Highly recommended! Went to Home Depot on a Sunday for water tank installation, got an appointment by 730 and the job was finished by noon. They are very fast and reliable. They also provided all the information about the job as well as the city code requirement. We are very happy of the efficiency of this company and the urgency they shown to finish the job. 👏👏👏

OK, I am about to turn 60 years old. My AC and my TV and my water heater went out this month. They say things happen in 3. The technician came out to replace my water heater and set the tone to what is going to happen. He saw my old hook up and gave me that look. He broke it down to me being very transparent as I started question what needed to be done. At the of the day, the technician was thinking about my safety and my home. He explained that my installation has to pass code and inspection and these updates needed to be done. He was professional and followed through providing great customer service. This is the first I heard about this company and they made an impression. Thank you again for not cutting corners and ensuring families safety.

Super friendly staff. Very clear and consistent communication. Austin our person who came out to do the inspection and install was great. Gave us multiple options and the honest pros and cons of each. Also took the time to explain in detail why certain things had to be swapped out and changed. Got quotes and estimates from other places but Fast Water Heater gave us what felt like personalized service and the most thorough breakdown of products and options. Would highly recommend! Price was great for the quality of service received.

I didn’t expect to have my water heater break. I’m a 70-year old female, not to up-to-date on water heater education 101. So I called Home Depot, got a price quote and a brief rundown of what it would cost me to buy a new water heater.To my surprise I was told a new water heater that I agree to purchase would included installation and a more in-depth lists of steps needed for a next day installation. I accepted the next day installation not knowing what to expect.By 11:00am, Mr. Giovanni Sanchez arrived. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was detailed in every thing that was included in the process of installing the new water heater. He made a in-depth assessment of every detail he would need to perform. Although the cost of what I needed for my home was more than I had anticipated, but I realized how necessary it was to be made aware and brought up to speed about what the permit entailed given all city requirements and regulations in order for a new heater to be installed.I’m so grateful and super satisfied with the pristine work Mr. Sanchez did. I would definitely recommend him. He’s grand. I have no more worries, a few too dollars shorter, but worth what it cost. Thank you Home Depot for Mr. Sanchez.

Honestly this company wasn’t my first pick for water heater installation based on the conversation I had with their customer service agent over the phone. They weren’t personable at all. After Mike came down to give me an estimate, I was completely sold. He was knowledgeable, professional, took the time out to answer my questions and was willing to explain the work that he was going to do from beginning to end. Although the price was higher than I anticipated due to the type of water heater, it was more reasonable than other estimates I received from their counterparts including one I received from Nexgen.He was on time the day of installation and the work was completed promptly, flawlessly and brought up to code.I did notice that the water was a little luke warm after installation and Mike responded within the business day. He swung by the next day, diagnosed the issue (which was an air bubble trapped in the pipe) and we’ve been good ever since.Mike is definitely an asset to the company and I couldn’t have asked for a better installation experience.

Fast Water Heater Company came out within two hours of being called, and three hours after that, I had a new system installed cleanly and professionally. I really liked how clearly they laid everything out over the phone, via email, and in person. There were no surprises. Would definitely recommend them.

To be honest, I wasn’t really happy with the initial sales interaction on the phone or the fact that you were charging significantly more for the water heater itself than I paid at Home Depot myself. I think that was a mistake. But when Mike showed up and started talking to us, we felt a lot better. He explained things very clearly and he exhibited great professionalism and expertise. He was able to restart my water heater even though a technician from another company had been here and only offered me an estimate for a replacement. It was nice to see someone offering a solution not aimed at draining my bank account. Upon examination of my water pressure regulator, he found that it was registering140 PSI and had reached the end of its lifespan, which is alarming when I consider that the competitions technician didnt mention it when he looked. By the time Mike S. replaced that, I had hot water! Im glad I can enjoy extended life on my water heater and keep it out of the landfill for a while longer. Thank you, Mike

Great service! Old water heater was 24.9 years old! Codes changed big time, so not inexpensive to bring into compliance, but definitely not a DIY job. All new vent, lines, drains... big list but very satisfied.

