Great service! For our kitchen sink repair, Rudy from Mattucci was quick, easy to work with, reliable, and our kitchen is working well and looking great now. I loved that the company gave a specific 2- hour window for the service call, and I didnt need to wait or block out the whole day. Service was quick and clean, paperwork was a breeze (electronic), scheduling was responsive - this is an easy 5 stars!

A routine plumbing job of installing a natural gas seismic shut-off valve turned into a critical plumbing job to stop a water leak under my house, as discovered by Rudy at Mattucci Plumbing. Immediately after arriving at my home, Rudy informed me that my water heater’s constant running sound, which was loudly emanating out of the crawl space vents, was not normal. He promptly went under the house and there found a leaking water pipe, that was causing the water heater to constantly work to heat up the incoming and then quickly draining water supply.Since my house still had the original galvanized steel pipes dating from when it was built in 1948, it was high time to replace these antiques with copper piping. I found Rudy’s quoted price to be very reasonable, so he proceeded to assemble a team of six plumbers who were able to come a few days later. They had the repiping job completed, amazingly, in one’s day time.I am very grateful to Rudy and utterly impressed by his expertise, efficiency, punctuality, reliability, and great kindness. He always patiently and clearly explained my plumbing problems. Whenever I texted him, he quickly replied. I didn’t need to remind him of anything - he has a keen memory and is gifted with an astute attention to details. In addition to my repiping job, there were some small things that needed to be changed and Rudy took care of it. He is meticulous with his work, and I believe him when he says that he loves his job.The team of plumbers that Rudy brought to my home were friendly, loved to beautifully sing as they worked, and exemplified the same care with their craft that I saw in Rudy. Their supervisor, Jessie, displayed incredible expertise and finesse in his work, and the skill and conscientiousness of Jose and Miguel were also quite impressive.Therefore, because of its exemplary plumbers, I give Mattucci the highest rating.

So grateful of their existence. Twice they have saved me (second time on a New Year’s Eve Sunday)!! Polite, competent plumbers show up (to Palos Verdes! Earlier than expected🤯!!!) and solve problems and charge VERY reasonable rates. Also, when you call about your ceiling dripping and your toilet gurgling and your shower drain throwing up, a very calm and soothing man voice answers😅

I couldn’t be happier with MATTUCCI plumbing. We had a tiny leak on our 24 foot ceiling, which has a water pipe running all along the side . A pin hole leak was pouring water on our techs new tool box . We reached out and Victor showed up and repaired the problem in 1 hour ! He even painted the newly replaced copper pipe to match our white ceiling, This guys are the best , thanks again guys

They worked efficiently, were very conscious to clean up as they worked and were respectful to us and our property. We couldnt be more pleased. Tyler came over and saved the day. We were having a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night at 8pm and he did everything in his power to fix it. He was kind, explained things thoroughly, and was very courteous. He even took his shoes off before entering our home! I would definitely hire Mattucci’s and Tyler again for a plumbing need!

Donald was the technician that came out and assessed the problems with my current hot water heater and suggested I replace it. He gave me all the info I needed and was straight to the point on what I needed done and how much it would cost. I ended up having him replace it and he did a great job installing the new one for me. Ive used Mattucci in the past and have never been let down. Looking forward to using them for my future plumbing needs.

Mattucci Plumbing provides quality service. The plumber, Jose, arrived within one hour after I called. He was courteous and friendly. I had a leak in the joint of the pipe coming into my condo unit. It was major work. However, the cost was way less than I expected. I found my new plumber.

Disgusting company, hires little immature 20 yr Olds who stand around laughing like idiots doing absolutely nothing and blocking traffic. They need customer service training and need to be mindful and respectful of neighborhoods. They also li3 and say they have permits to block driveways and streets but dont provide any type of notices or permits at all.

I called my normal “go to” plumber on short notice, but they were not available. I went on line and found Mattucci Plumbing. They were out in a few hours and cleared the main drain. Reasonable cost. A week later the plumbing backed up again. I called them back and they came right out. Went further down the line and got it all out. No charge. They are my new “ Go to plumbers.”

