I had a great experience with Juan at Power Pro Plumbing. Prior to replacing our kitchen faucet, Juan thoroughly inspected the plumbing in our kitchen and bathrooms and identified a few things that needed our attention, including our garbage disposal -- which had been leaking for months unbeknownst to us. Juan also explained why our old kitchen faucet had likely been damaged, which was really helpful knowledge for the future. I appreciated his thoroughness and expertise.

I would not call this s company. It is a scam they say it is 89.00 to snake a drain and then come out and say its, 289.00. Three times the amount. Then they recommend another service at 750.00! Jose Gutierrez gives me the impression that he is very experienced. He installed my garbage disposal quickly, with no problems and it works beautifully. Additionally he went even further to give me choices to fix the uninvolved pipes should they start leaking in the future. I would highly recommend him.

Niko was super helpful. He fixed the AC, which would only blow air at room temperature which is not what you need during our hot summers. He found some rodent droppings. But, luckily, the cables were not chewed through. He unhooked and reconnected the cables and tightened the connections. It works now. Great! Then he absolutely went beyond his duty. I asked if I could use his ladder to climb up on the roof to rinse off my solar panels. Instead of allowing me to do it, he climbed up and did it for me. Thanks Niko!!!

Tony called and was able to arrive early. He was able to install the kitchen faucet quickly and without any problems. I had prepaid through Home Depot $199.00 for the install. He gave me an estimate of $385.00 to install the new dishwasher air gap and soap dispenser, which I had not purchased from Home Depot. I thought this was an extremely high price and decided to try to do it myself. It doesnt look that difficult.

Dayvid called and arrived within the time window that was given for the appointment. He showed his I.D. when he arrived. He put on shoe coverings before entering the house. He was professional and explained different options that were available to us before beginning work. Just had a Water Pressure Regulating Valve and a Main Water Service Valve done by LUIS. Who is exceptional, professional and very knowledgeable. The new system works great and the 2=year warranty helps too. Have used Power Pro in the past for a new water heater installation and plan to do so in the future. Based on my experience I can definitely recommend the company, at least if all of the technicians are similar. I also would like to commend their dispatchers who kept me updated as far the estimated time of arrival. They werent able to meet the original time but they did keep me updated throughout the day which I appreciate so much because it shows they value my time and didnt leave me wondering what was going on. They understand that sometimes as a customer all you need is communication and a reasonable customer will understand that things happen.

Dave showed up within an hour of me calling to have our drain unclogged. He was very professional and polite. He was also very informative and knowledgeable. They have better prices than another company we have used in the past also. We will be using them again.

One of the best things about Power Pro is their estimates are free. You don’t have to pay anything if your not happy with the quote they give you for services. Plus they gave me a one year guarantee on the work performed including parts. Michael Manikas the plumber they sent was fabulous! If he is an indication of the people employed by Power Pro I’m definitely calling again. He was extremely efficient. Ive been getting very high water bills and no one was able to solve my problem. Michael did a complete review and found the leak in the back of a toilet not a running toilet which is all anyone else ever looked at! He replaced the bad part in my toilet and he showed me everything he did and explained what caused the problem. He also did an inspection of all the plumbing in my entire house, free of charge. He also looked at the water pressure going into my house and recommended I get a new pressure valve Because my old one is not working. He sent me a proposal. I purchased a Power Pro membership gives me a discount on all Power Pro services. It’s not inexpensive I think it’s fairly priced and since the people who work for Power Pro are really professional I think it was worth it! Plus the membership has benefits including guaranteed discounts on future services of $350 per year ( which more than covers the membership fee), water pipe inspection, annual air conditioning and heating inspection and tune up, annual sewer and drain inspection.I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Power Pro Heating & Plumbing.

Julian was our Plumber from Power Pro. He did an excellent job explaining everything and the installations went smoothly. He worked up various scenarios, but did not try to give us the ridiculous hard sell, which is off putting. We have used other plumbing services but feel confident with Power Pro if and when services are needed in the future.

David was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to repair the leaking shower faucet in about an hour. He was extremely helpful in educating us about possible repairs and other issues that may arise. We were also given ballpark estimates to help us budget for our next plan of action. Repair costs are a bit on the higher end but there was great customer service and lots of experience and insight.

Joe was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the options very well. He also provided great information on a different issue with a solution as well and gave estimates to aid for future plans.

