David of O C Plumbing replaced a leaking water main for me. He communicated well, service was fast and efficient, and completed on time. He was pleasant and respectful, as was everyone from OC plumbing who helped with the job. Recommended!

Orange coast plumbing came in a heartbeat to fix a gas leak in our kitchen. Chuck V. was super knowledgeable and friendly and was able to find/fix the gas leak quickly.

The OC Plumbing is courteous and responsive when we call for help. The service person-Cotten is friendly and skilled. In 2 hours, he had removed the old heater and installed almost every part of the new heater all by himself. He explains how to use the heater and how to configure correctly when we are out of town for vacation. BTW, he also helps us to resolve low water pressure problem and adjust to regular pressure. Thank you for your help.

I had to call Orange Coast Plumbing late at night due to a leaky drainage pipe that was coming up through the floor.On call plumber was extremely helpful in telling me what needed to be done so we could avoid the late night call fees and wait till morning.Sunday morning Rock Lunn came out and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and got the hard job done quickly and I didn’t feel like we were being robbed financially even on a Sunday!Definitely recommend Orange Coast Plumbing to friends or family.

I set my appointment up from their website. They called the next morning to finalize the appointment and schedule that same day Technician arrived within the time window given. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. His first attempt did not fix the problem so he suggested some additional work. It was scheduled for the next day. Technician again arrived during the appointment window given. Completed work and cleaned up. Excellent job I would recommend this company with no reservations.

I rarely do reviews, but I was so impressed by Chuck. I wanted to take the time to do that. I started a company many years ago that went national was very successful and allowed me to retire at an early age. I only mentioned this because I’m very hard on people as I find many of them are lacking in Technical skills or people skills or common sense. Having had four plumbing companies to my home in the last 10 months I can tell you, Chuck is without a doubt the best plumber we’ve had here when you combined his technical knowledge, his ability to interact with the customer in a way that puts them at ease as well as common sense. If I ran a plumbing company I would try to steal him from you and it’s rare I ever did that when I ran my business. I would immediately have all other plumbers train under him and learn how to interact with the customer as well as the technical aspects of plumbing. I find a lot of workers come to our home. Don’t have pride in what they do but the complete opposite is true with Chuck. You are lucky to have him.

Rock went above and beyond multiple times on one job. Something new would pop up and he wouldnt hestitate to fix the issues that arrised. All with a positive attitude and every tool there is. ROCK is a rock star and Im so satisfied with the work he did. I give him 5 bags of popcorn 🍿 🍿 🍿 🍿 🍿

Chuck was able to find and repair troublesome leak that had flooded my side patio lawn over the course of some time. He was responsive, courteous and punctual over the course of the couple day job. Price point was excellent for the work accomplished which included demo’ing a section of pavement. A+

Steven has been to our home twice. The first time was in 2021, when he was able to properly diagnose a problem we were having with a new water heater that was installed by a different plumber. I called on Sunday expecting to get their voice mail so I could leave a message that I had a clogged drain and wanted to schedule our favorite tech, Rock.My call was answered by Dottie, whi seems to answer the phone 24/7. I told her my issue and asked to schedule Rock for Monday am. She confirmed that he was available between 8-10 Monday morning.I received a text from Rock at 9:30 saying he was in his way.When he arrives he inspected the clogged pipe and had it opened and clear by 10:30.I can count on Rock and Orange Coast Plumbing to fix my issues.

Let me Just start by saying Nolan is the very best!!It was a Saturday morning at 6am and I flushed my keys down the toilet ! I tried everything but couldnt get to them. We have used orange county plumping in the past and I all ready knew I needed to call them. They called me back immediately and got to me in less then 20 min. My keys were really far back there but Nolan did not give up!! He used multiple techniques and I was starting to loss hope but Nolan finally got them back for me!Thank you so much Nolan you Rock!

They Replaced gas line from street-side meter to my house. I was able to get someone to come out for an estimate the next day. Steve was very professional when he came to fix our shower—a situation which had stumped a previous plumber also caused him to do aome research to solve. And he did it! Our shower is working again after an extended time being useless. What a relief, for a family with teenagers. I had a pretty serious drainage problem in my home recently. And I was blessed enough to happen upon Orange Coast plumbing while I was frantically googling to find a plumber who could come out to my home by the next morning. Finding them was a godsend.I cant say there were any negatives in my experience. Granted, I am a glass half full kind of person. But even still, they not only came and did a thorough inspection, but they took the time to patiently explain to me (over and over again, lol) all of my options and talk through all of my ideas.Nolan and Chuck were the main guys in my home and not only did I get a feeling that they were always professional and knew what they were talking about, but they also didnt immediately try to upsell me on the most expensive option. They took time to explore the immediate (and cheaper) fixes before we all concluded what the eventual solution would be.I found it comforting that Nolan, who is talking me through my issue, took time to properly troubleshoot before offering me a solution.Chuck and Nolan are a wealth of knowledge. I always find it pretty impressive when you meet professionals who truly know what they are talking about.Because Nolan and Chuck were so customer service oriented if I ever have another plumbing issue again, and I probably will because I have teenagers living in my house, lol, Im going to be calling Orange Coast plumbing.

You get what you pay for. Steven Neece and Henry Calderon took care of us for a cold water repiping and water heater installation. They amazingly maintained dust management and used caution over our floors. Super knowledgeable and worked efficiently to make our home whole again. They went above and beyond to do a few things I didn’t even ask for. Also for some reason, as a bonus, my daughter napped like a baby while they were working through the house.It’s also worth mentioning Jeff Amend, who helped us last year with clearing our bathtub drain when a previous plumber from a different company refused to do it.

Alex G. was my service tech and let me tell you he did not disappoint. He showed up on time, wore a face mask, shoe coverings and gloves. He came over and inspected my slow draining toilet, fixed the problem, tested all fixtures, and made sure I was up and running again. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a quality plumbing at an affordable price.

I had a bad gas leak in the pipe leading to the water heater. Chuck came to my house and spent many hours in high winds, replacing my gas pipe. He was professional and very nice and polite.