Showed him the kitchen, he went right to work, showed me the damaged piece, replaced it and was finished. Fair, honest, and employs great people. We have been calling Mattuci for 2 years since buying our 1960s home. Highly recommend!2021Edit: after this review, we sold our house and bought an old fixer. Of course, this came with more plumbing issues. Our home warranty company sent 3 plumber companies over who all misdiagnosed the issue and never fixed anything. They all opened a panel with their Ryobi power drills, saw nothing immediately wrong, and left. Finally, home warranty let us call Mattuci, who sent Morgan. He stayed on the problem, never seemed to drag his feet and once he was able to obtain a smoketest, found the issue in no time. I wish I could give them more stars. Theyre by far the best to work with and the most trustworthy!

I would like to say this company is well managed. I had to contact them after one of their plumber came to my townhouse. Long story short, he didnt provide the best service and they recognized it. I feel confident to give them now another shot next time I need a plumber.

We needed a special tech to replace a Navien water heater. He was super professional, explained everything to me step by step, and we had water by end of the day!

Spent over $1000 to replace piping to fix a kitchen sink clog. Same problem 6 months later and they wanted another $1000+ to replace more piping. I had a second plumber come in and he fixed the problem for $150 and said the piping replacement was completely unnecessary. Watch out for these guys. Stay away.

The staff was wonderful to work with, and their work processes included updated technology - i.e., alerting the customer with a notice when the technician would arrive and a picture of the technician, invoice delivery and payment in full. The guy claimed to be a contractor working for the city. He walked straight into my backyard and started poking around. When I confronted him, he claimed he had knocked on the door and no one answered. This was a lie. I was in the living room at the time and would have heard anyone knocking. I told him to get out of my backyard and he got accusatory saying he had a right to be in my backyard. I finally got him to leave, and took note of the truck he left in.

Mattucci has been servicing my rental home for the past 3 years now. They are first and foremost, professional and polite when you call in. Then they are compassionate about my emergencies and have even cancelled other jobs to free up personnel to attend to my emergencies. And finally, I believe their fees have been fair. I highly recommend Mattucci for all your plumbing needs. I keep them on speed dial!

I can always count on Mattucci plumbing to figure out the hard stuff. Our toilet was bubbling so we knew we had a clog somewhere. Called Mattucci plumbing and as usual, they were able to send someone right away. It took him a couple tries to figure out where the clog was but he got everything cleaned out and we were back to doing laundry without worries.

Andres from Mattucci Plumbing found and fixed a sewer blockage and leak that two other plumbers could not find. Andres used his video camera to see inside the cracked pipes and his three man crew replaced 20 of drain pipe in 6 hours. Fantastic job guys, thank you very much

Highly impressed. Late in the day of a holiday weekend, Anna of Mattucci Plumbing went above and beyond to get a plumber to my Moms house after another company strung her along. Mattucci Plumbing kept in touch and sent a very courteous plumber named Joseph to fix the problem. I am very thankful and relieved that my Mom now has hot water. Thank you!

Mattucci Plumbing is now and will be our main company we use…. Personally and in an income property I own… we had a major drain line blockage issue, and had to repipe all the drain lines…. Smash thru concrete to get to the line etc… nightmare fix… talked with Mike over the phone, who couldn’t have been any nicer, he sent out an amazing team led by David… great guy, VERY KNOWLEDGABLE… I was expecting a week to repair… Mike, David and co had this job done in 3 days!!!!!! Amazing, and they did a beautiful job!!! Finding a good plumber is hard, feels good knowing we got a great team when we need! I highly recommend !!! Thank you Mattucci

Their work on-site is quality but expensive. They have 5 pages of legalese along with their written estimates which made us a lille wary. The job isnt completed yet, so this review is tentative.

Mattucci recently installed a tankless water heater in our house and we were very impressed with the quality of their work, knowledge of the product, the installation process, and how spotless the installation space looked upon completion. Matucci Plumbing replaced a leaking valve in the spigot feeding our washing machine. They were polite, clean, and honest and I would not hesitate to use them again. Recommend highly.

David was awesome. Fixed my bathroom sink in like 10 min. I thought it would be an all day thing but nope. He was done in 10min.

