from home improvement center, none of which worked. Called Enviro talked through our issue and within 2hrs after calling, Pepe and Jose arrived. What started out as a easygoing job turned into the typical hassles associated with a almost 100 year old home. Give it to those guy they stuck it through found the blockage source, cleared it and even cleaned the bathroom up down to moping the floor. They are now my go to plumbers going forward. After missing annual maintenance during Covid, I called Enviro and they sent Mauricio that same morning. I mentioned that recently the hot water was not consistently hot. While performing the maintenance and flush he contacted Navien and was able to diagnose the problem.Unfortunately he did not have the part on hand but was able to work around this to make sure I had hot water until he can return with the ordered part. Very grateful for the workaround and hot water until then.

I am very dissatisfied with the service we have received. We have had to badger this company over 10 times to get someone to come over. They send out teenagers to fix our problem and the problem did not resolve in fact they made it worse and they did not remedy this. We are left without hot water we were charged over $500 for absolutely nothing, nothing has been solved. I would only recommend this company if you had a very simple problem or enjoy calling multiple times a day to get anywhere or any response

Very honest review:I kept having shower drainage problems so i gave this place a try.They charge $120 just for someone to come in and check what’s the problem but it also goes into thetotal of the work so thats just fine.Honestly i just didn’t like the fact that i just had them clean our shower drainage thats it and then they guy asked me to pay extra $17 he said thats just his personal charge I mean theres no problem with that but I just thought isn’t $120 enough for that simple work? but i could be wrong maybe thats a lot of work lol and they could’ve mentioned that from the start and maybe it wouldn’t rub me off the wrong way, right? Worst customer service ever! I booked a service call, was told I could cancel anytime outside of 24hrs of the appt time. Then I was told that the deposit was non-refundable. Get your information straight! Never using them if the initial correspondence is this much trouble!

These guys were great and I highly recommend them. I live in the canyon where the pressure is around 270psi...they came in and put in some proper pressure regulators for my irrigation lines and separate ones for my home. They do very clean and high quality work and were all very thoughtful in answering all my questions. They also made some proper improvements to and around my tankless water heater. My next goal is to sort out a water filtration system and I like that they have the environment in mind when recommending options.

This company will overcharge you by a significant amount. I needed a water heater replaced so I had someone come out for a quote. They charge you $125 just to show up, which I was aware of, but I assumed it was an honest charge to prevent their time being wasted. Instead it seems like a prod to coerce you into paying whatever they demand because you are already committed to them financially.I had purchased the water heater beforehand, along with all of the necessary hoses and everything that was needed for the replacement. The area where the water heater is located is easily accessed and the new water heater was sitting less than 6 feet from where it needed to go. Two guys showed up and I was quoted $1600 for them to take the old one out and put the new one in. I declined, and wound up doing it myself. It took me about 3 hours to do alone, not including draining the tank, and it was the first time I had ever done it. No soldering had to be done. No gigantic mess was made. Everything went super smoothly. I had it inspected when I was done to make sure I didnt do shoddy work, and was told everything looked great. Not sure how $1600 could possibly justified for professionals, who I can only imagine would have been able to do it in a fraction of the time. Save yourself $125 and choose someone else.

Very expensive on diagnostics without finalizing price to fix relatively simple issues.I would say on the line of robbery prices. Had to turn them away. I wouldn’t use them again as prices are 5x what they should be.They called to apologize and refunded me the fee to come out ($124) which was nice but noted their pricing model had changed.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink. The water was not going down. I called Enviro Plumbing and they were at our place with in 2 hours. They found the issue, snaked the sink all the way down, made sure there wasnt any leak and everything was done in the best way.Will definitely use them again.
