Home maintenance has been a challenge for me. As a widow of senior years, my first concern is to be able to trust a company and their representatives . Honesty and expert service is exactly what I have experienced with Norwalk LaMirada Plumbing for years. In the last few months, Chris from Norwalk LaMirada Plumbing has been to my home to take care of needed adjustments and repairs. His work has been expertly done, he explains what needs to be and why. Chris is courteous and professional, and leaves me feeling so grateful and satisfied. All my contacts with Norwalk-LaMirada Plumbing have been great. Thank you.

Gabriel arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call, stayed as long as everything was fixed, did his work very diligently, without any apparent stress or rush, although he had another job, & it was late night weekend! Before he left, he verified everything worked and that I was satisfied.I have been using Norwalk plumbing for nearly 20 years, Jamie and Gabriel are the best! Called the professionals for ac service, they were able to squeeze me in. I was quoted a price and that’s exactly what I paid got; they got the job done and I’m set for the summer. At the same time I was able to get an estimate for a repipe, very pleased with the technician, friendly and clean. I will definitely be calling Norwalk Plumbing again, friendly staff.

I called Norwalk LaMirada Heating and Plumbing to come out and instal the vanity sink in my bathroom. I had installed the handles/faucet and one water line already so about half the job was already complete however the p-trap didn’t line up with the sink basin and I couldn’t get the drain fully sealed up on install so we asked them to address those concerns plus the second waterline. The quote came to $490 which sounded outrageous for the amount of work needed but I was willing to pay- I tried to install it myself but obviously needed a professional to complete the job.The first plumber, Jose, was either having an off day or didn’t know what he was doing because he told us both waterlines needed to be replaced (prior to testing either water line) despite the hot already being installed (by me). Upon testing the lines he confirmed the hot water had no leaks. He was asked to tighten up the faucet and handles, which he stated he did, but in fact just hand straightened from under the sink and didn’t tighten anything. When installing the drain, he blamed the sink basin having a “warp” and the type of drain therefore he was unable to get a tight seal. He told us he had a replacement part on the truck, but it also wouldn’t work for our sink and would need to come back another day, then went to his truck to get a second quote. The sink and faucet/drain set were both bought from Lowe’s, nothing custom or special about them. We asked that he did not come back, rather just leave with the job unfinished (pipes still not attached aka not a working sink) and I would instal the drain pop-up. My partner described his attitude as seeming “like he didn’t really want to be here”.I called the company and explained the situation, informed them that I had completed most of the job already but needed the handles and faucet tightened still. Don was very understanding and appeared sincere. He assured me that a senior plumber would be out in the next few days to address the problems and to discuss compensation given the work done and experience with Jose.Pam, the dispatcher was incredibly friendly and made scheduling a breeze. Jesus came out the within 24hrs of me speaking to Don, which was very appreciated as our home has only one bathroom.Jesus was friendly and thorough. Upon completing the job, Jesus acted as though he was doing us a favor by not charging us for the repair and stated that he had done extra things such as address a leak on the drain from my installation that I had to do after the first plumber left an incomplete job leaving us with no sink.Ultimately, if Jesus was our first plumber and the job was done correctly the first time, I wouldn’t have written a review. Sure it was more expensive than seems appropriate given how much work was needed, but I was willing to pay it to not have to squeeze myself under the sink again.Given the entire experience, specifically Jose trying to get us to do unnecessary work and then not completing the job (with lots of blame placed on the sink and materials) and then Jesus acting as though he did us a favor by not charging us again for fixing his colleagues installation (or lack of) I don’t and won’t recommend Norwalk LaMirada Heating and Plumbing and I definitely won’t call them back for future work.

I had 2 clogged drains. Jose came in and was very professional. He remedied the issue very quickly and made sure to not leave a mess behind. This is the 2nd time I’ve used La Mirada and I’ve been happy with both visits.

Have used Norwalk/LA Mirada for over 30 years. They are reliable, honest, and very professional. Their staff is well trained on all aspects ofof plumbing, heating, A/C and HVAC.Don the owner is one the most honest people that I know.