I want to start by saying these two guys were outstanding, Felix and Brian from the HVAC department came to my home and put us at ease right away. They knew what they were doing, the handy man we hired in the past took advantage of us. He did not know about plumbing and did a half job on some plumbing work we had him do. To our surprise Felix and Brian came in and fixed all the problems he did. We are grateful to have two honest guys coming into our home, they were very professional and and put materials down to protect our furniture and flooring. We appreciate that they took care of us in a timely manner, we will recommend to all our neighbors and family and provided us with great outstanding service, we are forever grateful to Power Pro Plumbing.

I had to replace the garbage disposal at the condo in L.A. I knew the prior owners did some very shoddy work. The disposal stop working a lot of the time and smoke would appear. The sink would always leak. Finally, I caved-in and purchased a new garbage disposal from Home Depot the other day. Juan did a great job removing the old disposal and installing the new one today. He informed me of some issues with the tubing/piping under the sink which I already knew from past issues. I informed him that the last person to install or repair the sink prior to me did some very subpar work. Juan was very cool and fixed the issue. I will have them check-out the other sinks in the condo within the next few weeks.

I had Jon come out to service my system for my annual tune up. Lena in the office was very courteous when she called to inform me that Jon was on his way. I appreciate that Jon gave me some options that needed my attention and I was more pleased that he did not pressure me but let me know I could call when I was ready to have the work done. It was an emergency at 8pm on a Saturday night and David was our savior! The service was fast and as promised (Free estimate + immediate fix). He explained everything for us before proceeding, and was just such a professional about the entire process. I felt immensely grateful for his help. I was in need of heating service. After several calls to other companies I decided to call Power Pro after googling and researching the company and reviews. My call with the company was very professional and responsive to my specific needs. When the technician arrived to my home I was impressed Luis immediately put on plastic shoes before entering my home. After assessing the situation Luis was very visual and thorough showing me the problem and explaining my options. So far I am very pleased. More to come after service is completed tomorrow.

The repair man arrived a couple hours after I called and fixed our clogged drain for a reasonable price. Alvin Ramos came out the following day, for no additional money, to scope the main line and was very helpful in offering a few different options for maintaining the drainage pipes in good working order. We were very happy with the service.

Augustin did beautiful work installing a drywall repair following removal of a large section of wall made necessary to access and replace the old original pipes. He then installed a new sink & vanity and it looks great! He has a positive and professional attitude and I was definitely impressed with the services he provided on this job.

Unfortunately, the first time we used them, we didnt take advantage of all the services they offered which put us right back in our same situation a month later. We called Power Pro Plumbing for the second time and this time we used all the services they offered to us. The most unique and helpful service was the inspection camera. Luis and Mario were our technicians. They were absolutely amazing. They inspected all the piping around the house and showed us the pictures. Luis and Mario were very professional and explained everything so that I could understand it. I was given multiple solutions on how to fix my problem. The main thing is I didnt feel like I was being taken for a ride like other companies have done. I will definitely be recommending Power Pro Plumbing to whoever needs them and ask for Luis and Mario.

This is the second time I have used your service. After the first time a few years back, I saved your business card, due to the great service and price. This time was the same. I accidently drilled a hole through a pipe which was running through an existing stud, which was located behind a sink. Efrain came on time, was professional and friendly. Fixed the job completely and assisted in strapping my water heater per code. Please thank Efrain. He was very informative and knew what he was doing.

I had called last Thursday to get an estimate on having my air conditioning unit replaced. I had other estimates, but this company came in at the best price, military discount.They arrived on time and got the unit installed without too much trouble. I had requested a new thermostat compatible with Alexa. /The technician had a little trouble getting it hooked up right because he said he usually does the nest system. I guess Alexa is like Beta VHS. loHe got it going after an hour or so and spent the time showing me how to use it. Very nice guy. I used a credit card to pay at then end and my card was declined because it was such a large purchase. I recommend if doing something in the $7,000 range, call your card issuer before hand. I had to make the guy sit around for an extra half hour to get the purchase approved.I highly recommend this company and I found all the employees I met were clean, professional and efficient.

Gilbert, the technician, did an excellent job. He was very professional, polite, and very nice. He wore a mask and social distanced as well which I appreciated.The prices however are ridiculously marked up. Unfortunately, we will not be using Power Pro Plumbing going forward because their prices are outrageously high. They were asking over $1000 to tighten a bolt on a faucet that was loose, replace a $20 plastic part that was causing a leak, and provide and install a water drinking faucet (approx $55 for faucet if I were to purchase myself at Home Depot) for a kitchen sink. I will try elsewhere.

