I won’t recommend them to anyone. I am not sure if they have the license since the installation is really not professional. They sent 3 different helpers until the machine can work. The hot water came very slow. But The machine is still leaking and the owner promised to fix it so far nobody showed up. They make promises so easy, and never do it.It happened so many times. Look at the mess. It is the brand new machine, the first installation for tankless water heater.

We were scheduled with On Call for a one-hour time window; the plumber arrived 45min outside the time window. We told him we needed a flush and a check-up of the tank since it was making some noises (he himself said that he doesnt know the job entails until he shows up at the site, which is honestly just poor planning on the part of this company). I asked him how long the process would take, and he said 30min for the flush (should actually be 1 hr).The plumber flushed the tank for 5 minutes, ran out of battery on the motor, went to get a new battery, tried to install it, gave up and never resumed the flush. When I asked him if 5 minutes was enough, he told me yes because the solvent is meant for quick flushes. He didnt bother checking or running diagnostics on the noise we mentioned EVEN THOUGH we were being charged $50 for that. Honestly, we shouldnt have even paid him at the time, but we were tired and done for the day and needed some further evidence and to gather our thoughts.The next day, we called Natalia and asked her how long the flush should take; she herself said 45min. After we described what happened, she apologized and said shed get this resolved as soon as possible and that shed give us a call back to schedule someone that same day. Hours went by and there was no call-back and no response to our texts. We called again and she said shes working on it and will let us know ASAP. Again, no call-back. Same process repeated once more before she told us she was sick, that shes really sorry but no one can come out that day. At this point, it was already almost 5pm when our initial phone call with her was at 10am that morning, and I was livid. Natalia is great at overpromising but underdelivering and is completely non-transparent about everything.I ended up having to reschedule another plumber to come. The plumber told me that whoever serviced the heater broke the pressure relief valve (which was leaking after the visit from On Call), so that cost us extra. The whole service INCLUDING the replacement valve ended up being cheaper than the 5min flush from On Call.I asked Natalia for a refund (I didnt even bother trying to get her to reimburse the broken valve) and she agreed and apologized profusely once more. However, she was slow to respond to our texts about how/when we can get the refund. I finally had enough and called her again, where she agreed to Zelle me as we stayed on the line. Days pass and there was an issue with her Zelle payment so I never received the refund. When I texted her about the issue, she wouldnt bother responding unless I pressed on it for several days.Finally, she had me request the refund through her moms Venmo. I sent the request and Nancy decided to mark it was a payment for goods and services, which meant that a fee was deducted from the payment. I requested the remaining amount, explaining what happened, and was rejected; Nancy tried arguing that it was my fault for causing the fee to be deducted - how does that make ANY sense? Why would I request a purchase protection against myself?I had to call Natalia to explain to her what happened and even sent her proof that I didnt receive the full refund. She said shed talk to Nancy to send it as a payment between friends and refund me the full remaining amount. Nancy knew exactly how much she still owed; I had sent her the request for the remaining amount twice and even broke down the math for her. She decided to send the final payment MINUS $0.82 cents, with a message that said Good Luck. Yes, 82 freaking CENTS. That is beyond PETTY; for some reason she decided it was worth it to stake her daughters companys reputation on 82 CENTS.As a conclusion to this fiasco, I called Natalia to tell her what happened. Natalia, once again, was apologetic and fully agreed I shouldve been refunded the full amount and said shed talk to her mom. That was almost three weeks ago and, in keeping with how she behaved during the whole process, I havent heard from her since.Also, some reviews on here are from her family.

I was extremely hesitant to hire at first, but Im extremely happy I did. I actually found them on Facebook. I messaged to get a quote and they responded within minutes. They answered every question and doubt i had. My water heater was no longer working, and it busted everywhere. So it was an emergency and i was desperate. As a home owner its not an expense i needed or expecting. It sounded to good to be true, so I had my doubts. I had them do the original installation of our water heater 3 years ago. The experience was better than expected, they were competitive in price, super responsive and the installation went great (early, fast and looked like they were never here!) 😳 I was so pleased I called them 3 years later to do the maintenance (yeah, yeah, they say every year 🙄…) it started making noise due to sediment buildup, I used another app to get a quote and see when it could be done. Natalia replied right away with approximate cost and 2 available times ON THE SAME DAY! The tech was running a little late and I thought it was going to get cancelled, I received a call from Natalia that he was running a bit late and he could be here within 30 minutes, great follow up, he arrives, it’s the same tech that did the initial installation 3 years ago 😳 I’m impressed and that speaks volumes about the company. I had a problem with my Rheem water heater not working. At first, I looked at the blinking red lights, which showed the problem that I needed to fix. Going through the guidebook, I see what type of problem to fix. I called around different plumbing companies but found that On Call Water Heaters had the part that I needed to fix the water heater. They were pretty fast to install the part on the water heater, and it worked for a couple of days.Then, the Rheem water heater stopped working again. So I called Natalia from On Call Water Heaters about the problem. It seemed my best solution was to replace the old water heater with a new one. So, Natalia used some of the money that I paid for the fixed part as a deductible to pay and install the new water heater, which was a Rheem water heater.Just as the plumber was gonna get ready to install the new Rheem water heater, he noticed that gallon size was wrong. I needed a 30-gallon size instead of a 40-gallon size. So, it added some extra time to get this water heater problem resolved by exchanging the 40-gallon size one for a 30-gallon size one. By the time the plumber got the new 30-gallon water heater, he went to work, taking out the old one and replacing it with the new one, which was pretty fast. After installing the new Rheem water heater, I felt better since hot water was back and cold showers in the winter were going gone.

