I was referred by a friend heard a lot of excellent compliments on his works so I gave him a try. Let me tell you, he Abraham completely exceeded my expectations. Even after completing the task he called and followed up to see if everything was ok. I highly recommend him and his prices are well less than average.

Rooter Master is the real deal, they are so professional and confident in their job. They came this morning and unclogged my main drain line and sticked a camera and found roots growing in my main drain line, and the guys know what there doing, they broke through my cement slab and replaced my main drain pipe with so much care, it drains so perfectly. There aren’t many company’s that are as organized and clean like Rooter Masters. They clean after them selves like if it was never touched. The employees are very caring and understanding. A amazing job, I will definitely refer to my friends and family. Well done, Thank you Rooter Masters!

Im a property manager for a apartment building in NOHO. I called Abraham and was quoted $150 to snake and run a camera through my courtyard drain to find out why the drain continues to clog. There also was a possibility for more work re-routing the drain line. Abraham comes out as scheduled, runs the snake and camera through the lines, goes over it with me and at the end asks about payment. I told him to send me the photos and videos along with the invoice and I will send all information to accounting to get a check cut. He emailed me photos proving the he was here doing the work along with the invoice, but no camera footage from snaking the line. Starting the day after, he began persistently texting me, calling me, emailing me about payment. I told him were a corporation and payments need to go through our accounting office so give it time to process so we can cut a check. 48 hours later from the day of service I receive an email from him threatening to put a mechanics lien on the property for non-payment. In my 17 years of being in the Real Estate Business, I have never experienced a vendor so unprofessional. I tried calling to reason with him, also asking for the video of the surveillance we never received and he continued with the threats, yelling saying that we were trying not to pay him for his work and if we wanted to pay him by check we needed to be a part of some sort of vendor program with his company. I told him that if I would have known that when I initially called we wouldnt be having this problem, but he never told me that. He says he wont give us the camera surveillance that we bargained for until we pay him. Highly advise to run the other direction and find another vendor.

1 star is generous. Not recommended. the first rooter service was not done well and pressure was applied to pay for a more expensive power blasting. had to come back the following week because the first service was not done well enough. not to be trusted.

Excellent service for toilet replacement and sewer pipe replacement beneath a 65-year-old house in North Hollywood. Operates video camera on cable to locate and view sewer line obstructions. Service is friendly, competent and honest.

In the past we have used Rooter Master and never have been disappointed. This past week end our kitchen sink got clogged up and I was in the middle of making a very important family dinner. I called them and they came out even tho it was a Saturday. They found out the trouble and made it work so I could have this very important dinner. David is a very nice man and keeps his word, which is very important to us.The one in charge, Abe is a delight to do business with. He come to check out the job is doing and makes sure everything is done right. I highly recommend this company as we have used them for many years.