Mike with Fast Water Heater Co worked quickly and efficiently replacing my tankless water heater (next day).He honestly evaluated my old heater and was then able to quote me 2 replacement units that were considerably lower in price than other quotes. There was no pressure to sell, he clearly explained the operation of the units. I was emailed almost immediately with the quotes and other information like pulling permits from the city, all handled by FWH Co.I was very impressed with their response to a programming problem with the new unit. The emergency call staff were able to clearly understand the problem, were patient and polite and scheduled an engineer (Austin, who was able to work out the problem in a very short time) for the next day (Labor Day weekend). FWH Co sent an email with the engineers photo and phone number prior to their appointment and they also call with a very close estimate of their arrival time!An excellent professional company with great employees, I would recommend in a second!

Shocked at the high reviews considering our house is ACTIVELY flooding due to their work. They installed a water heater on Friday and DRILLED into pipes. Did not check or anything and left. We called the tech back out after we found our pipes leaking into our walls and our neighbors garage. He came back and did a horrible job “fixing” the pipes. The PIPES BURST AGAIN days later, just as we thought they would. We’ve called several times to speak to high up managers and they will not speak to us. Only dispatchers will take our calls after multiple tries. We knew the job was done poorly and they had no sense of urgency. Now the leak has been going on for days in our walls and neighbors garage and they are FINALLY sending someone out. We have no word from higher management on how they intend to rectify this situation. There is SO MUCH WATER DAMAGE. We can’t even get a phone call from someone with authority. If you want your home destroyed, call this company to do plumbing work.

Astin arrived at my mobile home to install a water heater. He was very friendly. He explained exactly what he was going to do.He could not install the water heater at this time do to wood damage from the old leaking water heater. I will repair the wood, so Austin can start installing my waterheater. Austin is very friendly and is very knowledgeable about the work he does. I am happy with his service.

Henry was very nice and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner and Henry cleaned up everything when he finished. My water heater and parts were put together very neat. Excellent experience with Fast Water Heater Co. today. Two workers arrived about 30 minutes with new water heater after appointment set up through Home Depot. They told us old water heater still under warranty and did a repair to stop leaking. We paid repair charges for parts and labor.

After reviewing the job he explained in detail what was needed including several code upgrades due to the age of my unit. FWH was also able to provide a small discount due to the amount of code upgrades required.Mike was very professional, respectful of my property, and the installation looks great. The installation took about 3 hours. I feel the final price was a good value. I’ll enjoy my new Rheem water tank for many years to come. I would highly recommend the Fast Water Heater Company.

The Fast Water Heater Company representative, Giovanni, was professional and clearly stated the work that was to be done. Our Rheem water heater started to leak after 17 trouble free years. Replacing it with the same brand seems a safe bet. Home Depot has the brand and offers same day installation so I immediately sent in my request. A quick phone call got me a price estimate which I thought was honest. I decided on a 12 year warranty Rheem. Greg came an hour after my call and brought the heater with him. Upon checking my water heater, he suggested replacing the expansion tank and shutoff valve which added a few hundred more. That bumped up my cost to around 3k. Greg did an excellent job installing the new water heater in two hours. Overall I like their highly efficient service.

Fast is accurate, my water heater was old and stopped working I called Fast and spoke to Tim he was helpful and my new water heater was installed the next day.Jim removed the old heater and installed the new heater. Giovanni was very knowlegeable and efficient installing our new water heater. He patiently answered all of our questions and explained code requirements.

My water heater started leaking over the weekend and Home Depot/Fast water Heaters were available to show up first thing Monday morning to put in a replacement. Of course my old installation was out of code, so there were additional costs, but the rep had everything on the truck and was able to finish the job in just a few hours.