11/1/16: I placed a call on a Saturday evening (9:30pm) for a backed up sink that was overflowing..the dispatcher went back and forth between the plumber (David) and myself and after a couple times, the dispatcher decided to put the plumber, David, on the line to assist me. First, he said he was very far working on another job and that it would take up to an hour to get to the site location to assist me with my request. After I said, OK; that I could wait, without regard or care for my emergency on hand, he said ...Im not gonna go, sir; not at this time. It can wait. The on call after hours plumber DAVID, was arrogant, rude, cold and careless about my concern for my resident that had to wait for another plumber to show up until 3am! My resident had to clean the water up that was overflowing consistently on to his new carpet because DAVID was too lazy, rude and unprofessional to do his job!!! DAVID: You obviously hate and dislike what you do so, a piece of advice: find yourself another job and stop wasting our time!!!11/12/16: Again, I placed a call for an emergency at another building of mine for a backed up sink around 4:50PM; I was told by the useless dispatcher that someone would get to me within a few minutes...4 hours later, I call back to get an update and they tell me they are booked for the night!!!! Now, Im hoping the backed up sink wont overflow through the night. I will be contacting BBB after this experience.I DO NOT RECOMMEND: HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR COMMUNICATION. ENDLESS EXCUSES FOR NOT SHOWING UP. MINIMUM WAGE FOR MAXIMUM LOSERS.

We had an issue with our bath tub. I was ready to take a bath and turned on the water and it was running as usual, but when the tub was full, I couldn´t turn it off again. This was kind of scary and I called Mattucci Plumbing for help. I spoke to Guido Mattucci, the owner of the company and he helped me turning off the water immediately (over the phone).He said he will send out one of his guys later to fix it permanently. An hour later one of his guys showed up and checked what caused the issue. In about 5-10 minutes he had fixed it and left. Great service, nice people! Thank you Mattucci Plumbing!

I found Mattucci Plumbing when I needed a Water heater repaired. Their Techs arrived on time, installed my new water heater (the old one was worn out) and they left my water heater area cleaner than before.I recommend Mattucci Plumbing to anyone who needs a new water heater or plumbing services.

I highly recommend Mattucini Plumbing. Last night while I was doing dishes my kitchen sink backed up. I attempted to clear the clog on my own, but it didnt work. I called Mattuccini Plumbing first thing this morning, they said someone would be at my house between 10-12 and Gabe came right after 10. The clog (and piping in general) was a lot worse than I thought. Gabe worked quickly and professionally to clear the clog. Despite the added work and time, he only charged me the minimum fee. I will definitely call again if we have any more plumbing issues.

I rarely write yelp reviews but I think it’s important for anyone looking at a plumbing job to know what an amazing experience we had with Matucci, and specifically one of their employees - Victor Herrera. My wife and I had to repipe our house with our second son due in a matter of weeks and Viictor single-handedly made what could have been an awful situation bearable. He is honest, patient, and hard-working. He worked with all our concerns about water usage, timing, and holes in the walls. It is clear he and Mattucci deserve all the praise I’ve seen on Yelp and other review sites.We had a family friend who is a plumber help us find a good plumbing company we could rely on. He came back with a few and one of them was Mattucci. Victor came out to give us an estimate and we were impressed from the outset. He caught a few things to help the job go smooth that the other plumber didn’t catch. Specifically, he figured out a way to get water to our top floor without tearing huge holes in our living room. It was also clear he wasn’t trying to push any unnecessary repairs or costs on us. For instance - we were ready and willing to install a water conditioner - but he told us it wasn’t at all necessary - which saved us several thousand dollars. His estimate was comparable to the others we received and our family friend who is a plumber indicated it was reasonable.We have a three level house with three and a half bathrooms - it was definitely a big project for them but there ended up being ZERO hidden or anticipated costs and we paid nothing above the initial estimate (in fact we ended up getting a slight discount at the end because the permitting ended up being easy).Victor came on a Saturday and they started on a Monday. Both Victor and the other plumbers (Rafael and Leo) were great. They were able to get the project done in a week, which is right about how long they said they would take.Victor got the permit done right on time as well. He took calls on the weekend, at night and whenever we had a question. He was friendly and responsive to all our requests. The person from the city who gave us the permit even commented on what a great job they did. We even recommended him to our neighbors who are using him on a project of their own as well.I highly recommend Victor Herrera and Mattucci plumbing.
