Our technician Abraham and his supervisor showed up on time, and identified problem quickly, and they even called in their specialist Nelson, to do a whole house inspection. they offered multiple options to address our leaking and plumbing issue. during the whole time (about 5hours), they are professional, patience, and answered all questions with very pleasant attitude. the repair team came in on the same day, replaced leaking pipe, in just 1 hour, cleaned up. they will come back tomorrow to work on other jobs that we signed up. overall, the whole team is an Ace team. this is the 3rd time i called Drain Right, and i will continue using them for any plumbing issues.

He did not clear the stoppage he said his jetter motor burned up I touched the motor and it was not hot maybe it had a reset button that needed to be reset so he said he called the boss and told me they would have to cut concrete out to run a different snake in the line. He did not work more than 10 minutes trying to clear the stoppage

Called one day and they had a technician, Nery, at our place by 10am the following day. He was fast, professional, and friendly, and had tuned up our A/C for the coming summer in no time. He also identified that our capacitor was corroded and would probably need replacement in a year or two, and while he offered to do that as well there was zero pressure. Overall it was a great experience at great price, would definitely recommend.As a side note, this was all done in spring when the temperate weather makes them less busy, so I was told response times might not be quite as brisk in the dead of summer, but theyd still be the first people I called if anything went wrong regardless of season. Telephone DRAIN RIGHT for a plumbing/drain issue and the plumber was at the house within half an hour. Moises R. was professional and gave an estimate within the first 10 minutes after surveying the drain problem.Moises wore shoe covers as not to bring in any outside dirt, and brought in the snake and other equipment to unclog the drain. He was very cordial and had the sink at 100% w/in 20-25 minutes.Reasonable priced service charge too. Would recommend Drain Right for both plumbing and heating problems.After he left, I was slaving away doing the morning dishes!

We called these folks because my kitchen sink wouldnt drain and we wanted our pipes snaked. One thing led to another and we found out that whoever did the pipes under our home did an absolutely horrible job. Besides the fact that the PVC pipes that drained from the kitchen into the main was warped and hanging with no support, the pipes under the toilet, bathtub, bathroom sink and shower were the wrong diameter. On top of that we had busted iron pipes that were leaking into the dirt under the house. It was a freaking mess that we had to have fixed. After getting the estimate we were introduced to the guy who was going to do all the work, BENJAMIN ESCARENO. Man, that guy was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. He went beyond what others would have never done. He explained every step of the process, and even cleared out all the old rusted pipes that the previous plumbers had left under the house when they did whatever they did down there. It was years old from before we purchased the house. He even took before and after pictures to show us. These folks are helpful, polite, professional and friendly. As for BENJAMIN, I would ask for him if I ever needed another plumber.

He came to install a water pressure regulator, but it morphed into a much more complex job due to the way the original plumbing of my house was laid in.Moises explained my different options and their associated costs, as well as the advantages of each. He never tried to pressure me into anything.When I made my repair choice, he explained that he wouldnt be able to finish the job in one day and he would need to come back to finish up. When I explained that I lived 40 miles from that house he volunteered to stay late and finish the same day.The job was a lot of hard work, and was very professionally done. He laid my bricks back in place and it looked great! After he finished he swept up and then even hosed off my walkway and watered the grass he had to remove and re-install. I hired a bad plumber originally when doing a complete temodel, and needed some things fixed. Bathroom and kitchen plumbing was done with temporary fixtures. I had a few plumbers come out and quote me. They told me it would be extra difficult for one reason or another. Angel was very professional in helping me. Both lines replaced quickly and well. No excuses or extra charges. They went above and beyond and even installed a service line. They done good

Angel knew what he was doing...polite and knowledgeable until I noticed his Spartin main line machine was in reverse the whole time he was snaking the line. Blades on the head were not being utilized. Counter clockwise is not the right direction when feeding the cable.

Eric A. came to clear a kitchen sink clog. I had tried a couple of times and kinked both my two snakes and finally called our regular and trusted plumber, Drain Right. Eric cleared the first clog which was after the P-trap, better but was still backing up. Eric than tackle the second clog from the outside clean out. Eric was dedicated and determined to fix it. After 3 passes, success. Eric requested a camera to help assess the blockage and if the pipe was cracked because no water was draining to the main sewer/septic line after the second pass where we saw the snake head go all the way to and from the septic SanT. Drain Right had Anthony out here in minutes. The camera could not view due to the standing black water. Then they viewed it from the main line and to confirm it was the correct inlet, they snaked it a third time and we saw a gust of water, that did it. Great job Eric, Anthony, and Drain Right.

Juan Guzman and co-worker (sorry forgot the name) came in late in the day after a first round collapse and then my own attempt and screw up. They listened to me, gave me a fast clear and correct to the work estimate.They did great work, repaired my goof, replaced a bad faucet remounted the disposal and all is good.Reasonable charge, friendly, communicative, cleaned up. Laughed at my humor.I will ask for him but will pick Drain Right always. Their communication about accepting and getting someone to the job is amazing. Voice, text, mail messages and timely warning of arrival that are accurate.

These guys are so busy because theyre so affordable and good. Plus they smell good and are dressed sharp. Their trucks sparkle! I could go on, but you get the point.

Always have done with work this company because of their honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship. We needed sewer work done and we knew right away who to call. Carlos performed the necessary repairs on our sewer line and Timothy came in after to perform a furnace tune-up and brought the system back to manufacture specs.

Drain Right saved the day again. We needed to brace a water heater in connection with a sale of a property. I contacted several handymen but no one was available…until I called Drain Right.I was fortunate to have Juan Guzman work on the water heater. He arrived on time and was communicative on what needs to be done and pricing. I was a ball of stress when he arrived and by the time he finished, he had me laughing and relaxed. Juan is the best!

4 months into living in our new house and the showers stopped giving hot water - Alex was at our place to check it out within a few house of calling on a Sat, he tried to reach the water heaters technical team but they were closed for the weekend so he came back early Monday to work with their technicians over the phone and discovered the broken part, he worked directly with the warranty team to have the part delivered directly to Drain Right and was back weds am to install, he even let us know the part likely broke due to water conditions and offered a pamphlet and info on how to find out more and inform ourselves. Alex is so friendly and helpful and we’re so grateful to have hot showers again!

He was very thorough in assessing the problem with my drain he looked at alternatives and explained each alternative to me clearly he was able to choose the least expensive way for me to proceed and was clear about how I should maintain my drainage system.
