Azzi helped us to install a tankless water heater and he was amazing to work with. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and shared with us many things we are not familiar with. He’s very patient and answers all our questions and concerns, which is very reassuring. Azzi and his office are very responsive and helpful, and they keep us informed on the schedule and arrival. Azzi’s work looks great, clean, and very professional. So grateful to have Azzi work on our tankless water heater and we will definitely be coming back to this great company.

Azzi was such a polite person and helped explain every single adjustment he needed to make to our pipes and water valves. I was looking for someone who can fix a Noritz tankless water heater and found the Pipe Doctors from the Noritz website. Theyre very responsive, and nice to deal with. The technician was super knowledgeable and I he was quick to offer solutions that arent the most expensive options. After the first visit, I added them to my contacts. A couple of weeks later I had a problem with a slow draining sink. Turns out there was nothing wrong so it was just a house call charge. Another plumber could have told me I needed snaking/cleaning/etc. and I would have said, sure, but it was nice to see that wasnt necessary. Two weeks later, the technician followed up to see if the drain was still functioning properly. So yes, I would whole-heartedly recommend Pipe Doctors Plumbing.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, punctual company, with unbelievable customer service and very fair prices you can stop now. As a realtor I am extremely picky when it comes to finding contractors for my clients. When a plumber I had used for years left the business I put way too much research into finding a replacement. Everyone I spoke with at Pipe Doctors, not only new a lot about plumbing, but was also great at explaining. Nobody there was pushy at all, which is definitely not the case with lots of contractors. These guys just know their stuff, explain it well, and let you know multiple options. My client was changing from a tank to a tankless water heater. I ended up with five different quotes. As far as pricing goes, Pipe Doctors was not the absolute cheapest but they were at the very low end of the spectrum. The highest quote for the same job was more than double their price (and included scare tactics). With regard to customer service Pipe Doctors is at the very top of the spectrum. Thanks so much!

We used Pipe Doctors to replace our broken water heater. After calling a couple places, we found Pipe Doctors to be the most straight forward and up front about pricing and timelines. Rather than be pressured for the most expensive fix, Azzi discussed a couple options with us, giving us a lot of information while then allowing us to then use the information for our own informed decision. We were pleasantly surprised when the job was finished earlier than expected.We absolutely recommend. Will call again when the need arises!

I called them because my sewer was collapsed. They did the job for a fair price, showed up on time, and finished in one day. Azzi was awesome, he worked very hard and left the area very clean. Incredible service. Not only does this service provide such nice honest and caring people, but after they diagnose the problem, they explained their thinking. There are so many plumbers out there that will give you either an incorrect diagnosis, or well try to upsell to make more profit. But honesty is key, trust is important, and they take that very seriously. They take responsibility for their work, take genuine pride in the outcome.

Azzi identified and repaired our Navien water heater. We couldn’t be happier with his work, response, and overall concern to make sure our water heater works as it should. A pair of more reasonable and, yes I’m saying it, honest small business owners will be hard to find. They were called to give a second opinion on a job that a big company wanted a huge amount of money for. After checking and confirming that the big company was correct, not only did they not charge me for the extra work they did, but they got back to me with a significantly lower price. Then they came and got the job done in only 1 day; whereas the big company, with all their resources, said it would probably take 2-3 days, requiring permits, inspections, etc.And on top of it all, they’re really nice guys willing to offer clear explanations for any and all plumbing questions, readily willing to refer your business to another company if they feel it’s outside of their competency areas.Thanks Akiva and Azzie!!

Had an issue with my Navien tankless water heater. They showed up the following day, on time and addressed the issue within minutes. What impressed me with them, is after they fixed the water heater, they spent another 30 mins performing additional diagnosis to ensure proper working conditions.

I was at wits end trying to install my own easy-to-install bidet. Akiva came over and, in no time, saw that I had stripped threads and screwed adapter in at an odd angle. He made short work of it and got my toilet working better than it ever had. The cost was extremely reasonable. He was friendly personable and extremely competent. I finally have a guy to call when I need plumbing help!

They arrived incredibly fast, I’ve used them numerous times (as well others because my house is big & old) and they are always professional and fix the problem the first time. I’ve used them when we had a problem when I was out of town and they were able to repair the problem immediately saving me extensive water damage in my house. Id like to post this review because they gave me a honest recommendation which is rare. I live in Santa Clarita, CA and was looking at installing a tankless heater. I realize they are more expensive, but I was willing to spend extra. This company was familiar with the area and actually suggested that I do not install tankless after explaining to me typical installation issues with venting, gas pipe routing, electrical etc.for this area. They did this while knowing my home warranty and another installer would get the business. That said if these guys are willing to do this then I have no reservations recommending them as I will be using them for other projects in the future.

Our tankless water heater quit - not fun unless you like cold showers.Akiva came out the same day and found out what was wrong. He had to order parts and came back ON A SUNDAY to install the parts. Nice guy and very nice service. We are very happy and will use Pipe Doctors again when needed.

Azzi was really helpful in talking through our water heater choices as we debated tankless vs. traditional tank. Hes willing to talk through the details, not trying to sell you the largest ticket item, but making sure its the right solution for you. He was prompt, very tidy, and provided excellent craftsmanship on an additional custom project we requested (outdoor dog wash). I would highly recommend him, and well be using him in the future for any plumbing needs. He even took the time to reach out to us a week or two after our initial repair, to mention something he encountered with another client, that he thought wed be interested in knowing. Very knowledgable about all tankless heaters. Was able to accurately determine my issue, acquire the proper part and get me back up and running. Kept me from having to replace my unit and gave good advice on how long the unit should last if cared for correctly. I also appreciate how responsive Azzi was and all the communication, letting me know the part was in and coming back to finish the repair. Definitely recommend.

I called Azzi about a water heater issue and it was going to be a few days before he had a free appointment. But he didn’t want me to be without hot water that long so he spent 30 minutes helping me find a temporary solution without charging me. He later came out and did a thorough job doing an inspection and cleaning of the system. He is very knowledgeable and walks you through everything in detail. A friend of mine recommend I call Pipe Doctors Plumbing for a leak Ive been having at my rental property in Los Angeles. Other plumbers I had out automatically recommended a full house re-pipe for tens of thousands of dollars. Azzi took the time to investigate the cause and came back with several estimates from inexpensive ones that addressed the immediate leak to a partial re-pipe that was a fraction of the price the other company suggested. He explained the benefits and drawbacks of each option and educated me to make the right decision. It turned out that my water pressure was to high and none of the other plumber even checked that. Azzi repaired the pressure issue and fixed the leak. His diagnostics fee was very reasonable, and he counted it towards the work I had him do. The best part was he sent me pictures all along the way and gave great explanations. I live in Northern California and this made my experience of getting plumbing fixed while being hundreds of miles away stress free.
