Rooter Hero... you got the name right!! Don’t waste your time calling other companies like I didn’t! First call into schedule was great, spoke with a very patient and helpful young lady. Dispatcher was very pleasant as well. Jeremy Our technician arrived right when the dispatcher said he would (late evening). He was clean cut and greeted me with a smile 8 ft from my door before putting on his mask and booties. He assessed the situation and gave me some possible outcomes. Brought his tools inside and put down a mat where he was working. Within 20 mins he was finished, gave me the coupon special price without me even mentioning it and even cleaned up some of the mess that was there before he got there. Received my receipt within 5 mins of his departure. Tub works great!!! Did I mention I had just had another company out and spent $250 for them not to fix the issue! Jeremy was more then knowledge about his trade and my tub is from the 40’s, he knew just what to do! Thank you, keep up the good work!!

This place GUTTED my air conditioning system and ran off with the parts and never came back, never called, just STOLE my equipment. They’re manager Teddy Madrid left a message stating he was processing a refund for a deposit we put down and 2 months later still NOTHING. DON’T USE THIS company.

What a great company! I had a persistent odor coming from my bathroom and the first time they came out they made suggestions to handle it myself instead of a costly repair. It was not successful, but I appreciated it anyway.When they did come out, they started with a sealant repair around the toilet, but then the agent, Albert Flores, got 1/2 way through and then suggested that the price to replace was almost exactly the same as to repair and that after 20+ years it was starting to look bad.Boom! New toilet, sealed and smelling great and more help with treatment and other questions.These are good people.

I was facing a last minute urgent project to complete an install and Rooter Hero came through for me in a pinch. The team was was quick to respond, they did excellent work and gave me a great price! I highly highly recommend them.

We had some issues with the toilet flowing water out. I was able to get someone out here the day day to diagnose the problem and someone came the day after to fix it. Byron and Jackie were my guys and they are the best. Would highly recommend them.

These folks have a huge army of technicians at the ready to help 24/7. They are highly recommended by me. I am a happy customer!! They come, get the job done without delay.....and move on to their next assignment. 5 stars for sure.

My daughter called them out because of a overflowing washing machine drain. They found the problem and unfortunately had to re- route her whole drainage system. They explained everything to us in advance and also kept us informed on a daily basis until the work was complete. They also fixed some plumbing under the sinks that was not property done by the previous owner. They were great and I would use them for any of my plumbing needs.

I have used Rooter Hero for all of my plumbing needs. I find that all of their servicemen are reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend them with a high degree of confidence.

Paid over the sale price of $77 mistakenly paid $125(amount paid 3 months ago on the same repair) called office spoken with cindi and Ashley no refund recieved!talk to jeremy(repairman) about it too!i have a bigger job to be done but I will look for better service company that is not all money n profit in their agenda!

I had a kitchen sink clog and I reached out to these guys. They were able to send a plumber in 2 hours. Amazing service. I would like give a shout out to Sebastian (from Chatsworth team). He is one of the nicest dude I have come across. very helpful and explained me the whole process. Never tried to oversell, however did inform me of the several services the company offer. I definitely recommend. I will definitely go with these guys again. I have decided to do a hydro jet spray on my pipes around end of this year and i am definitely asking for Sebastian

I had a leaking drainage pipe from my washing machine. technician came out (next day)and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the situation clearly and fixed the problem effectively

Poor customer service quality. Called to schedule a same day appointment and plumber called back and not only canceled same day but only had an available date of two days after. I was going to call back the customer service line to let them know but they don’t answer. Waste of time!

Great service, quick and easy. I appreciated the knowledge the repairman gave me in regards to proper maintenance. The only negative is that it states on their advertisements that it s$77 everyday but I was charged $125 for a simple shower snake clean out. I didn’t argue because I’m glad it’s fixed.

Showed up on time, worked diligently, and explained what they were doing and why.

They fixed/replaced the busted pipe in the ceiling on a Sunday for half the price other plumbing companies were charging.

Well, i have call them, they immediately responded and sent me a text for arrival time. Close to arrival time they called and said they do not have anybody to come. As i was home , i said i will wait for them to find someone. After waiting for 3 hours already dark outside i called to see when is the eta. The girl on the phone said that they have waiting lists... so what they do they take the calls send you a fake text so you will not call another provider and keep you waiting with fake text and so calls eta times!!! So unethical !!! Just avoid them!

Had an emergency with a broken off hose bib on a Friday evening. Called one place who said could come out next day, no help to me. Called Rooter Hero and was kept informed on arrival of tech . Tech came and was able to fix the problem. Very nice young man. Pricing very reasonable and even got a senior discount !

First technician came out around 7:30pm and did not have his tools! Not happy, I called the manager to give them feedback about the issue. He promptly sent another technician early the next morning and offered the service free if charge. They took care of the clog quickly and professionally (Hugo). We paid for the service, despite his offer. Not looking for a freebie, just a quick solution to our clogged kitchen sink. They delivered!

Mr. Jeremy Martinez was the most professional, friendly and honest tech that I have met. He spent time to explain and offered suggestions on what needed to be done with out any coercion on his part, Even my neighbor who was there agreed on my comments. You should have more like him. When I needed immediate help with a major plumbing problem, RooterHero was there to help me. I want to shout out to Giovanni who was so attentive and made me feel like he really cared. He made sure he wore his mask and kept his shoes covered when he came inside the house. He cleaned up perfectly when all was finished.

I called on Saturday afternoon, and in about an hour the plumber, Jerry was here. He was very friendly and informative. He explained the problem and took care of it. Good price and quick response.

I had a very disturbing experience. The work was good but the service was not. First all after the work was done and I still had not paid for the work. Two days later the technician Giovanni came here to inform me that the technician Byron was returning the next day with the camera. He never showed or even call. Then he showed up two day later, and I paid him and looked at the camera images. I felt very disrespected and realized that if I was not a black senior that I would have at least received a call letting me know the schedule. I will not be using your business anymore and neither will my sister.

Tried up selling before knowing ultimate problem. Wanted to run credit. I have to say finally repaired the clog after a machine didnt start and one guy came back with wife in company van. Finally got camera In main to actually see what was wrong instead of speculating the worst. In the end the original 12000 repair came down to 7800 but that wasnt the problem at this moment. Will not use again. Manager did finally take care of problem.

Very good experience. He promised to be at my home between 1:10pm and 2:30pm. He came and was finished before 2:30pm. Very prompt and very professional. I would recommend this company for any plumbing need that you need.

It took 10 days to get someone to my place and they showed up without required equipment even though I told them what I need at first call. I had to cancel my request. Not recommend anyone unless you’re okay to pay the service that you don’t need it technically.
