JB Plumbing is my go to plumbers. Cory and his team Jose and nick are great. They came out to add a clean out in the front yard and hydro jet the sewer line. Great price and good work.

Came to visit my mom and both toilets were not working. Corey & Nick came out, assessed the problem which wound up being both toilets were jammed with hard plastic which could not be dislodged. They replaced both toilets on the spot with better quality and left everything clean and working properly. They were prompt courteous efficient and we could not be happier! Highly recommend them!

Cory and his fellow workers were wonderful to work with. Courteous and polite and such hard workers. He was referred to me by my sister. We hired him to fix the pipes behind our washer that broke. Then we hired him to install clean outs and re pipe the sewer lines. Great job and clean up afterwards. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Shaun and team were fantastic. We were just about to move into our first home and experienced a leak caused by old galvanized pipes, so a repipe and new water heater was in order. Time was of the essence because we had movers scheduled and the water was shut off until everything was repaired. It was all very stressful but having Shaun and team made us feel at ease. The team was professional, they took care of the house, and moved quickly, with precision, and experience. They walked the home and provided recommendations beforehand and described the scope of the work in detail so we could track the progress along. Johnny and Cameron came to our house to change out a plumbing issue by a contractor who cut corners. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and personable. I would not hesitate calling JB plumbing again.

High price, wrong diagnosis.I used this company 2 years ago, to install a water heater. I was charged for 1400 dollars for a 40 gallon heater. I felt that was very expensive, but I didnt argue about it, but paid for it.This time, as a returning customer, I called them again. When I was calling on the phone, they asked me to fill out an appointment online. I said: Since we are talking on the phone already, can you make my appointment on the phone instead? They did finally. When they arrived, they spent 2 minutes looking under the sink, then wanted to charge me 300 dollars for an under sink hose leaking. I told them that this price was too expensive, so they took off. One minute later, my other Handyman arrived to do the assessment. When they saw the Handyman in the front door, they asked me: we will only charge for 250 dollars. I said: No, thank you. Later, my Handyman spent 30 minutes to test and diagnose the problem, then he told me: You need to replace the faucet instead. I took his advice and went to buy a new faucet. The Handyman only charged me for 100 dollars total: no more leaking problem anymore!I am a sincere reviewer here and I have every good intention to help innocent customers to avid being ripped off: If you only have a minor leaking problem inside of the house, please DO NOT call plumbing company first! Go to call your local handyman and most of them know how to change the house under the sink, and install a new faucet, etc. A Handyman will only change you 40 % of the cost as a plumber will do.

Cory, Nick and company were professional and friendly. They let me know the situation every step of the way. In fact Cory even helped me with things not related to the job. I definitely recommend JB plumbing and wont hesitate to call them if another need arises.

My water heater was leaking and needed replacement. Responding to the review posted by “Just You,” I was informed by the owner that it was left by a disgruntled ex-employee who only worked on the job at my house. I can verify that copper was installed. We also have been calling this plumbing company regularly for the last few years because they do a good job. Please disregard the negative review left by “Just You.” I have reported it to Google.

Service was fast and professional, but unfortunately, they were not able to clear my pipes as promised. Additional work recommended at thousands of dollars.

They installed a pressure regulator, the were professional, on-time, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Johnny and his assistant were excellent. I want to congratulate your company for having outstanding workers. Thanks you very much!

JB Plumbing has always given my family and business great service. They are prompt and reliable and get the job done well. They came out to our home on short notice when we were notified by the City that we had an underground leak of 45 gallons an hour. They found the leak and fixed it, for which we were very grateful.They recently installed a new tankless hot water heater at our home. They did a great job and we have hot water much faster than we had previously. This saved us from the expense of having to let the water run for a long time before it got hot.JB Plumbing has taken care of the plumbing for our building and small business in downtown Glendora for years. I can recommend them highly.