Our Tech, Shane Roskelly arrived at time promised. He took care of both issues I requested. I also asked him if he could take care of a couple of other items that needed attention. He gladly said yes.Shane performed all items in a timely manner. Everything seems to be working fine. No leaks.Shane Roskelly was courteous and pleasant. He is a great example and fine representative of Norwalk/La Mirada Plumbing.I have called on this company at least 3-4 times and each time they have provided great service.Will not hesitate to call them again.

I called them out to do an annual service on my air conditioner. They did not change the air filter. When I called to ask I was told the AC service did not include changing the filter. For that I would have to pay a new service fee and extra for the filter.

These guys are awesome, extremely knowledgeable, and very informative about everything they were doing and why. Their prices are fair for licensed plumbers, and they are incredibly professional. Weve used this company exclusively for 50+ years when weve needed plumbing, heating and air-conditioning parts and service. Big jobs, small jobs -- the works. Wouldnt even consider using anyone else. Great technicians and an excellent office staff.

We had the HVAC system replaced. Very professionally done with follow ups due to City permit also done nicely. Our a/c efficiency has improved. Have not tried heater yet.

When our other plumbing/hvac company didnt come thru for us, Norwalk/La Mirada was able to do the job right. Complete repipe amd hvac after a house fire. Great people. Mario and Griselda were excellent to us. They did everything for us in 1 week. Amazing!

I use them for both my home and my rentals. I recently had a plumber at my mothers home (she set it up) and my husband and I met him there needless to say we fired him and Im now making the appt with Norwalk - LaMirada plumbing cheaper is not better when dealing with any type of plumbing issues. I can trust the prices given from Norwalk even if it seems high because theyve always been honest in the work thats needed and what is not needed. The price gouging that other plumbers are doing isnt the way Norwalk does business. This will be the second large job Im having them do within 3 weeks. Theyve always been my first choice for my home now theyre my first choice for all my families homes too.

Very patient and friendly service... While on site i could overhear one of their employees on the phone with an irate customer (the customer was so loud you could hear virtually everything). The employee, Kellie, stayed cool, calm, and collected. She appeared to have a genuine interest in assuring customer satisfaction.

Job: Install hot/water lines.Team that came in was very respectful and kept working area clean during and after the job was complete. I have not installed a faucet yet so I havent tested the job in detail but it looks good.

I wanna say that Norwalk plumbing and heating came out and checked my air conditioning after Id had it serviced. And thought I had a problem which I dont have but they came out and they did a thorough inspection and didnt charge me anything extra. They are a great-great-great service. I would recommend them to everybody!!

Talk about rip off. From the start they priced themselves out of the job. $450 for a simple snake job. Kevin, the manager when I asked why so much he said it was because it’s a Sunday rate but it would be a $120 if it was as Monday Thru Friday.

Norwalk La Mirada Plumbing , Heating and A/C: I had them do a total repipe on my apartment building of 6 units they did all the water lines and the sewage lines in a timely manner with great respect to the people living in the units.

This company charged $735 to replace a 40 thermostat piece thst took them less 5han 20 minutes of labor. This place takes advantage of elderly.

This is a great company that I do recommend, Alex was on time and he finished the job right , he didnt leave until he was certain that the pipes were really clean and the water was flowing good.

The clog in my drain was proving to be difficult and they were very determined to fix it. Also they were very friendly and wore covers over their shoes so they wouldn’t get my house dirty.

Ive had all my plumbing work done by this company for about 40 years. Most recently, they installed my new HVAC and new tankless water heater. The price was very reasonable, as with all of their repairs. I cant recommend them highly enough. They have great people working for them. Quality of workmenship of installation of air ducts was substandard.it was suppose to improve the air circulation, but instead made it worse by how it was done that caused the central heating system to burn itself out completely while destroying the system protection and reset circuits entirely. they do excellent plumbing work to some extent, but will not approve their heating and air service.

Kitchen sinkMy kitchen sink was not draining properly and the garbage disposer stopped working. I would not even give them a star. charge way to much for waterheater part under warranty gas was leaking came back to fix said that they forgot to tighten something came back next week said it wasnt leaking did bubble test said good no leak. Said gas company has the real tester call them if you smell gas so I did and it was still leaking a month later.they shut it off so norwalk la mirada plumbers have to come back again no good!!!!