Our water heater suddenly broke down and Jeff Stone from Fast Water Heater Company came to our aid. He was extremely thorough, competent, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of water heater replacement. He analyzed and researched our broken water heater to determine if it was still under warranty and found that it was having a year remaining on the present warranty which saved us a significant amount of money. He was able to track down a new water heater, replace it under warranty and get all the required parts, even bringing a part back to us on his day off. He was very courteous, respectful,friendly and personable with great interpersonal and communication skills. We give Jeff and Fast Water Heaters our highest rating and dont hesitate to recommend him! It was time to replace our old water heater, and we had several estimates from local companies. Mr. Jeffrey Stone (Mr. Jeff) was the technician from this company and he was INCREDIBLE from start to finish.On his first visit, after conducting his inspections and due diligence, Mr Jeff spent lots of additional time educating us about the process, the water heater options, his recommendations, and also answered all of our questions. Mr Jeff was incredibly smart, professional, and patient the entire time. At that time, we were still waiting for a few more estimates, and we had let him know that as well. His demeanor was once again very professional. He encouraged us to take our time, left his written estimate, and told us we could call him at anytime, if we had any questions or needed anything.Fast forward to 3 days later, Mr Jeffs cost estimate was exactly in the middle of the other estimates we had received. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine demeanor, however, were FAR SUPERIOR to anyone else.The entire process from beginning to end was as good as it could be, because of Mr Jeff. Not only did he install the water heater as quickly as he could, he also made several great additional recommendations and improvements along the way.The reality is, a company is only as good as its employees. Well I set up an appointment the requested pictures and the serial number of the water heater I did that today the technician came to my house saying that he couldnt touch it that I needed to call the plumber and and he let the the pilot and charge me $250 for lighting the pilot so after wasting my time I strongly feel that the lighting of the pilot should have been for free

I was in need of a replacement water heater due to a massive failure of the drain valve, flooding the garage with 40 gallons of water. Sourced a new unit on the Home Depot website, along with installation by FAST. Less than 5 hours later the job was completed. This has been the most pleasant repair experience I’ve had since owning our home. They were very professional, helpful and responsive. I was fully informed of all my options and then our installer Jeff Stone was the most pleasant person. He was super kind, professional, and on time. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. The customer service staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the installation technician was efficient. The only issue I ran into was that the technician had to return a second day to finish one last remaining item. I scheduled the follow-up appointment for a 9am-2pm window. On the day of the appointment, I waited for the technician until 1:30 and finally called dispatch. They finally informed me that the technician got injured and couldn’t make the appointment. I’m not sure when someone - or anyone at all - was going to call me about the change in plans. I ended up wasting 1/2 a day waiting for a technician who wasn’t going to arrive.

Our water heater had just died for the second time after the previous plumbers fixes failed to hold for more than 3 days. We called Fast plumbers to have them replace our tank with a tankless heater, and there gave us an accurate price estimate over the phone, and let us know what theyd be looking for during the in person sweep. Our technician Ray was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He even diagnosed what was wrong with our existing heater and fixed it so wed have hot water before he came back to install the new system! Ray was the best! There were no surprises, no one expected costs, or unexpected work. Everythings been working great now for several weeks and we were glad we chose fast plumbers.

Hooray, I have hot water again! Great company and excellent service. Noticed my water heater was leaking profusely on Thursday. I shut it off and called Fast Water Heater Company (after reading the great reviews) for a quote. They said they would send someone out on Friday am. Friday am, would not work for me and I asked if I could have an appt. later on in the day. They adjusted their schedule and set me up. Erick G. called me on the way to let me know he was coming. He gave me a very fair detailed quote telling me exactly what he was going to replace, and included permit fees. Approved, started work and finished up in less than 2 hours! Erick arrived pretty much on schedule and did a good job installing the new water heater. The old heater was removed and he cleaned up after he completed the work. The total bill was pricy, but we got the job done the same day as the old heater failed.