Emiliano was adorable and kind. I wish I could use him for all my issues. He Assisted me on two locations today. As a property manager I need a plumber who understands time is money and who can explain the issue while doing the work. Providing any service to help prevent future issues. Someone who comes prepared with all the correct tools, and can listen and properly advise me on how to address all matters no matter the circumstances. Not offending my tenants. Mario is very personable, presentable and professional. He was helpful, polite, educational and honest. The interactions with the office have been very positive also, although there was a little delay in the clerical department over the weekend. But most other businesses arent fully staffed on weekends either. While Power Pro Plumbing might be a little more expensive than others, they offer a better warranty (and therefore most likely a better product) and a more professional demeanor.The rest of the crew will be here shortly to do the actual work and hopefully they will represent the company as well as Mario.

Very responsive, extremely professional and Marlon, our technician, was in and out with repairing our sink clog.Comparatively, we used another vendor a year ago for the same service and they were messy (left us to clean up pipe gunk!), took a long time, the technician was a bit abrasive and their pricing was through the roof.Power Pro doesn’t charge surge pricing either so it’s a no brained. The employee did the job but his attitude was suspect. The only reason we proceeded with the work was that our tenant had been without hot water in the shower and we needed it repaired. Ive used the company before and the work is good but I will just state to the plumber that came this time that a good, friendly positive attitude makes for better customer service. I I initially contacted another plumbing company to diagnose my overflowing toilet,. The first plumber had challenges using the auger and was unsuccessful with dislodging whatever was causing the blockage and simply suggested I purchase a new toilet. I wanted a second opinion, contacted Power Pro Plumbing , and Erik saved the day! I spoke with Amy in customer service on Sunday morning a little before 7am, who was professional and courteous. Erik arrived within an hour of my call and immediately solved the issue, he wore shoe coverings prior to entering , he was knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, addressed all of my questions, and provided alternative solutions in the event he unable to solve the problem. Installed a brand new air conditioning system and water heater and made all of the arrangements easy to handle on a schedule that worked with my surgery so that I would have air when I got home. It was a total redo, including having to have abatement folks come take out asbestos from ducts (joys of older houses) and providing a temporary portable air condItioning unit for the week we were without air (that included a triple digit day!)They were helpful too when I came home from surgery and made sure to move things out of my walkway with walker and cleaned as they went along. Cleanest big project ever, honestly. One young man even went the extra mile and took off my bathroom door for me, saving my roommate work that he did in a jiffy. Pleasant and hardworking. This guy came out same day and quickly, just outside the specified time window, but the support staff called me twice w updates so it was great. He knows his business. He checked out the problem, and gave me not only the options for solving the problem, but gave me a cost & time breakdown before proceeding as well as the pros and cons for each solution. There’s never a good time for a plumbing emergency but today was one of the worse times for one.About to leave for a medical procedure, turned on my bathtub faucet and it stuck open at full blast. Had to turn off water main, took apart the faucet to try to close it so i could, at least, have water in the rest of the house, didn’t work. Didn’t know if it could be fixed after I got home.Got home, groggy from procedure, about 3:30, cleaning lady was on her way, still no water. STRESS! Ended up canceling cleaning lady at last minute.Called Power Pro, no automated phone sys., no phone tree. A nice young lady answered right away, told me a dispatcher would call w/ eta. for today. Got a call a few minutes later, told me a tech would be out later & I would get a text when he was on his way. Got the text only a few minutes after that: Johnny was on his way. Johnny could not have been nicer, very cool guy. He found the problem right away, had a replacement part on his truck. Bingo, Bango, Bongo: problem resolved within about an hour! Johnny gave me good advice on other issues and we talked about dogs 👍🏼What could have been a really bad day turned into a better day.No surprise, been using them for years, ALWAYS top notch customer service! No up-sell, no B.S.Highly recommend!!!

Michael and Samuel was AWESOME... Michael arrived here looking like he was ready to operate wearibg his mask and gloves and put his shoe covers on at the door which I really appreciated. He was very thorough checking both toilets, shower, bathtub, under the sinks and then went outside to check pipes and leaks under my home he even took pictures. Mike came back the next morning with Sam, they were on time and very professional and gave me a complete assessment of what needed to be done. I am not sure how this company got 4.9 out of 5 stars by customer reviews! I did not have such a good experience with them and I think they ripped me off. I needed to unclog a drain and responded to their ad any drain clean up with camera for $99.00. Well, they charged I $194.00 almost twice as much for practically 15 minutes job to open my kitchen drain. The technician did not even had the camera to check the condition afterward to see if he truly opened the drain or just poked a hole in where the clog was. He only gave one-month guarantee if clogged up again to call him, which most likely it will not, clogged in one month. I have seen ads suggesting 3 to 6 months guarantee. I do not recommend this plumbing company and I make sure I will never call them again and advise the people I know not to give them any business.