We had a slab water leak at our townhouse and wells recommended by a neighbor who has used their services before . From the start, Johnynwas courteous and efficient. We get updates of estimate time of arrival. Upon arrival, they did a preliminary check and identify the issue. Explained what will happen and provided a very reasonable price for the project. We had a slab leak and called many plumbers in the neighborhood but only J and B made an immediate response. Johnny was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the leak with professionalism . He was also very polite, patient and friendly. We like his honesty and accepted his quote. The following day he came with his helper Cody and finished a reroute with efficiency leaving the working area nice and clean. Yes, we definitely recommend this teamwork. Used to be my go to plumber. Not sure what happened. Plumbers came out and I felt like they were in a hurry. Had a leak somewhere in the shower. I was told it was leaking from shower door. $1,800 later on a new shower door and that was not the issue. Had them replace a stem valve in another shower. Charged me $400 for the service. Left the shower a mess and left the concrete water meter cover off. And no, it was not offered to open up wall. Plumber was confident there was no leak in the wall

I recently walked into the garage to find it flooding from our old water heater. I found JB Plumbing from their great reviews and decided to call them quick. So glad I did! They responded quickly, sending Johnny to my door. He evaluated the situation and went right away to pick us up a new water heater. He installed quickly, fixing the wooden stand and a new 50 gallon water heater. Was kind enough to answer a few more questions of repairs needed. He was patient with explaining and making sure we understood the complexity and even costs. He came back the next day to repair another issue. Another quick and efficient repair. Great guy! I called with a commercial/warehouse toilet issue. Cory arrived on time and within one hour of my request! He was respectful, wore a mask, exercised social distancing. I called the business at 7 o’clock in the morning and I got a return call by 7:45 AM. Johnny was very professional and courteous and I received my estimate to set a new bathtub within a few hours. The tub was installed with a new P-trap and faucet within the timeframe quoted. I will be using JB plumbing again I’m very happy with the work performed!

I was told over the phone the quote was 200 for a shower faucet cartridge but when the worker got here I told him how much is it gonna be before he worked on it and he said 250 the cartridge is 25$ for a single handle faucet he wanted 225 for installation I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone in my family in la puente or Pomona

The young men were very polite and courteous. I did feel that the price was a little high but we were desperate to get the job done. I do have another job, installing a new kitchen faucet. What do you charge for that?

I had a hot water slab leak and termite damage in the upstairs bathroom. I did my homework and found 3 plumbers on my own and also contacted 3 recommended by Angies List. Out of the 6 estimates I received JB was in the middle of the pack. JB Plumbing was the only company offering patch work when running the new PEX water system and only one other company could do both the PEX work and remodel of the upstairs bathroom. The second companies bid to do both exceeded JBs quote by $10,000...made for an easy choice. Cory is THE MAN...as he was straight forward and a joy to do business with. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard workers. The patch work was OUTSTANDING...in fact once painted over you could not tell there had been any work done. They finished the job on time and from this point forward are the company I will deal with in the future.

On June 3rd 2019 I called JB Plumbing for a “Slab Water Leak” at our Diamond Bar Residence. Mr. Cory Belleville answered my call and responded immediately with their “Detection Equipment” and found the leak in the Master Bedroom sink. Even though they had another assingment, Cory and Walter were able to plug the line with the leak, and scheduled a repair for the follwing day Tuesday at 01:00 PM. They came Tuesday exactly at 01:00 PM and took care of the problem. During our experience we shared the facts of “Limited income; US Air Force Vietnam Veteran and being a senior citizen”. Cory explained to me that JB Plumbing respect those attributes and of course discounted the cost to its minimum.I would like to commend this young man “Cory Belleville as well as his assistants Walter and Dominic” for a job professionally well done; performed on time; with the best competitive price.I am very proud of them, and I know Generals get 5 stars but Cory and his crew should get more stars than 5. JB Plumbing responded to my 8:00pm emergency plumbing problem quickly and cheerfully. Three other companies would not come out even though they advertised 24 hour service. Johnny from JB plumbing was recommended to me by a neighbor of mine. He was Johnny on the spot (no joke) , clean efficient and got the job done. I called him out a second time for another issue regarding a broken water-line, again, he was able to assist me in record time, got the job done at a fair price. Third time was regarding a leaking gas-line. He responded right of way and came out the following day to do the job. Because the gas-line is under the patio cement slab, concrete had to be cut and bricks removed. It took three guys and it was completed the same day. I recommend JB and Johnny for their professional, clean and efficient work you can rely on. You wontmbe disappointed.

We had an issue with our primary bath at 11pm and called JB Plumbing. A dispatcher answered and although they could not come that evening they came the next day between 8-11am. Cory arrived and was great. He was very professional, explained the issue and was able to replace and fix the part, Re-seal the part and complete the project. Pricing was not cheap but not over expensive either as to why 4 stars vs 5, however we will use them again for our plumbing needs.

Fast, prompt, clean and upfront with quotes. Today was the second time I used their services and, while I hope I dont need them soon, theyll be the ones I call next time.