Erick G. was the technician that came by to fix my water heater. Although the thermocouple assembly has failed on my twice in 4 months, Erick came by both times to fix the issue. He was very courteous and always called to let me know he was on his way. Im hoping that my water heater doesnt fail me again but if it does, at least I know that Fast Water Heater Company has very good technicians like Erick who are knowledgeable and prompt.

James did a great job putting in my new faucet and disposal! He works efficiently and incredibly fast and took time when he was done to go over his installation and answer any questions.

Erick G. arrived right at 9 am to deliver and install a new Rheem Platinum water heater. In spite of a very tight space, he completed the job very efficiently in 1.5 hours. He fully explained the details of the work to be done, in order to pass the required code inspection. He did an excellent job and is highly recommended.

Agreed on price ($2100), model, and appointment time. When I asked about any possible additional charges, rep said there “could be” some additional work needed to meet current code requirements. Have to have tech on site to know. OK.Tech showed up on time, was knowledgeable and pleasant… but found we needed multiple upgrades totaling another $1000. One was an expansion tank, price $400. When I asked if that was the Home Repot price, tech didn’t know… he just sees what’s on the company list. Finally got the model number of the tank: it costs $29.98 at Home Depot . Similar situation with new pressure relief valve outflow ($90 for about 8’ of pipe and an elbow) and a gas sediment trap (3” nipple and a cap).Finally got it installed without code upgrades and called another plumber to do those.

The repair person came at the time promised. He was professional and installed the garbage disposal in about 15 minutes. He cleaned up after the job was done, explained the job warranty and the garbage disposals warranty too.For about 3 weeks the kitchen garbage disposal was broken, and thankfully he fixed it+ took the old disposal away as well.Definitely happy with this experience.

We originally purchased our GE gas water heater from Home Depot about 5 years ago, and it was still under manufacturer warranty. We had a problem a couple years ago and had another plumbing company fix it, but we were without hot water for 3 days as a part had to be ordered from GE. Our water heater stopped working again last Thursday, so I contacted the same plumber but learned from GE that the water heater had to taken to Home Depot to be exchanged. The plumbers estimate was way out of our budget, so we looked for more competitive bids.We contacted 5 plumbers in our area of which 4 were on Yelp. Only 2 responded and that was to let us know that they could not help us with a warranty exchange.On Friday morning as a last resort, I contacted Home Depot, since I saw online that they offered water heater installation and repair. Thats how we came across Fast Water Heater as they service the LA area for Home Depot.I emailed a request to Home Depot and within maybe 10 minutes a Home Depot associate contacted me on my cell phone and transferred me to Fast Water Heater. I was transferred 2x on Fast Water Heaters end to talk to the appropriate person for a manufacturer exchange. Nevertheless, Shawn from Fast Water Heater took the time to understand our situation and scheduled Erick G. to come out that afternoon. Shawn told me the installation price, permit cost, and differential value for the water heater as they use Rheem and not GE. He advised that there may be an additional cost to make sure that everything is up to code.Erick called me about 20 minutes before the appointment time to let me know that he was picking up the new Rheem water heater from Home Depot (Rheem has a longer manufacturer warranty than GE). Fast Water Heater takes care of the warranty exchange, so we didnt have to have our old GE water heater disconnected and drained and then taken to Home Depot for an exchange, which was much better from our perspective. The other plumber wanted to charge us a separate fee for that or waive it if we did that work ourselves. Erick arrived on time with a new technician that was still training. Nevertheless, Erick took the time to make sure of the work that needed to be done, including a code update (drip pan + 3 feet of drain to the garage floor, expansion tank, and bonding the water and gas pipes). I really liked Erick and the new technician. Not only did they do a great job, including cleanup, but they also were very understanding and took the time to answer my questions before and during the job. Erick was very methodical, knowledgeable, and professional, and you could see that he wanted to pass that on to the new technician. Its not often that I see that type of work ethic. Hes a definite asset to Fast Water Heater. Thanks Erick!
