Merry Plumbing and the technician Hector were great to work with. I had a balcony drain that needed to be unclogged and cleaned, and the work was done quick and professionally. Hector was nice and honest and made sure that the work area was clean afterwards

A friend recommended this company, and they did not disappoint. Enrique was on time and very skilled. I bought the wrong part and he went out quickly to Home Depot to repair the problem as quickly as possible. Fair pricing and experienced technicians.

My main sewer line was packed with roots. Both of the technicians from your business were very thorough in opening the line by using the camera in locating the blockages and jetting them. They also finished the job by adding root killer to the line to prevent the regrowth of the impacted roots. Excellent work!

I have used Merry Plumbing for years and have always been happy with the service they have provided. Today was no exception. It was, however, the first time Max Macias has come to my house and I can’t say enough good things about the service he provided. He was on time, and he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it, all the while being professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend him and Merry Plumbing.

Quintin and Johnny showed up promptly and earlier than the original ETA. Quintin was very professional and gave me options regarding my repairs. I appreciate how thorough he was with me explaining it all since I was having the fridge hose replaced for the third time since my new appliance was installed in this apt. 4 years ago. I recommend Merry Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done correctly as the previous 2 installers did half a$$ work where the hose leaked due to installing it in the wrong place. Don’t even bother with extended warranty service through appliance stores as they are contracted vendors who don’t provide warranty on their parts or service provided. Merry Plumbing came to our rescue for an emergency call this past weekend! The guest bath was clogged and backflowing with dirty water, and Shane came out quickly to resolve the issue. He was knowledgeable and professional and was able to unclog the drain 25-30 feet down! Highly recommend!

November 11th 2024 updateTodd came in June and changed the valve in the shower and rebuilt my toilet of my vintage 1966 old lady home and everythings been going smoothly ever since.About 30% of the pipes in the home are still galvanized steel and are corroding and he came by today and spent quality time explaining what would need to happen and how.Even our likes him!The staff at Muary Plumbing is consistently professional and Ive worked recently with April and Diane. After they completed their work of closing the leak in the pipes of the wall, they asked me to turn on the shower to test. It worked. However, I could not turn my water in my shower off. This plummer cane inside and turned the water off for me. It was a simple fix but one that I apparently did not know or did wrong. I am thankful for his help in resolving the matter.

William and his partner are very professional and quick. They notified me before they showed up for the appointment. (I had a plumber who promised me at 9 am and didnt show up or call to let me know. I waited till 3 pm and called him to cancel the order, and looked for other company which happened to be Merry Plumbing.) They finished the job within the time as they estimated and cleaned up the area when it was done. Just a little scratch on the floor as they moved the heavy water heater in the hallway, no big issue. William went over what they did with me and showed me the basic operation of the water heater. He also answered the questions I had. Again, they are very professional and polite (including Jason who answered all my phone calls). Their estimate was not the cheapest on my list, but I am glad I went with them....... Hector was super helpful! He was knowledgeable, calm, and very helpful. Never mind that we had to get a brand new insinkerator and a faucet - he cleared the clogged up sink and advised on what to get and then installed them for us. He is awesome!

William came by to repair a fridge valve that rusted. He immediately identified the issue that the valve needed to be replaced. He came back the next day with a new valve and quickly replaced the valve! He also cleaned up when the installation was complete!!Having just bought a condo, William identified other issues that might arise from plumbing around sinks and toilets. He gave a lot of great advice and we will continue to use Merry Plumbing and William for our future needs!

Good and quick job!

These people are honest an have 100 per cent integrity. I recently had an issue with a wall heater, a concernI clearly articulated in my initial phone conversation. The tech came late (thanks LA traffic) and said, after 3-5 minutes looking at the unit, that the company would not allow him to do the job. I thanked him and he left.I called a contractor friend who said ridiculous. He came, we bought the pieces necessary. ($5.58 @ Home Depot). And did the job ourselves in 36 minutes.I then received a bill for $97 from My Merry Plumbig. For no work done. Stunned does not describe my reaction.I called this morning and spoke to Noami, explained my situation and simply asked how she would feel if this had happened to her at her home?LET ME TELL YOUSHE WAS INCREDIBLE!She immediately said that there was a mistake in issuing an invoice and that it would be waived. That they did not typically deal with heaters or air conditioning and was surprised that a service call was issued. She also said that as this was our first encounter she wanted to ensure my happiness as a customer. WOW!Does this happen aymore?I assured her that I own 2 properties and would not hesitate to call on their services in the future!It is good to know that customer service and integrity still reside in the world and particularly with My Merry Plumbing. I will be referring them to my friends.

Hector arrived on time, he was well apprised of our plumbing problem from a previous call to Merry Plumbers office, he brought the equipment necessary to fix our problem (sludge in our kitchen sink from upstairs unit). Hector approached the problem in an organized and swift way. He was thorough in his assessment and explained his intervention. A good experience all around. Good value? Our management co. will pay Merry Plumbers so no comment on this point.

Ive used Merry Plumbing for years and have always been happy with their service. Today they sent me Todd Hernandez to diagnose a water leak in my basement. Todd was very thorough, helpful and friendly and determined the source of the leak. Todd advised me that my water heater would need replacing eventually but did not pressure me into doing it right away, which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommended.
