We had a plumbing emergency on Friday night and two guys came out within an hour of calling! It was the best price we found for an after hours call, and they were really professional and informed about the approach. They solved our issue in a quick, clean, and efficient way. Would definitely hire again.

George and The Drain Defender team came highly recommended by our neighbors, and after today, I finally understand why! These guys are fair, honest, hardworking, and the most professional plumbing team weve ever had do work at our home. They will have our business for as long as theyre around, and let me tell you why they deserve yours.After another plumbing company did work (close to $20k of it) on the plumbing for our house, we STILL had issues. Roots just two feet away from the section of work done by that company were causing backups throughout the entire hours--tubs and toilets overflowing even when we werent using any water in the house! We had that company come and look at what was happening; they arrived, gave us a quote, and tried to get us to quickly accept their bid. I felt like getting a couple other bids, and reached out to George and The Drain Defender.George took my call and arrived at our house with his son the very same day. They quickly assessed the problem, asking questions and inspecting parts of our system that the other company hadnt even thought to look at. They offered us a price that was exceptional (read: more than exceedingly fair), and didnt try to pressure us into booking them. They were honest and upfront about when they could do this work, and how long it might take them.We made the (smart) decision to go with The Drain Defender. In the leadup to completing the job, George was in constant communication with us to make sure that our availability would work with his schedule. George was at our house with a solid crew just a couple of days after we booked him, and they were in and out within 6-7 hours. While here, they did the work that they bid for us, and also cleaned up sloppy fixes made by plumbers we had used before (at no extra cost!). When they left, they hauled away both the piping that they replaced, as well as the several yards of piping left under our house by plumbers from our past that we didnt know about (again, at no extra cost!). While previous plumbers had left messes, George and The Drain Defender team cleaned up after themselves and those plumbers who came before them. Theyre also super friendly and were a pleasure to have around!I dont really do Yelp reviews, but The Drain Defender has more than earned this one. I cant recommend them enough. If youre looking for an honest plumber, look no further--George and The Drain Defender deserve your business, and youll be hard-pressed to find another team like them.

George is simply honest, smart and incredibly helpful during plumbing emergencies. I won’t call anyone but him. Thanks for helping out a neighbor yet again, George. Appreciate it so much.

A few days ago I called and spoke with George. I had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Mario showed up a few hours later and took care of everything for us. We had other issues and questions. He was so patient and never tried to upsell. Told us what we needed to know if we decided to go ahead with more repairs. Another plumber had quoted us astronomical prices, Marios was 50% less.I used Drain Defender several years ago and was just as happy then as I am now.I intend for them to be my go to guys.

George showed up on time, did his work quickly and was pleasant to talk to.