The work they did was top notch. The clean up afterward wasnt good at all and they also tracked debris onto the carpet.

I was pretty blown away by this company. We had a damaged faucet and were in an emergency situation. We just did a random Google search, and this company was first on the list. Man, what a great job they did. They showed up immediately, and got me fixed up right away. Super pro, and very friendly. The guys really knew their craft. Id very much recommend them again.

Flume detected a leak, so we called another plumber to come out and help us find it. $200 later and two holes in my laundry room later, they found nothing and kept trying to upsell me on a pressure valve regulator and repiping my whole house.Called JB plumbing that afternoon and Johnny came out the next day. Took me at my word for all the places that were checked, ran a quick check that it wasn’t my toilets and told me he knew where the leak was. Helped me with a quick fix to stop the leak, no additional holes needed, and installed the pressure regulator for a fraction of the cost quoted to us by the other plumbers yesterday. Done in less than an hour and everything looks great. Would definitely call them again.

Originally called on Sunday afternoon and someone immediately answered! Johnny called back shortly and scheduled a visit first thing Monday morning.Johnny and another plumber (didnt remember his name) showed up and quickly identified the leak, fixed it quickly. The drains on my property were not completely clogged but they were draining slowly. The drain that the washer is hooked up to would overflow in every cycle. JB plumbing showed up and gave me an estimate that was fair for the work they promised to perform. I like to watch every penny that I spend so when I say that it was a fair price that I didnt even feel the need to negotiate a lower price. The workers were respectful of the property and polite. Inevitably things break in a home. I was having issues with toilet drainage and tried fixing myself. Unfortunately, it was an issue greater than I could fix. I called JB Plumbing and they responded quickly to my call, even coming out the very next day. Aaron and Vincent, both very professional and pleasant young men, worked quickly to fix the problem, eventually snaking out the line and removing tree roots. They then advised me of the next steps to take with my HOA. I highly recommend JB Plumbing.

I suspected a slab leak which was confirmed by JB Plumbing. They immediately put together and explained the recommended proposal of re-piping the house. Since this was the third slab leak in the house over the years, decided this was the way to go. Johnny and his team were professional and very capable during all phases of the project. They went over and above to make sure everything was done properly. Fixed a couple of other issues during the process too. We had one emergency incident during the process that they promptly addressed and corrected. I highly recommend JB Plumbing and Johnny for any of your plumbing needs. My appointment was for 2pm, but called to see if they could come at 12pm. What come early? Unheard of. Johnny who as friendly, courteous and professional found a slab leak within 10 minutes. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote. He and his assistant worked efficiently capping off the leak and rerouting the pipes through the walls and ceiling. In just a few hours they had all the piping completed, even did a great job cleaning up. The next day 4 guys from the drywall company was out to fix the my walls and ceiling. The cleanest, most efficient drywall company ever. JB is now my plumber for all my needs. Would absolutely recommend.Michele M

We had a mystery leak at our home and JB Plumbing came out and located the leak within 45 minutes. It happened to be under the slab, but they came up with a clever way to cut it off and bypass the portion under the slab which saved us an otherwise very costly repair. Best of all, they were able to do it the same day. It really was just luck that the existing configuration allowed for that possibility, but they were smart enough to see this possibility and execute the repair. It took them about 2 hours and everything was back to normal. In a nutshell, they were very professional and very knowledgeable, and I was very happy with their performance.

The 2 gentlemen that answered the service call were quick to assess and fix my plumbing issue. Very service oriented.

Since they sent me a link to review….here it is. Didn’t diagnose problem correctly but after I explained sever layout they couldn’t get their snake through clog one other their competitors cleared a week earlier. They had to use a Jetter to open drain bill was $750 but as I was desperate I was actually told $750 and we may fail at it. There was an offset pipe I was quoted$3500 for repair. I did it myself with a helper in three hours and had a total of $350 in parts. So doing the math it’s 3500 minus 350 materials is $3150 which is a little more that $1000 an hour my attorney is only $500 an hour….. you ask so there you go

I had a gas leak in the main line from the gas meter on the curb to my house. The gas company threatened to shut off my gas service immediately, but after some discussion gave me 72 hours to have the problem fixed. I called JB, and they came to my home within 30 minutes, and gave me me a reasonable estimate. I gave JB the contract, and they were able to resolve the problem within the time specified. Even though JB needed to dig an 18 inch deep trench for 60 feet (from the curb to my home), when the job was finished, I could hardly tell that they were there. Great job. Well done.
