Customer service was abysmal, I was calling looking for a breaker to fit an old ITE switchboard and the guy was very rude, I tried giving him specs for the breaker and he kept saying I needed to email him pictures of the breaker I wanted… obviously I don’t have a the breaker I want, so how would I get a picture of it? I told him I had all the specs if I could just tell him over the phone, he said he wouldn’t help me unless I sent him a picture?? Guy was Indian so maybe they have an outsourced call center, idk but he was not helpful at all

Prices can be high but they always got what I need. Also, the woman who always helps me with my purchases is delightful