Installer was very professional and knowledgeable abut water heater installation.

I called for an estimate with installation and proper disposal, the gentleman told me that it would be 700 including disposal. He left my old water heater here in my alley way. I live in Burbank we are not allowed to have trash like that we will get fined. He told me for two days straight that he would come and he never did ignored my calls refuse to say anything to me. I am definitely reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. Very very unprofessional.

I had an issue this past Saturday afternoon, in which my tankless water heater failed to fire up, and generated an error code on the remote panel. I tried troubleshooting for a while, but was unable to get it to reset / start firing. I reached out to On Call Water Heaters via Yelp, Got a response it about ten minutes! The manager Natalia fleshed out my issue, and dispatched a service technician to my home. She stayed in contact with me, and even locked in a 30 minute time period during which the technician arrived. After a bit of troubleshooting, we were able to determine a method to reset the fire rod control, and it worked like a charm! With a house full of company coming the next day, I needed to get the problem addressed ASAP, and On Call Water Heaters delivered!

I would never recommend. I called at 7am for ETA, which was 1200pm. I called multiple times and No answer. I youtube how to replace the parts, the next day and did it myself! What kind of business ignores its customers! definitely poor customer service. Go elsewhere for your services.

Hired this company to replace my water heater and also to install a pressure regulator to my water main. While there were some positives to the experience, overall, I feel like an honest, non-compensated review would be helpful to others who are considering these guys.First, Ill list the positives. While On Call wasnt the cheapest, they also were far from the most expensive. I ended up with a water heater that (I believe) is a good one. And while there were several issues throughout the process, I believe Natalia is a well-intentioned person.Now, onto the issues/concerns. First, and I chalk this up to my inexperience, is that they dont take care of securing a city permit before doing the work. Given that I had other projects involving city permits where the contractors handled that, I was surprised to find out, after the fact, that they didnt do this. To be honest, I dont know if thats standard practice with other water heater folks, but I think its good practice to at least state upfront to customers whether they plan to secure a permit.If they had secured a permit, then Im sure they wouldve installed the water heater properly. As it is, though, what I ended up getting was an installation that would not pass an inspection. They did not bother putting the cover back onto the water heater, which is illegal. They left the relief valve exposed, which is against code. And simple things such as positioning the water heater properly was overlooked. It will cost me a ton of money to resolve the issues from the shoddy installation, which makes me realize I shouldve just hired someone else to do it right from the get-go.Another issue is that constant need on my part to follow up to get a timely/accurate response to things. From making sure they showed up to the appointment on-time to getting paperwork for the extended warranty to getting answers to simple questions, I just had to spend way too much time to get follow-through on things that shouldve been done automatically.Another biggest issue, however, was the result of their putting the pressure regulator on my water main. The problem stemmed from their on-site estimator making a wrong assumption on pipe fitting, which then led to the actual installer having to jerry-rig some makeshift solution on the spot. Its hard to describe in words, but the end result was a ridiculous looking configuration that rendered a key feature of my front porch unusable, since the height of the pipes went from a few inches off the ground to about a foot high. To Natalias credit, she did try to get the installer to remedy this, but at that point, they already felt like they undercharged me so I dont think they tried their hardest to do the job properly. I ended up having to hire another plumber and paying hundreds of dollars to fix their handiwork.The above is reflective of my caution with this company for others. Again, I felt like they had some level of genuine interest in addressing the poor workmanship, but there really shouldnt have been poor workmanship to begin with.Also, I dont love that some of the reviews for this company were submitted by employees and their family members. And the company offers a $10 off per review incentive to customers, which is tempting as a customer, but ultimately not very ethical as a business.

After 15 yrs, my 84yr old moms water tank finally gave out. And during this pandemic & the loss of jobs, you want a reliable company. So I called my Realtor Ron Tanzman, he refrd ProWater Heating to me. What a life saver ProWater is. Everyone was charging an arm & leg, and were not able to come right away. This company does it all ..and they haul away your old tank..I called ProWater, they answered fast, they came the next day. Oscar was fast, efficient, courteous, neat & friendly.... totally Satisfied with this company!!!Wooo hooo!!!💯😎
