Aquaman Leak Detection

Aquaman Leak Detection is great! Kenton came by (with mask protection...very considerate thank you) the house and immediately detected the leak in my spa.I had another company come by before and told me i had a leak and left. Never came back.Kenton changed into his wetsuit gear and found my leak immediately. Its been about a week since he came by to fix the leak and so far my spa is leak free!A bonus is that Kenton is a good dude. He explained everything thoroughly and i never felt i was being ripped off. He even checked in via email the next day to see if there was still a leak.I highly recommend Aquaman Leak Detection!

I wasnt happy with the service I received. The company didnt perform a pressure test even though I had specifically asked for and paid for one when I hired them. The technician who came simply pointed out some rather obvious areas for patching. I asked again for a pressure test and they refused to do one, saying it probably wasnt necessary. By the time I got the patching done, got through the rainy season and determined that the pool was still leaking and - as I had told them in the first place, a pressure test was needed - they again refused to do it - now because I was past the warranty period.Admittedly, 9 months had gone by. But in my opinion, it was their refusal all along to do the pressure test that put me in this position. Now I have to start from scratch and pay another company.

I was extremely pleased with the thoroughness and care that was demonstrated in searching for a leak. They spent 3 hours with the cool listening device searching for a presumed leak that want there. A small leak was detected with dye and sealed with epoxy. They went the extra mile in their assiduous search for leaks and I feel very rewarded in their efforts.

Kenton diagnosed and solved our problem after all kinds of other companies came out and claimed it was just something we just had to live with. Couldnt recommend the company high enough!

Aquaman Leak Detection is simply amazing! Look no further if you have a leak! I had another major leak detection company out to my home twice and they were unable to locate the leak. If I wanted them to continue I would have to pay $180.00 per hour. I did some research on the internet and found that most leak detection companies would get into your pool to check the drains, lights and returns along with looking for structural cracks. The first company didnt get in my pool. I found a video posted by Aquaman and read the reviews they received and decided to give them a try. Best decision I have made in any of my home repair jobs.If your anything like me it seems when somebody comes out the price always increases from the initial estimate. Not with Aquaman. Kenton is truly one of the nicest service providers that I had at my home. It truly appeared that he was on a treasure hunt as he was determined to find the leak. After jumping in the pool and carefully checking everything imaginable he found a crack on the wall where the water comes from the Jacuzzi to the pool and he fixed it. At that time he stated lets see what happens and if our pool is still leaking he would come out.Well it continued to leak and I contacted Aquaman and they came out again. This is were the professionalism and honesty of Aquaman comes in. Kenton once again jumped in the pool and Jacuzzi and upon further testing he found the leak. Under the concrete He said it was an elbow joint that cracked, he marked the spot where he said the elbow joint was located. Today I had my pool service that repairs pipes at my home and to the tee, Kenton marked right were the break was. I highly recommend using this company. It is well worth the price and has saved me hundreds if not a few thousand dollars if I continued to use the other company. You will see that the price quoted is the price paid.

These guys are total pros. They are forensic about finding all the leaks and repairing them. Also good communication and follow up about how to stay on top of the repairs they’ve made. Highly recommended.

I talked to Kenton at Aquaman on a Monday and told him my pool has a definite leak, was loosing 4 inches every 48hrs and also I was in a rush because I had to rent my house so they came over the very next day Tuesday. These guys were great, geared up in scuba out fit, leak tested the entire pool, identified the leak was from the main drain deep end of the pool, repaired the leak right there and then. The leak completely stopped. Very professional … highly recommend them 👍👍

This shop checks all of the boxes: (1) timely response, (2) quick process from initial call to their being on-site, (3) professional and courteous team who did the work, and (4) they kept working until they identified and solved the problem! Five stars!

The young man from Aquaman was very clear and focused on finding all cracks leaks in our pool a couple hours in and we got the results ! Great job

Contacted them in January and they came out to do a leak detection on our Jacuzzi. Spent an hour and mostly listened to the ground with their ear and a stethoscope for $500. Showed my contractor a spot near the skimmer and a secondary one about 6 feet away. He said he was going to be on vacation in Feb but didnt indicate that the whole company would be gone. My contractor dug up the patio near the skimmer but this failed to show where the water loss was. Contractor was not willing to destroy more of the patio without Aquaman coming back with more equipment to try to pinpoint the exact spot. Thus was early Feb and their response was that they were shut down until March 1. Expressed great displeasure at this but they refused to be available. Late Feb, I resigned to waiting until 3/1 even though there was a big hole in the patio. They responded in late Feb that they were not going to come back unless my contractor blindly ripped a hole in the second spot or unless I paid them again. So much for their guarantee of finding the leak or providing appropriate service. The contractor brought in another company which I also had to pay. They were superb. They entered the pipe in question and with a camera found the exact leakage site and proved it with pressure equipment. A contractor was now able to confidently go in and do the repair. This is what we expected Aquaman to do but they refused without getting paid again. When I asked for a refund since they failed to live up to their guarantee, they refused and claimed that I called another company in as a second opinion which isnt their problem. It is my opinion that this company is staffed by amateur clowns who use YELP as a marketing tool. We used another leak detection company for our house and was also impressed with their competence and professionalism compared to these guys. You can only contact Aquaman by email. Take them to small claims court? Good luck finding them or getting them to pay. I advise looking elsewhere.

Such a relief finding a company like this to help us out with our pool that wouldnt hold water. We had a couple opinions that were very expensive and not a sure thing to fix our issue but we did some research and found these guys . A blessing to find an honest company to help fix our pool. Like an honest mechanic that loves their job. Our leak was such a minor issue ! After they left our leak was no more.. Well worth the service fee! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Living in Southern California I believe it smart to know an honest leak detection company if you own a pool. I have used these guys before; several years ago, for a separate leak. So, I called on Aquaman Leak Detection again to help me since I was impressed back then with their work ethic, professionalism, as well as easily explaining what was going on the last time I needed their assistance.Fast forward to present day..new leak, new location..Different guy from my first leak detection came out to do the job. Initially I was skeptical since it wasnt the same technician as previous.. BUT I still recieved the same great top notch service as before.