I had a clogged drain in my kitchen and received the service within one hour without listing it as an emergency. The technician explained us the problem which appeared to be more than a simple drain cleaning, he called another car that had the right equipment and both technicians fixed it in a short time. They both were very clean and professional, they left the kitchen very clean for me so there was no need to clean anything after they left.

These guys are great. We had a new water heater installed in February of this year. It was an unusual installation in our condo, using a Direct Vent model. Now were selling our condo. The buyers inspector said the water heater was the wrong type and was installed wrong, so I called Power Pro Plumbing. They were concerned but very forthcoming, and sent a person out right away, who looked at the inspection report and proved the inspector wrong! Oh, and by the way, they charged us NOTHING for the service call. Thats called good customer service, folks. Id recommend these guys... would use them again myself but Im moving out of state. Kudos to Power Pro Plumbing and our tech Joe Estrada.

Like many, I spent weeks browsing local contractors, getting quotes from the big names, and researching what someone should expect to pay. Power Pro beat every price I could find, kept excellent communication the entire time, and did an immaculate job.The first project was redoing all of the plumbing in my house. Decades of neglect had left my bathtub unable to drain, resulted in zero shower pressure, and the leaking nearly ruined the houses foundation. Spencer diagnosed the issues right away, then installed brand new copper throughout the house in just a few hours. Brand new fixtures thrown in made a dramatic difference.Albert came by for the next job, which was install central air and heating. First of all, I have to say there are professional, on time, and they text you ahead of time with technician information ahead of time. Second of all, they come on site for free estimate and ready to fix problem right away. I called for an estimate and Adam was very professional and very honest and upfront with the cost. It was more than we were prepared to pay but had we had the funds available we would have trusted them completely to do the job.

Our plumber was amazing and did a great job.

Emiliano and Vince were great. Took time to explain wha they were going to do and once completed took time to explain how everything on my water heater works. Even with Sal the day before who originally came out to trouble shoot did a fantastic job going over the multiple offers they had which helped make my decision easier.

Interesting that Miguel Telly is not available to select from the list of service technicians. He really knows his stuff. We had to troubleshoot and re-direct piping to make sure we have proper pressure in both our home and sprinkler system. He had to work in a tight space. Knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat. He made something almost impossible, possible.

Gilbert was prompt and kind. He got right to work-after the disclosures, and identified the problem. Gilbert offered up free services and advised on how to alleviate the issue. I highly recommend these services. I am more than satisfied with the service and the cost!!! I highly recommend!!!

Eddie R. was professional. He was timely. He wore his mask. Unfortunately I didn’t utilize the service because my quote was very high. I needed my flue master and handle replaced on my toilet. I was quoted @ $300 ish. To replace the whole unit would cost @ $950 if they purchased toilet or @ $450 if I got the toilet myself. I called another plumber and they replaced my toilet with a new one for $200, and that included installation.In the past Pro plumbing fixed my water faucet outside. The price was decent and service was excellent. I believe COVID have some companies charging more than usual because they can. Please go back to moderate prices. I gave two stars due to pricing.

Professional, prompt and efficient. Very impressed with the service by Power Pro Plumbing and especially Emiliano Gutierrez. We called Power Pro and Emiliano came out the same day, removed our water so we could remediate a mold issue and when we were ready to have the water heater re-installed, came back at his scheduled time. Job was done promptly and cleanly and he made sure that we were 100% satisfied before leaving. Thank you Emiliano!

Super communicative team, they provided a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arriving on site. Water heater was activated just a few min to his arrival. Unfortunately didnt use expertise but he was very professional and would use if and when I have a plumbing need.

PowerPro’s Luis Aguilar came to my house to repair a faulty AC unit. The weather was very hot and I needed this done urgently. He came on short notice, did an excellent job and left everything clean and looking new. I highly recommend this company and Luis Aguilar in particular.

Emiliano & Vince did an amazing job! Im extremely happy with the work that they did. They worked until they finished the job. We were unable to use the bathroom facilities & they doubled check to make sure everything was working before they left. They cleaned up all of the debris. I will use them again in the future.

Power Pro Plumbing technician Samuel Murillo did a fantastic job in the final phase of my plumbing repair project!! When he arrived at my house he explained the task he was going to do and efficiently began work on the project. Once Samuel finished with pouring the cement and smoothing everything out he had me review the final product to ensure that I was happy and it thoroughly exceeded my expectations!
