Dave and Justyn arrived on time, smelled good, and fixed my clog for $99! They were courteous, and expertly snaked a pipe I tried and failed to do myself. I would definitely use them again.

Jose came out when we had the main shut-off valve handle break off, cutting water to our entire apartment building. He explained the problem, and after switching out a very old and corroded piece of pipe, which created more issues in other attached pipe segments and unions, stayed late until the job was completed. He went the extra mile all the way through, helping us out of a few possible panic situations. He was always friendly and pleasant, despite the unexpected late night. He even sent photos of all the old parts. Very professional and kind person and we were extremely pleased with a job expertly done!

Our water heater failed. We had an extended warranty which Mike Daimond honored. Jose Ochoa showed up at 4:15PM and confirmed the failure. He made a couple of calls and found a supply house opened until 5PM. He went and got the new water heater and returned at 5:30PM. He proceeded in a professional manner and completed the job at 10PM. I cant say enough about the excellent service and making sure we had hot water the same day. Thank you Jose.

I appreciate Dave and Ty who gave me the run down of what was going on, bringing in the necessary experts and completing repairs within the same day in a timely manner. Dave also went the extra mile to clear out the sink drainage pipe in the bathroom.

One technician, one new technician and a field manager worked on my plumbing for a couple of hours before they were able to push on through pass 20’ and hopefully its good forever. Anyway i have already sent a survey on these guys and it’s been a month since they fixed the problem. Anyway i had a great experience and i would recommend the Mike Diamond team.

Larry was excellent. On time quickly available for “ gas” problem and diagnosed problem promptly . Repair was completed in am and water heater, gas burners back to normal and replacement of earthquake shut off valve. It’s a pricey service but very competent and thorough.

Jose/Joe came to take a look at my toilet and did a wonderful job helping with the clogged drain. Would highly recommend - very friendly and efficient

Omar listened to my explanation as to the plumbing issue, and he outlined the steps he would take to diagnose how to clear the clog! He tried the least expensive resolution first but when that didn’t clear the clog, he showed me proof of what was happening! We discussed next steps and agreed on the process and the cost! He also explained future steps if the hydro jet didn’t solve the problem! Luckily that did work and for now, problem solved…with a warranty! Omar was professional yet friendly, he explained many things going on with my pipes and warned me of possible future issues to watch for! I was super impressed with Omar and the great job he did! These guys are great! We had recurring issues over the years with our toilet sewer drain pipes from both upstairs toilets. They determined that part of the problem is that when our house was constructed the pipe vents were never connected to either of the drain pipes. We had very poor flushing force in both. They connected them as originally should have been done and there is a great increase to the flushing force. Also both drain pipes were made of iron and the insides were spiked they were so bad. One of those drain pipes had a full thickness major crack in it all along the top of the pipe that was 3 feet long. It was caught in time. The work was done by exceptionally competent and caring people who excel in their line of work! Thank you!

Justin is absolutely fantastic! He explains everything in plain language, very patient and knowledgeable. He resolved our very difficult plumbing situation ( pin hole water line leak in ceiling and drain clog issue) with perseverance and skill. A real pleasure to have him in our home. We will definitely ask for him again. But, hope it’s for something we choose to get done and not an urgent fix. 😀

Thank you to Dave Riley and his apprentice/trainee Justyn! Arrived promptly before the appointment time and were able to unclog my kitchen drain and laundry drain. The biggest surprise was no upcharges, just the price I was given per drain over the initial phone call for service. Both were very nice , professional, and worked quickly on both drains and explained the issue of why they clogged. Thank you to both gentlemen, they are both an asset to your company!

We had a problem with our washing machine drain. Mike Diamond came out with two technicians and they worked for a while and when they left, it appeared they fixed the problem. Four days later, the problem reappeared. We called them and they said that since we chose not to purchase their 90 day guarantee, that they would have to charge us again for the full service. Hard to believe that there are companies out there who don’t stand behind their work and who choose to “rob” their customers by either forcing them to buy extended guarantees or to pay full fare after the company fails to correct the problem. We will not call them again and we will advise all of our friends against using them.

Horrible company, the tech didnt bring any equipment in and simple pushed the restart button on my water heater 3 or 4 times then processed to tell me I needed to replace 2 wires and it would cost $1600 I asked what would be the cost of a new standard 50 gallon water heater he says over $4000. He arrogantly said thats why were called Mike Diamond just awful
